In the last few years,videos became the most common form of information transmitted over the internet,and a lot of the traffic is confidential and must be protected and delivered safely to its intended *** introduces the challenges of presenting encryption systems that can encode videos securely and efficiently at the same *** paper presents an efficient opto-video encryption system using Logistic Adjusted sine map(LAsM)in the Fractional Fourier Transform(FrFT).In the presented opto-video LAsM-based FrFT scheme,the encoded video is split into distinct frames and transformed into optical signals utilizing an optical *** of the developed optical video frames is ciphered by utilizing the LAsM in optical FrFT system using two-phase modulation forms on the video frame,the first in the time-domain and the second in the FrFT *** the end,the ciphervideo frame is spotted utilizing a CCD digital camera and transformed into a digital structure that can be managed using a *** test the proposed opto-video LAsM-based FrFT scheme using various security *** outcomes demonstrate that the presented scheme can effectively encrypt and decrypt video *** addition,it encrypts videos with a high level of encryption qualitywithout sacrificing its resistance to noise ***,the test outcomes demonstrate that the presented scheme is immune to known attacks.

Knowledge and Attitude of Pregnant Women toward Elective Cesarean section in saudi Arabia

Background: The rate of deliveries by cesarean section (Cs) is increasing worldwide. An elective cesarean section (ECs) is a cesarean section carried with or without a medical reason, in some cases choice by pregnant women. The number of women demanding for delivery by elective cesarean section is increasing in saudi Arabia. although Cs is the commonest major surgery performed in Obstetrics throughout the world;there are still concerns about the knowledge and attitude of saudi Pregnant women towards it. Methods: The design of this study was a quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional design. The study sample consisted of 206 pregnant women attending antenatal clinic during the third trimester, selected by convenience sampling method from Maternity and Children Hospital in Jeddah City in saudi Arabia. structured interview questionnaire was used in this study. Different statistical procedures were used for data analysis including percentages, mean, and mean percentages. Content validity and reliability were done. Results: The majorities (78.2%) of the pregnant women have adequate level of knowledge about ECs, 14.6% of them have moderate knowledge, and only 7.3% have inadequate knowledge. also, 137 (66.5%) of pregnant women have negative attitude toward ECs, while 58 (28.2%) have positive attitude. Conclusion and recommendations: The study concluded that there was a good level of knowledge among pregnant women about ECs in most of the instrument questions in general;except in some areas such as the bad consequences of Cs. On the other hand, the majority of the pregnant women had negative attitude toward ECs. Health care provider such as doctors, nurses and midwives should provide adequate knowledge to the pregnant women about consequence of cesarean section on the mother and child. Various interventions are recommended to decline unnecessary cesarean section. These interventions need to contain changes in attitude and correcting misperceptions among pregnant women

Objective To understand the perceptions of pregnant Jordanian women who received antenatal care via mobile clinic,and to contribute new insights into the experiences of these mothers and how they evaluated the services that were *** Ten Jordanian mothers who had received antenatal care at a mobile clinic discussed their experiences in semi-structured,audiotaped interviews in a study that adopted a qualitative research *** analysis was done using interpretative phenomenological *** Three main themes were identified:Being informed about the medical campaign or missing the opportunity of being informed;The experience of receiving antenatal care was wonderful,although there was only one thing lacking;and they safeguard our life and take any opportunity to educate *** Data indicate that the mothers were largely satisfied with most facets of the antenatal care services they had received at the mobile ***,while services are generally well received,there are clear opportunities for ameliorating the quality of services *** mothers living in remote,deprived areas,outreach is not just an‘optional extra’but rather an essential service.

