In this work,the magnetic,dielectric properties and electric modulus of Ce^(3+) substituted cobaltmagnesium(Co_(0.7)mg_(0.3)Ce_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_4)(labeled as CmCF) ferrite nanoparticles were investigated in *** magnetization decreases from 50.05 to 34.87 emu/g for further substituting Ce^(3+) ***,coercivity increases from 738.22 Gs for the CmCFO sample to 912.10 Gs for the CmCF2 sample,then decreases monotonically to 762.1 Gs for the CmCF5 *** cerium content and particle size play important roles in controlling the magnetization and coercivity of the CmCF *** CmCF nanoferrites are suitable for microwave applications since their high-frequency response ranges from 7.72 to 11.07 *** CmCF nanoferrites' dielectric parameter dispersion exhibits normal *** pristine Co-mg nanoferrite only has ε' value of 28.25,but the nanoferrite mCmF2 has ε' value of365.03,with an enhancing ratio of 1192%.The conduction mechanism of the mCmF nanoferrites was determined by fitting the σ_(ac) results via the Jonscher power *** 653 K,large polaron tunnelling is thought to be responsible for this conduction process,which is followed by electron barrier hopping at higher ***-Cole diagrams at different temperatures,assuring the contributions of the grains and their boundaries at lower temperatures(653 K) and only the grains at higher *** on our results,the CmCF nanoferrites hold magnetic and semiconducting nature,which can be used in magnetic devices and dielectrics in lower-frequencies or conductors in higher-frequencies.

Nonlinear fractional differential equations provide suitable models to describe real-world phenomena and many fractional derivatives are varying with time and *** present study considers the advanced and broad spectrum of the nonlinear(NL)variable-order fractional differential equation(VO-FDE)in sense of VO Caputo fractional derivative(CFD)to describe the physical *** VO-FDE transforms into an ordinary differential equation(ODE)and then solving by the modified(G/G)-expansion *** ac-curacy,the space-time VO fractional Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)equation is solved by the proposed method and obtained some new types of periodic wave,singular,and Kink exact *** newly obtained solutions confirmed that the proposed method is well-ordered and capable implement to find a class of NL-VO *** VO non-integer performance of the solutions is studied broadly by using 2D and 3D graphical *** results revealed that the NL VO-FDEs are highly active,functional and convenient in explaining the problems in scientific physics.

Heart disease remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,highlighting the need for improved diagnostic *** diagnostics face limitations such as reliance on single-modality data and vulnerability to apparatus faults,which can reduce accuracy,especially with poor-quality ***,these methods often require significant time and expertise,making them less accessible in resource-limited *** technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning offer promising solutions by integrating multi-modality data and enhancing diagnostic precision,ultimately improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare *** study introduces Heart-Net,a multi-modal deep learning framework designed to enhance heart disease diagnosis by integrating data from Cardiac magnetic Resonance Imaging(mRI)and Electrocardiogram(ECG).Heart-Net uses a 3D U-Net for mRI analysis and a Temporal Convolutional Graph Neural Network(TCGN)for ECG feature extraction,combining these through an attention mechanism to emphasize relevant *** is performed using Optimized *** approach improves early detection,reduces diagnostic errors,and supports personalized risk assessments and continuous health *** proposed approach results show that Heart-Net significantly outperforms traditional single-modality models,achieving accuracies of 92.56%forHeartnetDataset Ⅰ(HNET-DSⅠ),93.45%forHeartnetDataset Ⅱ(HNET-DSⅡ),and 91.89%for Heartnet Dataset Ⅲ(HNET-DSⅢ),mitigating the impact of apparatus faults and image quality *** findings underscore the potential of Heart-Net to revolutionize heart disease diagnostics and improve clinical outcomes.

Life Time Attributable Cancer Risk Estimated Using Scanner Reported Dose Length Product during Chest Computed Tomography Imaging in Young Children

This study aims to estimate the lifetime attributable cancer risk (LAR) for pediatric chest computed tomography (CT) examinations in five age groups using recently published age and region-specific conversion coefficients multiplying the widely available scanner registered dose length products (DLP) displayed on the CT console and hence calculating the Effective Dose (ED). The ED is then multiplied by the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) published risk factor for LAR. The obtained LAR values are compared with the international literature. Factors that may affect the LAR value are reported and discussed. The study included one hundred twenty five chest CT examinations for both males and females aged from less than one year to fifteen years. The patients reported data are from one single medical institution and using two CT scanners from June 2022 to December 2023. The results of this study may serve as benchmark for institutional radiation dose reference levels and risk estimation.

