Thermally modified organic materials commonly known as biochar have gained popularity of being used as a soil *** information, however, is available on the role of biochar in alleviating the negative impacts of saline water on soil productivity and plant growth. This study, therefore, was conducted to investigate the effects of Conocarpus biochar(BC) and organic farm residues(FR) at different application rates of 0.0%(control), 4.0% and 8.0%(weight/weight) on yield and quality of tomatoes grown on a sandy soil under drip irrigation with saline or non-saline water. The availability of P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu to plants was also investigated. The results demonstrated clearly that addition of BC or FR increased the vegetative growth, yield and quality parameters in all irrigation treatments. It was found that salt stress adversely affected soil productivity, as indicated by the lower vegetative growth and yield components of tomato plants. However, this suppressing effect on the vegetative growth and yield tended to decline with application of FR or BC, especially at the high application rate and in the presence of biochar. Under saline irrigation system, for instance, the total tomato yield increased over the control by 14.0%–43.3% with BC and by 3.9%–35.6% with FR. These could be attributed to enhancement effects of FR or BC on soil properties, as indicated by increases in soil organic matter content and nutrient availability. Therefore, biochar may be effectively used as a soil amendment for enhancing the productivity of salt-affected sandy soils under arid conditions.

1.绪论1.1背景和意义研究干旱变化对区域生态环境保护和可持续发展具有重要意义。根据世界气象组织(WMO)的统计,全球气象灾害约占所有自然灾害的70%,而干旱占所有气象灾害的比例达50%。干旱带来的损失也是自然灾害中最大的。近几十年来,全球干旱情况变得更加严重,影响也更为广泛。干旱也是我国农业面临的主要挑战性自然灾害之一,位于黑龙江省西部半干旱区的松嫩平原是我国重要的商品粮基地。该区处于我国东北高纬度寒区,半干旱季风气候显著,年降水量时空分布不均,冬季积雪少,春季干旱频发,气象条件对农业生产非常不利。开展该地区干旱变化特性与评估的研究,可为该地区防治和减轻干旱的影响,科学评价气候演变特征以及实现水资源的科学管理提供基础数据。对保障黑龙江省西部粮食产能和农业的可持续发展以及实现生态安全具有重要意义。1.2研究内容和技术路线1.2.1主要研究内容(1)黑龙江省西部半干旱区干旱特性评估选取具有黑龙江省西部半干旱气候特性的典型研究区,采用不同的单位时间间隔(1、3、6、12、24个月),推求研究区各时间间隔的标准化降水指数(Standardized Precipitation Index,SPI)和标准化降水-蒸散指数(Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index,SPEI),通过对不同时间间隔SPI和SPEI结果的分析,评价研究区各时间尺度的气象干旱特征及趋势。(2)主要气象因子的时间变异性分析采用变异系数法,计算研究区研究时段内各主要气象因子如降水量、气温、湿度、日照时数等年平均值序列的变异系数,通过对各气象因子变异系数的分析,对研究区各因子的变异性进行评价。(3)主要气象因子对降水的影响程度分析以年降水量为因变量,气温、相对湿度、日照时数和风速为自变量,构建多元线性回归模型,评价各因子对年降水量的线性相关程度以及影响的大小。(4)SPI和SPEI相关性分析针对不同的时间尺度(1、3、6、12和24个月)建立线性回归模型,以SPEI为因变量,SPI为自变量构建线性预测模型,验证各时间尺度SPEI和SPI值之间的差异性以及评价SPI和SPEI之间的线性关系。1.2.2技术路线根据研究的主要内容、所采用的研究方法和手段,拟采用的技术路线图如图1所示。2.材料和方法2.1研究区简介研究区位于黑龙江省西部(46°14’24"22°2624"25°31’48"E)(见图2),该区主要位于齐齐哈尔地区境内,处于松嫩平原腹地,冬季漫长寒冷,夏季短暂凉爽,年均气温2.0.5°C;多年平均降雨量450mm左右,降雨季节性分布不均,超过80%集中在6月的雨季;年潜在蒸散发量超过1000 mm,年降雨蒸发比在0.2.5之间,为半干旱区。研究区位置如图2所示。2.2气象数据收集在国家气象科学数据中心获取了研究区1961015年6个气象站的逐日气象数据(降水量、温度、相对湿度、太阳辐射和风速),气象站的分布如图2所示。2.3研究方法2.3.1 SPI和SPEI SPI是由美国科学家McKee等于1993年提出的一种多时间尺度干旱指数,采用Gamma函数来描述降水量的变化,只需降水量即可计算,通过SPI值可判别所评价的时间尺度内是否发生了干旱及其对应的等级,计算过程见文献。1月尺度SPI(SPI1)和3月尺度SPI(SPI3)能够反映短期气象旱涝特征,与农业干旱关系密切;6月尺度SPI(SPI6)和12月尺度SPI(SPI12)可以清楚地反映长期的旱涝变化特征,其中,SPI2对长期旱涝影响及持续时段具有显著的标识功能,通常与河流水位,水库水位,甚至地下水位相关度较高,因此,多种时间尺度的SPI综合应用可实现对旱涝的综合监测评估。SPEI的计算是基于月降水与同期潜在蒸散量的差值D=P-PET(D为月降水量与潜在蒸散量的差值;P为月降水量,为月潜在蒸散发量,单位均为mm),采用Log-logistic分布函数对A数据序列求累积概率,进行正态化,最终可得到不同时间尺度如1、3、6、9、12、24月等的SPEI值,计算过程可参考文献。McKee等(1993)基于SPI值对干旱进行了分级。在某些同类研究中,对Mackee(1993)基于SPI值的干旱分级标准进行了拓展,并包含了湿润分级,也有研究采用SPEI值对干旱(含湿润)进行分级,丰富和发展了干旱分级方法。本文在参考同类研究对干旱(含湿润)分级方法的基础上,采用不同SPI和SPEI值对干旱等级进行划分(见表1)。PET的计算方法有很多种,FAO-56推荐的彭曼-蒙蒂斯(P-M)公式(式1)综合考虑了温度、太阳辐射量、风速和相对湿度对蒸散发的影响,因此,本文采用P-M公式推求尸五r。(?)式中:为潜在蒸散发量,rrmrd;A为不同温度下饱和水汽压曲线上的斜率,

