The first example of Nd@C3N4-photoredox/chlorine dual catalyzed alkylation with unactivated alkanes as the alkyl sources has been developed,which allows for the synthesis of various 4-alkylated cyclic sulfonyl *** this process,chlorine functions as both a redox and hydrogen atom transfer *** synergism of the reversible Nd2+/Nd3+and Clˉ/Cl˙redox pairs significantly enhances overall photocatalytic *** in vitro anticancer activity of 4-alkylated products was evaluated by using the CCK8assay against both human choroidal melanoma （MUM-2B） and lung cancer （A549） *** 3da showed approximately triple the potency of 5-fluorouracil.

1,4-Enyne units are ubiquitous skeletons in biologically active molecules and natural ***,they represent versatile building blocks for abundant downstream derivatizations via controllable modifications of both alkene and alkyne units ***,great efforts have been made to establish efficient protocols to achieve optically active 1,*** the enormous application potential of enantioenriched 1,4-enyne units but no related review on this topic has been described,here we aim to provide a comprehensive summary on the catalytic methods established for enantioselective constructions of these intriguing *** to the reaction types,this review is divided into five parts,including asymmetric allylic substitution,asymmetric propargylic substitution,asymmetric alkynylallylic substitution,asymmetric hydroalkynylation and asymmetric 1,2-addition of alkynes to conjugated imines or ketones.

In this work,a new pyrylium derivatization-assisted liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)method was developed for metabolite profiling of the glutathione anabolic pathway(GAP)in cancer tissues and *** pyrylium salt of 6,7-dimethoxy-3-methyl isochromenylium tetrafluoroborate(DMMIC)was used to label the amino group of metabolites,and a reductant of dithiothreitol(DTT)was employed to stabilize the thiol *** combining DMMIC derivatization with LC-MS,it was feasible to quantify the 13 main metabolites on the GAP in complex biological samples,which had good linearity(R^(2)=0.99810.9999),precision(interday precision of 1.6%e19.0%and intraday precision of 1.4%e19.8%)and accuracy(83.4%-115.7%).Moreover,the recovery assessments in tissues(82.5%e107.3%)and in cells(98.1%e118.9%)with GSH-^(13)C2,^(15)N,and Cys-^(15)N demonstrated the reliability of the method in detecting tissues and *** a methodological evaluation,the method was applied successfully to investigate difference in the GAP between the carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and the effect of p-hydroxycinnamaldehyde(CMSP)on the GAP in KYSE150 esophageal cancer *** results demonstrate that the developed method provides a promising new tool to elucidate the roles of GAP in physiological and pathological processes,which can contribute to research on drugs and diseases.

The first example of TBAI/H_(2)O cooperative electrocatalytic coupling-annulation of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones with N-arylglycines was developed. A broad range of tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalin-4(5H)-ones were obtained in good to excellent yields with exclusive chemoselectivities and excellent regioselectivities. The H-hydrogen bond served as a key factor for the electrocatalytic production of aminomethyl radical at lower oxidative potential.

Chronic kidney disease （CKD） is a major public health problem that affects about 10% of the general population. Current approaches to characterize the category and progression of CKD are normally based on renal histopathological results and clinical parameters. However, this information is not sufficient to predict CKD progression risk reliably or to guide preventive interventions. Nowadays, the appearance of systems biology has brought forward the concepts of ＂-omics＂ technologies, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. Systems biology, together with molecular analysis approaches such as microarray analysis, genome-wide association studies （GWAS）, and serial analysis of gene expression （SAGE）, has provided the framework for a comprehensive analysis of renal disease and serves as a starting point for generating novel molecular diagnostic tools for use in nephrology. In particular, analysis of urinary mRNA and protein levels is rapidly evolving as a non-invasive approach for CKD monitoring. All these systems biological molecular approaches are required for application of the concept of ＂personalized medicine＂ to progressive CKD, which will result in tailoring therapy for each patient, in contrast to the ＂one-size-fits-all＂ therapies currently in use.

The standard model of modern cosmology might be cracked by the recent persistent hot debate on the Hubble-constant(H_(0))tension,which manifests itself as the sound-horizon(r_(s))tension or absolute-magnitude(M_(B))tension if deeming the origin of the Hubble tension from modifying the early or late Universe,*** this study,we achieve a fully model-independent constraint(fitting a model-independent global parameterization to a model-independent inverse distant ladder with a modelindependent high-redshift calibration)on late-time models with strong evidence against homogeneous new physics over theΛ-cold-dark-matter(ΛCDM)*** using this model-independent constraint to calibrate sufficiently local supernovae with corresponding late-time models extrapolated below the homogeneity scale,we find surprisingly that,although both H_(0)tension and MB tension are absent in our local Universe,a combination of H_(0)and M_(B)as the intercept a B of the magnitude-redshift relation exhibits 3~7σtension even for theΛCDM *** aBtension seems to call for local-scale inhomogeneous new physics disguised as local observational systematics.

The Qinba Mountains are climatically and ecologically recognized as the north-south transitional zone of *** of its phenology is critical for comprehending the response of vegetation to climatic *** retrieved the start of spring phenology(SOS)of eight forest communities from the MODIS products and adopted it as an indicator for spring *** analysis,partial correlation analysis,and GeoDetector were employed to reveal the spatio-temporal patterns and climatic drivers of *** results indicated that the SOS presented an advance trend from 2001 to 2020,with a mean rate of−0.473 d yr^(−1).The SOS of most forests correlated negatively with air temperature(TEMP)and positively with precipitation(PRE),suggesting that rising TEMP and increasing PRE in spring would forward and delay SOS,*** dominant factors influencing the sensitivity of SOS to climatic variables were altitude,forest type,and latitude,while the effects of slope and aspect were relatively *** response of SOS to climatic factors varied significantly in space and among forest communities,partly due to the influence of altitude,slope,and aspect.
