Prematurity is the most common direct cause of newborn mortality that can be reduced by improving the care for premature baby in Neonatal Care Units. Nursing staff working in such units must be highly qualified to avoid complications which lead to the increase of disability and death rate. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of intervention on Nurse’s Performance regarding feeding premature baby in Neonate Care Unit. Interventional Study design with pre and posttest was used. The study was carried out at neonatal care units of Organization of AL-Thora Public Hospital and AL-Slkhana Hospital for Maternal and childhood in Hodeida city in Yemen. Method: Total coverage of 50 nurses in the previously mentioned settings. Three tools were used tool viz. the Structured questionnaire including two parts for Demographic data of nurses and level of basic nurse’s knowledge tool, the Observation Check list, and the training program procedure which consists of 4 phases: Phase (1) Pretest for the existing knowledge for nurses using the questionnaire format;Phase (2) Orientation to the educational program;Phase (3) close supervision to the participants while applying the nursing practice;Phase (

Objective Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) contains a high proportion of breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs) and exhibits resistance to chemotherapy treatments. Therefore, the identification of BCSCs that are novel molecular targets may improve patient survival. Aldehyde dehydrogenase-1(ALDH 1 A1) has been considered a cancer stem cell marker in different tumors. Caveolin-1(Cav-1), a membrane transporter protein, regulates cancer chemo-resistance and stem cell signaling. Thus, the aim of this study was to evaluate the expression of ALDH 1 A1 and Cav-1 in patients with TNBC by immunohistochemistry(IHC) and to correlate their expression with clinical and pathological *** Paraffin blocks of 30 breast cancer patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy between January 2013 and December 2016 in Zagazig University Hospitals(Egypt) were evaluated. Antibodies to ALDH 1 A1 and Cav-1 were used. Results ALDH 1 A1 and Cav-1 significantly correlated with tumor size. A significant association between ALDH 1 A1/Cav-1 IHC staining and relapse was found. Cav-1 and ALDH 1 A1-positive expression correlated with a short 3-year disease-free survival rate and a 3-year overall survival rate(P < 0.001). Conclusion ALDH 1 A1 and Cav-1 expression in TNBC was significantly positively correlated with poor clinicopathological parameters and shortened survival. Expression of both markers was significantly positively correlated with each other(P < 0.001). ALDH 1 A1 and Cav-1 could be potential therapeutic targets in breast cancer.

The organizations used quality tools to develop their processes and gain satisfaction from the customers. The main objective of this study is to develop levels of quality in the construction industry through the use of the seven basic quality control tools. Such tools are extremely crucial tools which are used worldwide in the industries for continual improvement. The seven basic quality tools are Check Sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, Control Chart, Flowchart and Scatter Diagram. They were implemented in various steps of the process in order to define the problems, measure its impacts, find out its root causes and solve these problems to ensure the production of non-defective items. The study shows how the seven basic tools of quality are very useful and effective in identifying and removal of defects from the manufacturing process. These tools are helpful in every stage of the defect removal process. This study was conducted on Cleopatra Group Company. This company succeeded to serve the public and private projects in the Egyptian construction sectors.

Objective:To evaluate Brachychiton acerifolius leaf extracts as antidiabetic potential agent and to identify the main active constituents using bioactivity guided ***:In vitro antioxidant activity was evaluated for *** different extracts using DPPH assay and vitamin C as *** activity was then determined using STZ-induced rats treated daily with ethyl acetate and 70% ethanol leaf extracts for4 weeks at a dose of 200 g/kg body weight against gliclazide reference *** glucose,a-amylase,lipid profile,liver function enzymes and oxidative stress markers were assessed along with histopathological study for liver and pancreatic *** and structural elucidation of active compounds were made using Diaion and Sephadex followed by spectral ***:The results indicated that ethyl acetate and ethanol leaf extracts exhibited the strongest antioxidant activity compared to that of vitamin C(IC500.05,0.03 and 12 mg/m L,respectively).Both extracts showed potent anti-hyperglycemic activity evidenced by a significant decrease in serum glucose levels by 82.5% and 80.9% and a-amylase by45.2% and 53.6%,as compared with gliclazide 68% and 59.4%,*** of ethanol extract resulted in the isolation of 9 flavonoids including apigenin-7-O-arhamnosyl(1/2)-b-D-glucuronide,apigenin-7-O-b-D-glucuronide,apigenin-7-O-b-Dglucoside and ***:This study highlights the potential use of *** leaf extract enriched in flavones for the treatment of diabetes that would warrant further clinical trials investigation.