Geo-Historical and Geomorphological Evolution of the Sabkhas and Ridges at the Al-Khiran Area, State of Kuwait

The State of Kuwait is located in the northwestern Arabian Gulf. It is characterized by arid to semi-arid weather. This study’s concerned with the southern coastal area of the Al-Khiran. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and study the geo-history and evolution of geomorphologic features, especially coastal Ridges and Sabkhas in the Al-Khiran study area. This study based on the field observations as well as the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing techniques to establish a geodatabase for the study area in different disciplines. The results showed that the Al-Khiran coastal area was affected by the sea level fluctuation and coastal sedimentation during the Holocene and late Pleistocene. The coastal Ridges were originally coastal dunes, which were composed during the sea regression periods and consolidated with time. These Ridges were developed with time and separated the Al-Khiran area as a closed lagoon. This lagoon dried with time and formed a Sabkha field, especially on the depression zone that intersected or surrounded with the coastal Ridges. The Remote Sensing change detection technique shows that the changes were mainly concentrated on covering Sabkhas in some locations and might be due to the impact of active sand sheets and Aeolian sands. Land development in the Al-Khiran area led to the demolition of most of the coastal Ridges and Sabkha deposits.

小细胞肺癌(SCLC)在肺癌患者约占15%,通常与吸烟有密切关系,小细胞肺癌被归类为侵略性程度非常高的肺癌。SCLC的治疗方法首先从化学疗法和放射疗法开始。由于SCLC通常分为局限性(LD)和广泛性(ED)两个阶段,SCLC的患者中有70%被诊断为广泛阶段。DLL3被认为是SCLC免疫疗法的理想靶标,因为它在SCLC患者中高表达,而在正常组织中几乎不表达。免疫检查点抑制剂和DLL3靶向抗体偶联药物是目前SCLC免疫疗法中研究比较多的免疫治疗方法。双特异性抗体是通过将T细胞和肿瘤细胞直接桥连起来从而发挥T细胞的肿瘤杀伤活性。CAR-T细胞是将抗体片段表达在T细胞的表面,提高了T细胞对肿瘤细胞的识别与杀伤活性。本论文构建了靶向DLL3的双特异性抗体和CAR-T,并研究了它们对小细胞肺癌的杀伤活性。双特异性抗体的构建采用经典的knob-into-hole结构,其中靶向DLL3的抗体片段SC16.15与h Fc(knob)融合,靶向CD3的抗体片段OKT3与h Fc(hole)融合。CART细胞构建采用第三代结构,由抗体片段SC16.15、CD8跨膜区、共激活域CD28、4-1BB和CD3z构成。DLL3双特异性抗体和CAR-T的肿瘤杀伤活性均通过细胞水平和和体内移植瘤小鼠模型测试。双特异性抗体的细胞结合活性分别用DLL3阴性的A431细胞和DLL3阳性的小细胞肺癌细胞系、T淋巴瘤细胞系Jurkat和原代PBMC细胞进行测试。双特异性抗体和CAR-T的肿瘤杀伤活性通过荧光素酶法进行测试,首先用慢病毒载体将荧光素酶报告基因导入上述细胞系中,通过测试荧光素酶活性的下降确定双特异性抗体和CAR-T的体外杀伤活性。双特异性抗体和CAR-T的体内抑瘤活性在NSG小鼠中测试,通过向NSG小鼠皮下接种SCLC细胞,待成瘤后,通过腹腔注射PBMC细胞和尾静脉注射双特异性抗体,或腹腔注射CAR-T细胞,观察对肿瘤生长的抑制作用。体外杀伤结果显示,靶向DLL3的双特异性抗体和CAR-T均可迅速杀死DLL3阳性的小细胞肺癌细胞系H446,H196,H82,和超表达DLL3的A431细胞系系。体内抑瘤活性试验显示,双特异性抗体和CAR-T对肿瘤的生长均具有明显的抑制作用。联合PD-1检查点抑制抗体可以提高DLL3双特异性抗体的抑瘤活性,但未能加强CAR-T的抗肿瘤活性。总体来说,本研究的结果表明,以DLL3为靶点的双特异性抗体和CAR-T对小细胞肺癌均有很强的抑瘤活性,其中,DLL3双特异抗体联合PD-1抗体对SCLC的抑瘤效果更理想。

