Milk fat globule membrane(MFGM),which contains abundant glycoproteins and phospholipids,exerts beneficial effects on intestinal health and *** aim of this study was to evaluate the protective effects and possible underlying mechanisms of MFGM on cow’s milk allergy(CMA)in aβ-lactoglobulin(BLG)-induced allergic mice *** was supplemented to allergic mice induced by BLG at a dose of 400 mg/kg body *** demonstrated that MFGM alleviated food allergy symptoms,decreased serum levels of lipopolysaccharide,pro-inflammatory cytokines,immunoglobulin(Ig)E,Ig G1,and Th2 cytokines including interleukin(IL)-4,while increased serum levels of Th1 cytokines including interferon-γand regulatory T cells(Tregs)cytokines including IL-10 and transforming growth factor-β.MFGM modulated gut microbiota and enhanced intestinal barrier of BLG-allergic mice,as evidenced by decreased relative abundance of Desulfobacterota,Rikenellaceae,Lachnospiraceae,and Desulfovibrionaceae,while increased relative abundance of Bacteroidetes,Lactobacillaceae and Muribaculaceae,and enhanced expressions of tight junction proteins including Occludin,Claudin-1 and zonula ***,MFGM increased fecal short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)levels,which elevated G protein-coupled receptor(GPR)43 and GPR109A *** increased expressions of GPR43 and GPR109A induced CD103+dendritic cells accumulation and promoted Tregs differentiation in mesenteric lymph node to a certain *** summary,MFGM alleviated CMA in a BLG-induced allergic mice model through enhancing intestinal barrier and promoting Tregs differentiation,which may be correlated with SCFAs-mediated activation of *** findings suggest that MFGM may be useful as a promising functional ingredient against CMA.

In the wake of the era of big data,the techniques of deep learning have become an essential research direction in the machine learning field and are beginning to be applied in the steel *** sintering process is an extremely complex industrial *** the main process of the blast furnace ironmaking industry,it has great economic value and environmental protection significance for iron and steel *** is also one of the fields where deep learning is still in the exploration *** order to explore the application prospects of deep learning techniques in iron ore sintering,a comprehensive summary and conclusion of deep learning models for intelligent sintering were presented after reviewing the sintering process and deep learning models in a large number of research ***,the mechanisms and characteristics of parameters in sintering processes were introduced and analysed in detail,and then,the development of iron ore sintering simulation techniques was ***,deep learning techniques were introduced,including commonly used models of deep learning and their ***,the current status of applications of various types of deep learning models in sintering processes was elaborated in detail from the aspects of prediction,controlling,and optimisation of key *** speaking,deep learning models that could be more effectively implemented in more situations of the sintering and even steel industry chain will promote the intelligent development of the metallurgical industry.

The chemical evolution and pressure-temperature conditions of subduction zone magmatism along ancient suture zones in orogenic belts can provide important information regarding plate convergence processes in *** magmatism in West Junggar is key to understanding the tectonothermal and subduction history of the Junggar Ocean,which was a branch of the Paleo-Asian Ocean,as well as the accretionary processes in the southwestern Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB).We undertook a geochronological,mineralogical,geochemical,and Sr-Nd-Hf-Pb isotopic study of volcanic rocks from the Baikouquan area of West *** used these data to determine the petrogenesis,mantle source,and pressure-temperature conditions of these magmas,and further constrain the subduction and tectonic history of the Junggar *** studied volcanic rocks yielded zircon U-Pb ages of 342-337 Ma and are characterized by enrichments of large-ion lithophile elements(LILEs),and depletions in high-field-strength elements(HFSEs),indicative of an island arc *** volcanic rocks have positiveƐNd(t)(5.83-7.04)andƐHf(t)(13.47-15.74)values,87Sr/86Sr(t)ratios of 0.704023-0.705658,and radiogenic 207Pb/204Pb(t)and 208Pb/204Pb(t)ratios at a given 206Pb/204Pb(t)ratio,indicative of a depleted mantle source contaminated by subduction-related *** modeling calculations indicate that≤1%of a subduction component comprising fluid and sediment melt could have generated the source of the parental melts of the Baikouquan volcanic *** phenocrysts in the volcanic rocks are classified as high-and low-Ti clinopyroxene,and pressure-temperature calculations suggest the host rocks formed at high temperatures(~1300℃)and shallow to moderate depths(<2 GPa).The magma was probably generated by hot and hydrous melting in a mantle wedge in response to subduction of young,hot oceanic *** present results,combined with published data,suggest that the Baikouquan volcanic r

改善现有穿孔辊加工工艺,加速穿孔辊的生产制造。以140深度改造机组某种穿孔辊为研究对象,分析并改善其加工工艺,通过逐步分析每一道加工工序,发现工艺中可取之处与不足之处,并加以优化改善。基于原有加工工艺,形成一套新的穿孔辊加工工艺,保留原有工艺长处的同时,进一步提升穿孔辊的加工质量与加工速度,在满足客户要求的同时缩短加工周期,更好又快的生产。成功优化现有的穿孔辊加工工艺,可以应用于穿孔辊的加工生产。

