Metals are essential components of both micronutrients and macronutrients in living organisms and are involved in a variety of immune processes in the forms of free ions or protein-coupled complexes(metalloproteins).Multiple aspects of the immune system,from the structural and functional control of immune-related proteins to the cellular responses to immunotherapy,could be affected by ***,the employment of metal for the regulation of immunity,termed as metalloimmunology,is gaining interest as a prevalent and efficacious approach to combating ***,the manipulation of metalloimmunology using traditional drugs presents several challenges,including limited bioavailability,adverse effects,and a lack of targeting *** review provides an overview of the latest findings in metal and metal-regulatory therapeutic agents for the treatment of *** trace metal elements,such as iron,zinc,copper,manganese,magnesium,and calcium,as well as heavy metal drugs and their mechanisms of action,will be discussed with a particular focus on their roles in regulating the tumor-immune *** latest nanotechnology employed in the administration of metal-regulatory drugs and the design concepts for tailored therapeutic interventions will be *** concepts and information offer promising clinical possibilities of modulating cancer immunology by targeting metal metabolism.

With the growing interest in utilizing Mg and austenitic stainless steel(ASS)in the automotive sector,joining them together in three-sheet configuration is ***,achieving this task presents considerable challenges due to the large differences in their physical,metallurgical and mechanical *** overcome these challenges,the feasibility of using weld-bonding to join Mg alloy/ASS/ASS was *** nugget formation,interface characteristics,microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were *** results show that the connection between the Mg alloy and upper ASS was achieved through the combined effect of the cured adhesive and weld-brazing in the weld *** the other hand,a metallurgical bond was formed at the ASS/ASS *** Mg nugget microstructure exhibited fine columar grains composed predominantly of primaryα-Mg grains along with a eutectic mixture ofα-Mg andβ-*** nugget formed at the ASS/ASS interface consisted largely of columnar grains of austenite,with some equiaxed dendritic grains formed at the centerline of the *** weld-bonded joints exhibited an average peak load and energy absorption of about 8.5 kN and 17 J,respectively(the conventional RSW joints failed with minimal or no load application).The failure mode of the joints changed with increasing welding current from interfacial failure via the Mg nugget/upper ASS interface to partial interfacial failure(part of the Mg nugget was pulled out of the Mg sheet).Both failure modes were accompanied by cohesive failure in the adhesive zone.

This study proposes an intelligent data analysis model for finding optimal patterns in human activities on the basis of biometric features obtained from four sensors installed on smartphone and smartwatch devices. The proposed model, referred to as Scheduling Activities of smartphone and smartwatch based on Optimal Pattern Model(SA-OPM), consists of four main stages. The first stage relates to the collection of data from four sensors in real time(i.e., two smartphone sensors called accelerometer and gyroscope and two smartwatch sensors of the same name).The second stage involves the preprocessing of the data by converting them into graphs. As graphs are difficult to deal with directly, a deterministic selection algorithm is proposed as a new method to find the optimal root to split the graphs into multiple subgraphs. The third stage entails determining the number of samples related to each subgraph by using the optimization technique called the lion optimization algorithm. The final stage involves the generation of patterns from the optimal subgraph by using the association pattern algorithm called g Span. The pattern finder based on Forward-Backward Rules(FBR) generates the optimal patterns and thus aids humans in organizing their activities. Results indicate that the proposed SA-OPM model generates robust and authentic patterns of human activities.

Quantitative estimation of ground and stream waters draining through sedimentary rocks of the Pab and Mor ranges (Jurassic-Cretaceous) and the Bela ophiolite has been made. The degree of correspondence among cations and anions has been estimated in order to evaluate their mutual relationships. The abundance of major ions is interpreted to be related to bedrocks and climatic conditions, which may contribute to the genetic affiliation. The log TDS and Na/Na+Ca ratio reflected supremacy of weathering of rocks with some influence of evaporation. Ionic relationship is exhibited in the form of Stiff diagrams. Patterns of ionic composition revealed high NaCl, medium Ca(HCO3)2 and low MgSO4. Piper diagram has been used to classify the hydrofacies. The important hydrogeochemical parameters have been estimated for assessment of groundwater quality for domestic purposes in accordance to WHO. Irrigation water qualities have been evaluated in terms of EC, SAR, RSC, ESP and pH.