Aim:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the dominant form of primary liver cancer and is histologically and etiologically distinct from other forms of primary liver *** objective of this study was to elucidate the synergistic effect and the role of chicory extract[inulin(IN)]as a chemo-sensitizer for cisplatin(CIS)treatment of ***:Five groups of rats were treated for 4 *** groups consisted of the control group,a group receiving thioacetamide(TAA)(200 mg/kg b.w)in drinking water,a group injected intraperitoneally with a single dose of CIS(7.5 mg/kg b.w)in addition to TAA for 4 months,a group receiving oral doses of IN(10 mg/kg b.w)in addition to TAA for 4 months,and a group injected intraperitoneally with a single dose of CIS(7.5 mg/kg b.w)and IN(10 mg/kg b.w)plus TAA for 4 ***:The current data exhibited increment of serum and liver enzyme(alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,creatine kinase,and lactate dehydrogenase)activity,serum lipid profi le levels(total lipids,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,and very low-density lipoprotein),and a signifi cant increase inα-fetoprotein and bilirubin,accompanied with reduced total serum protein and albumin levels in a HCC rat ***,numerous alterations were detected in hepatic tissues of HCC rats,such as lymphocytic cell infi ltration,damage of hepatocytes,dilated congested central vein with degenerated endothelial cells,and congested blood sinusoids in addition to masson’s trichrome staining blue collagen fi bers in hepatocytes and central vein indicating hepatic fi *** of HCC rats with CIS or IN improved such deleterious effects,where IN is more effective than CIS,and the best effect can be observed in rats that received both CIS and ***:It could be concluded that IN in chicory extract acts as a chemo-sensitizer to CIS for treatment in an HCC rat model.

AIm: To explore the approaches exerted by mesenchymal stem cells (mSCs) to improve Parkinson’s disease (PD) ***: mSCs were harvested from bone marrow of femoral bones of male rats, grown and propagated in culture. Twenty four ovariectomized animals were classified into 3 groups: Group (1) was control, Groups (2) and (3) were subcutaneously administered with rotenone for 14 d after one month of ovariectomy for induction of PD. Then, Group (2) was left untreated, while Group (3) was treated with single intravenous dose of bone marrow derived mSCs (Bm-mSCs). SRY gene was assessed by PCR in brain tissue of the female rats. Serum transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGF-β1), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (mCP-1) and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) levels were assayed by ELISA. Brain dopamine DA level was assayed fluorometrically, while brain tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and nestin gene expression were detected by semi-quantitative real time PCR. Brain survivin expression was determined by immunohistochemical procedure. The current study aims to develop polyvinyl chloride(PVC)nanocomposites with enhanced electrical and mechanical properties by incorporating titanium oxide(TiO_(2))nanoparticles within PVC *** loading of nanoparticles and different nanoparticle surface states were *** surface states are unfunctionalised,functionalised using vinyl silane and functionalised using amino *** choice of a most suitable surface state was a critical factor that guarantees a good dispersion of nanoparticles and consequently enhances the compatibility between TiO_(2)and PVC *** process followed in the PVC/TiO_(2)nanocomposites preparation,loaded with different wt.%of TiO_(2)nanoparticles,was the solvent *** dielectric properties measured here were the relative permittivity(ɛr),dielectric loss(tanδ),breakdown strength(AC and DC under uniform field)and the internal partial discharges(PDs)within insulation *** measurements have been performed under room temperature and at frequency ranged from 20 to 1.0 ***,the mechanical properties of the samples like elongation,elasticity modulus and tensile strength were also *** silane showed better improvements in both electrical and mechanical performances compared to the amino silane,especially in cases of high weight fractions of TiO_(2).This is because of the improvement in the PVC-TiO_(2)interfacial region arise from the similarity of polarity and surface tension values of vinyl silane with that of PVC matrix and TiO_(2)nanoparticles.