Evaluation of hybrid closed-loop insulin delivery system in type 1 diabetes in real-world clinical practice:One-year observational study

An English-to-Arabic Prototype Machine Translator for Statistical Sentences

Author tested the proposed system on some statistical statements. It proves its validity as a prototype system.

The Effect of Preparation Conditions on the Removal Efficiency of Water Pollutants Using LTA Zeolite

In this study LTA zeolite was prepared from kaolin. The effect of ultrasonic irradiation on the crystal structure and ability to ion exchange of some heavy metals were studied. Many techniques were used to characterize the prepared zeolite includes X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) with crystal lattice analysis, Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and finally ion exchange isotherm of some heavy metal ions. The results showed that the ultrasonicated zeolite exhibits different behavior towards ion exchange with increasing its capacity. The ultrasonicated zeolite showed little increase in the lattice parameters with increasing in the crystal size. Fitting adsorption isotherms on the metal adsorbed showed an observable change in the behavior of ultrasonicated zeolite towards the metals exchanged.

Impact of cirrhosis on surgical outcome after pancreaticoduodenectomy

AIM:To elucidate surgical outcomes of pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)in patients with liver ***:We studied retrospectively all patients who underwent PD in our centre between January 2002and December *** A comprised patients with cirrhotic livers,and Group B comprised patients with non-cirrhotic *** cirrhotic patients had ChildPugh classes A and B(patient’s score less than 8).Preoperative demographic data,intra-operative data and postoperative details were *** primary outcome measure was hospital mortality *** outcomes analysed included duration of the operation,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative morbidity and survival ***:Only 67/442 patients(15.2%)had cirrhotic *** blood loss and blood transfusion were significantly higher in group A(P=0.0001).The mean surgical time in group A was significantly longer than that in group B(P=0.0001).Wound complications(P=0.02),internal haemorrhage(P=0.05),pancreatic fistula(P=0.02)and hospital mortality(P=0.0001)were significantly higher in the cirrhotic *** stay was significantly longer in group A(P=0.03).The median survival was 19 mo in group A and 24 mo in group *** hypertension(PHT)was present in 16/67 cases of cirrhosis(23.9%).The intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion were significantly higher in patients with PHT(P=0.001).Postoperative morbidity(0.07)and hospital mortality(P=0.007)were higher in cirrhotic patients with ***:Patients with periampullary tumours and well-compensated chronic liver disease should be routinely considered for PD at high volume centres with available expertise to manage liver *** is associated with an increased risk of postoperative morbidity in patients with liver cirrhosis;therefore,it is only recommended in patients with Child A cirrhosis without portal hypertension.

Physico-Chemical, Organolyptical and Microbiological Characteristics of Substituted Cupcake by Potato Processing Residues

Utilization of potato processing residues to produce a low caloric cupcake in present study was targeted. The functional properties of wheat flour (WF 72%) and dried potato peel varieties [Hermus (PPH) and Russet (PPR)] were carried out. Consequently, WF was partially substituted by both potato peels (PP) at 5% - 20% to prepare mixtures for cupcake making. Approximate chemical composition and physical characteristics were determined. Rheological parameters of prepared formulas were assayed using Mixolab. Moreover, total phenolic compounds (TPC) and relative antioxidant activity (AOA) were evaluated. Quality parameters such as thiobarbituric acid (TBA), staling and microbiological attributes during storage were determined. In addition, a sensory evaluation of different substituted cupcake was performed as well. Results indicated that PPR had the highest water absorption capacity (WAC), oil absorption capacity (OAC) and swelling capacity (SC) followed by PPH then WF flours. Indeed, substituted WF with both PP at 5% and 10% didn’t influence the thermo-mechanical properties including dough time development, stability, viscosity, gluten and starch characteristics drastically. Likewise, this substitution levels didn’t affect the organoleptic properties which were confirmed by panelists, cupcake external and cross sections. Substituted WF by 5% - 10% PP recorded sensory scores aftermost WF. Mildly, WF cupcake was higher in protein and fat contents than WF-PP cupcakes while lower in crude fiber. The WF-PP cupcakes at different substituted levels recorded lower energy value than WF cupcakes. Arguably, increasing both PP levels increased the TPC and AOA especially for WF-PPR cupcakes. Afterwards, WF-PPR 15% and 20% recorded the highest TPC and AOA contents to be 2.32 mg GAE g-1 dw and 3.44 μmol TE g-1 dw, respectively.