With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,the spectrum resources are increasingly strained which needs optimal *** radio(CR)is one of the key technologies to solve this *** sensing not only includes the precise detection of the communication signal of the primary user(PU),but also the precise identification of its modulation type,which can then determine the a priori information such as the PU’service category,so as to use this information to make the cognitive user(CU)aware to discover and use the idle spectrum more effectively,and improve the spectrum *** sensing is the primary feature and core part of *** sensing algorithms includes energy detection,cyclostationary feature detection,matched filter detection,and so *** energy detection algorithm has a simple structure and does not require prior knowledge of the PU transmitter signal,but it is easily affected by noise and the threshold is not easy to *** combination of multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)with CR improves the spectral efficiency and multipath fading *** best utilize the PU spectrum while minimizing the overall transmit power,an iterative technique based on semidefinite programming(SDP)and minimum mean squared error(MMSE)is ***,this article proposed a new method for max-min fairness *** compared to existing algorithms,the simulation results show that the proposed algorithms perform better in terms of total transmitted power and signal-tointerference plus noise ratio(SINR).Furthermore,the proposed algorithm effectively improved the system performance in terms of number of iterations,interference temperature threshold and balance SINR level which makes it superior over the conventional schemes.

In this paper, we elaborate a new strategy based on cooperative game theory models to encourage and manage the interactions in a MicroGrid network. The proposed strategy optimizes the cooperation and the energy exchange in a distributed μGrid network. The strategy consists of a two stage algorithm: Coalition formation algorithm which was specifically created to approximate the optimal set of coalitions that return considerable savings. And the Matching game to manage the energy exchange inside each coalition. The performance of our strategy was verified through simulations. These latter show that the losses can be considerably decreased by the use of the proposed strategy: the rate of the loss reduction can reach up to 20% if the two stages are applied on the network. Moreover, the strategy proved to have a fast convergence which makes it operational for real implemented networks.

This paper presents the design,and validation of a new adaptive control system based on quasi-time delay estimation(Q-TDE)augmented with new integral second-order terminal sliding mode control(ISOTSMC)for a manipulator robot with unknown dynamicuncertainty and *** to the conventional[TDE,the proposed Q-TDE becomes sufficient to invoke a fixed artficial time delay and utilize the past data only of the control input to approximate the unknown system's dynamic *** incorporating of new adaptive reachinglaw with ISOTSMCaugmented with Q-TDE policy ensures the continuous performance tracking of the robot manipulator's trajectories using output *** combination may achieve high performance with a significant chattering reducing *** utilizing the Lyapunov function theory,it can be demonstrated that the robot system is stable and all signals in closed-loop are converging in finite ***,Simulation and comparative studies with two degrees of freedom robot manipulator were carried out to validate the effectiveness of the designed control scheme.

Nowadays,we can use the multi-task learning approach to train a machine-learning algorithm to learn multiple related tasks instead of training it to solve a single *** this work,we propose an algorithm for estimating textual similarity scores and then use these scores in multiple tasks such as text ranking,essay grading,and question answering *** used several vectorization schemes to represent the Arabic texts in the SemEval2017-task3-subtask-D *** used schemes include lexical-based similarity features,frequency-based features,and pre-trained model-based ***,we used contextual-based embedding models such as Arabic Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers(AraBERT).We used the AraBERT model in two different ***,as a feature extractor in addition to the text vectorization schemes’*** fed those features to various regression models to make a prediction value that represents the relevancy score between Arabic text ***,AraBERT is adopted as a pre-trained model,and its parameters are fine-tuned to estimate the relevancy scores between Arabic textual *** evaluate the research results,we conducted several experiments to compare the use of the AraBERT model in its two *** terms of Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE),the results showminor variance between AraBERT v0.2 as a feature extractor(21.7723)and the fine-tuned AraBERT v2(21.8211).On the other hand,AraBERT v0.2-Large as a feature extractor outperforms the finetuned AraBERT v2 model on the used data set in terms of the coefficient of determination(R2)values(0.014050,−0.032861),respectively.