禾谷镰孢(Fusarium graminearum)是引起小麦赤霉病的主要病原真菌,不仅会造成严重的作物减产,还会产生脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)等真菌毒素污染谷物,威胁人畜健康。为探究禾谷镰孢产毒菌丝胞内外的毒素含量,本文建立了气相色谱-质谱联用法同时检测DON和15-乙酰基脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(15-ADON)。通过质谱特征扫描,DON和15-ADON均获得了较高离子化效应的离子。在单离子检测(SIM)模式下,利用m/z295、235和193离子定性分析DON,m/z 392、235和193离子定性分析15-ADON。选择其中响应强度最高的m/z 235离子定量分析DON,m/z 193离子定量分析15-ADON。利用该方法检测禾谷镰孢野生型PH-1和DON合成缺陷突变体tri5胞内外的DON和15-ADON含量,PH-1胞内的DON和15-ADON含量分别为(149.13±9.15)μg/g和(1833.31±185.33)μg/g,胞外含量分别为(5910.35±468.23)μg/g和(45222.12±2726.81)μg/g;tri5突变体的胞内外均未检测到DON和15-ADON。该方法可用于菌丝胞内外DON和15-ADON的同时分析。

油茶炭疽病病原鉴定及生物学特性

【目的】炭疽病影响油茶正常生长发育并降低其产量。通过对抗性优良的普通油茶“攸杂2”和易感炭疽病的“华硕”油茶F1子代进行病原鉴定,为油茶炭疽病抗性育种及其防治提供依据。【方法】选用普通油茶“攸杂2”×“华硕”油茶F1子代中主要发病叶片,通过分离提纯和分子鉴定等方法鉴定感染菌株种类;同时根据生物学特性改变生长环境,了解菌株的生长习性。【结果】在调查的474株“攸杂2”×“华硕”F1子代中,出现了明显的抗性分离现象,群体整体的抗病指数DI为31.1,抗病等级处于抗病(R)。通过分子鉴定比对和柯赫氏验证后得出该群体侵染菌株为果生炭疽菌(Colletotrichumfructicola)和胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichumgloeosporioides);使用不同培养基培养菌株后,在PSA(马铃薯蔗糖琼脂)培养基上两种菌生长情况最佳。CMA(玉米粉琼脂)培养基上生长情况最差;使用Czapek培养基通过改变碳源、氮源、pH、光照条件后发现,果生炭疽菌对于环境酸碱度pH的适应范围更加广,胶孢炭疽菌则适应酸碱度为中性的环境;以牛肉膏作为氮源更适合两个菌株生长;以葡萄糖作为碳源可以使两个菌株生长状态最佳;两个菌株全光照培养的生长情况最佳。【结论】油茶“攸杂2”×“华硕”F1子代感染的炭疽病真菌为果生炭疽菌和胶孢炭疽菌,根据这两个菌株的生物学特性可以有针对性地改进油茶病害的防治措施;同时F1子代个体间的感病性状分离,为油茶炭疽病遗传规律的挖掘和选育高抗品种奠定基础。

Packet scheduling for OFDMA based relay networks

The combination of relay networks with orthogonal frequency division multiple access （OFDMA） has been proposed as a promising solution for the next generation wireless system. Considering different traffic classes and user quality of service （QoS）, three efficient scheduling algorithms are introduced in such networks. The round-robin （RR） algorithm in relay networks serves as a performance benchmark. Numerical results show that the proposed algorithms achieve significant improvement on system throughput and decrease system packet loss rate, compared with the RR and absence of relaying system （traditional network）. Furthermore, comparisons have been carried out among the three proposed algorithms.

Camellia oil extracted from the seeds of Camellia oleifera *** a popular and high-quality edible oil,but its yield is limited by seed setting,which is mainly caused by self-incompatibility(SI).One of the obvious biological features of SI plants is the inhibition of self-pollen tubes;however,the underlying mechanism of this inhibition in *** is poorly *** this study,we constructed a semi-in vivo pollen tube growth test(SIV-PGT)system that can screen for substances that inhibit self-pollen tubes without interference from the genetic *** with multi-omics analysis,the results revealed the important role of galloylated catechins in self-pollen tube inhibition,and a possible molecular regulatory network mediated by UDP-glycosyltransferase(UGT)and serine carboxypeptidase-like(SCPL)was *** summary,galloylation of catechins and high levels of galloylated catechins are specifically involved in pollen tube inhibition under self-pollination rather than cross-pollination,which provides a new understanding of SI in *** results will contribute to sexual reproduction research on *** and provide theoretical support for improving Camellia oil yield in production.

Metal-free photocatalysts have attracted growing concern ***,the composites combining g-C_(3)N_(4)with wood pulp cellulose biochar(WPBC/g-C_(3)N_(4))were synthesized to effectively activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)under visible light for the degradation of diclofenac(DCF).The incorporation of WPBC endowed g-C_(3)N_(4)with enhanced visible light absorption,improved charge separation capability,reduced electrical conductivity,and increased photocatalytic and PMS activation *** on quenching tests,electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR),electrochemical analysis and solvent exchange experiments,both radical and nonradical mechanisms were *** species including·OH,h^(+),·O_(2)^(-)were identified to contribute to DCF *** 1O2 and electron transfer were the dominant nonradical pathways for DCF ***,the common influencing factors were examined,and DCF concentration was the most influential factor based on principal component ***,the composites exhibited good reusability during consecutive *** on HPLC/MS analysis,four intermediates were detected and the possible DCF degradation pathway was *** work provided a potential strategy based on metal-free WPBC/g-C_(3)N_(4)for the photocatalytic activation of PMS to effectively degrade emerging contaminants in wastewater.