Aim:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the dominant form of primary liver cancer and is histologically and etiologically distinct from other forms of primary liver *** objective of this study was to elucidate the synergistic effect and the role of chicory extract[inulin(IN)]as a chemo-sensitizer for cisplatin(CIS)treatment of ***:Five groups of rats were treated for 4 *** groups consisted of the control group,a group receiving thioacetamide(TAA)(200 mg/kg b.w)in drinking water,a group injected intraperitoneally with a single dose of CIS(7.5 mg/kg b.w)in addition to TAA for 4 months,a group receiving oral doses of IN(10 mg/kg b.w)in addition to TAA for 4 months,and a group injected intraperitoneally with a single dose of CIS(7.5 mg/kg b.w)and IN(10 mg/kg b.w)plus TAA for 4 ***:The current data exhibited increment of serum and liver enzyme(alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,creatine kinase,and lactate dehydrogenase)activity,serum lipid profi le levels(total lipids,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,and very low-density lipoprotein),and a signifi cant increase inα-fetoprotein and bilirubin,accompanied with reduced total serum protein and albumin levels in a HCC rat ***,numerous alterations were detected in hepatic tissues of HCC rats,such as lymphocytic cell infi ltration,damage of hepatocytes,dilated congested central vein with degenerated endothelial cells,and congested blood sinusoids in addition to Masson’s trichrome staining blue collagen fi bers in hepatocytes and central vein indicating hepatic fi *** of HCC rats with CIS or IN improved such deleterious effects,where IN is more effective than CIS,and the best effect can be observed in rats that received both CIS and ***:It could be concluded that IN in chicory extract acts as a chemo-sensitizer to CIS for treatment in an HCC rat model.

We present path integral quantization of a massive superparticle in d =4 which preserves 1/4 of the target space supersymmetry with eight supercharges, and so corresponds to the partial breaking N = 8 to N = 2. Its worldline action contains a Wess-Zumino term, explicitly breaks d =4 Lorentz symmetry and exhibits one complex fermionic k-symmetry. We perform the Hamilton-Jacobi formalism of constrained systems, to obtain the equations of motion of the model as total differential equations in many variables. These equations of motion are in exact agreement with those obtained by Dirac’s method.

Low temperature geothermal resources are located in many areas and represent a high potential energy resource. One of the most common technologies, efficient and to exploit this type of resource is the binary cycle technology. Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) is one of the main types of binary cycles. Electricity generation from low enthalpy geothermal energy using ORC is a talented technology. This paper addresses the design of binary cycle power plant utilizing one of the low temperature geothermal resource of temperature 92°C using four alternative working fluids: Butane, Isobutane, Pentane and 1,1,1,3,3-Pentafluoropropan (R245fa). Bir Nabi is the well under consideration which located in the Eastern desert, Egypt. Three operation parameters: geothermal temperature, reinjection temperature and geothermal flow rate are taken into consideration to analyze the performance of the power plant for different fluids. A performance analysis is conducted on ORC binary power plant using MATLAB programming to study the variation of output power and efficiency with the operation parameters. Also, the effect of these parameters on the area of ORC binary cycle power plant components;preheater, evaporator and condenser is presented. The geothermal resources temperatures are in the range of 90°C to130°C, the mass flow rate of the geothermal fluid ranges between 10 kg/s and 50 kg/s and reinjection temperature ranges from 30°C to 70°C. The results indicate that, the highest output power and plant efficiency are obtained with Pentane.

A dominating set D in a graph G is called an injective equitable dominating set (Inj-equitable dominating set) if for every , there exists such that u is adjacent to v and . The minimum cardinality of such a dominating set is denoted by and is called the Inj-equitable domination number of G. In this paper, we introduce the injective equitable domination of a graph and study its relation with other domination parameters. The minimal injective equitable dominating set, the injective equitable independence number , and the injective equitable domatic number are defined.

This work deals with the application of [MERCSF-N] computer program in calculating the macroscopic effective removal cross-section of fast neutrons, ΣR (cm-1), for two different boro phosphate glass systems: (0.5 - x) CdO-x Fe2O3-0.4 P2O5-0.1 B2O3 and (0.5 - x) B2O3-x Fe2O3-0.1 CdO-0.4 P2O5 (with 0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.5 by mole), to realize from the role of iron in the attenuation process and hence the usefulness of the glass containing iron as neutrons shielding material. The effect of replacing cadmium and boron oxides by iron oxide has been analyzed which proved that iron is more efficient than cadmium in attenuating and removing fast neutrons and that the presence of small amounts of B2O3 at least 0.1 mole fraction, with iron is needed to aid improving the removal cross-section of iron phosphate glasses. Experimental IR results are developed and used to trace the structural change and confirm the role of iron in the removal cross section.