True unilateral posterior crossbite in adults is a challenging malocclusion to treat,especially when we need to correct cross-arch segments with unwanted effects on non-cross *** expansion methods are expected to have some shortcomings;the Unilateral dental expander appliance used to restore unilateral cross bite dental arch is an uncommon appliance;for this,a designed new device is *** paper aimed to invite a new unilateral dental expander appliance(UDEX)to treat unilateral dental posterior crossbite in adults using available dental material,easy to use and handle,well tolerated by the patient,and biocompatible with oral *** could find that in all dental markets and dental clinics—an eighteen-year-old female with bilateral crossbite and upper and lower dental arch *** active orthodontic treatment,a quad-helix expander had broken from one side at soldering between band and wire *** patient did not show up to the clinic for a while due to COVID 19 pandemic lockdown,leading to a true unilateral crossbite at the dental arch’s upper left side,especially at the molar premolars *** unilateral cross bite was treated using a new specially designed expanded appliance as a unilateral posterior cross bite dental maxillary *** a result of this study,orthodontic treatment was finished within(15)months,much less than *** obtained Class I molar and canine relationships with uncrossed dental arches in both upper arch sides,proper overbite and overjet with well-leveled and aligned teeth as it confirmed by clinical examination and radiographic images(OPG Orthopantomogram)and cephalometric radiograph(WebCeph analysis digitalized computer program).Conclude from that,the newly designed unilateral dental expander(UDEX)is proven to be useful for treating real unilateral posterior crossbites as single molar or premolar tooth and multiple joint unilateral crossed posterior ***,it could easily modify it fo

Body shape Dissatisfaction, Weight status and Physical Activity among a sample University students in saudi Arabia

The purpose of this study was to examine the prevalence of body shape dissatisfaction, weight and physical activity status among university students and predictors for body shape dissatisfaction. A cross sectional study was carried out in a sample comprising of 368 female and male university students aged 18 years or more at King Faisal University, saudi Arabia. Body weight, height, Body shape Questionnaire (BsQ) and physical activity level were used as assessment tools. Chi-square and independent sample T-test were used to assess gender difference. Linear regression analysis was conducted to examine predictors of the body shape dissatisfaction. Overall, 65% of students had normal BMI, more males then females overweight (23%), while more females underweight (16.8%). Females have higher body shape dissatisfaction (33.5%) then males (21.4%), half of males inactive and this percentage increased in females to (73.8%). Overweight males were more dissatisfied with their body shape (10.7%) than females (6.3%). almost one fifth of inactive males dissatisfied comparable to quarter inactive females dissatisfied with their body shape. Younger age is predictor for body shape dissatisfaction in both genders, also weight in males. BMI and being married female was predictor for body shape dissatisfaction. Collectively results indicate that body shape dissatisfaction and inactive lifestyle were prevalent among females than male’s age, weight;BMI and marital status was the most predictor for body shape dissatisfaction. However developing educational program to promote body shape satisfaction and active lifestyle will be very useful especially among females.

Economic Impact of Class Attendance systems on Universities

This paper aims to develop a platform that allows face features to be extracted faster using multiple algorithms for looking up people in a large database. We will be presenting an enhanced technique for human face recognition where we will be using an image-based approach (process of using two-dimensional images to create three-dimensional models) towards artificial intelligence by extracting features from face images by using Principle Component Analysis, Local Directional Pattern and sVM Machine Learning. Up until now, studies focusing on face recognition rely on the fusion of PCA (Principle Component Analysis) and LBP (Local Binary Pattern) for feature extraction, PCA and LBP were used for global feature extraction of the whole image and the features of the mouth area separately. Results show that this method was susceptible to random noise and resulted in a performance rate of 89.64% [1]. also, recent studies have shown the fusion of PCA (Principle Component Analysis) and LDP (Local Directional Pattern) for feature extraction [2]. First, PCA is adopted to extract global features of facial images, then LDP operator is used to extract local texture features of eyes and mouth area and these areas are calculated by comparing the relative edge response value of a pixel in different directions. This fusion resulted in a performance rate of 91.61%. The results of PCA and LDP method show that it is more effective than adopting the fusion of PCA and LBP. It’s more robust to noise and improves the rate of facial recognition. However, both methods still suffer from changes in illumination, pose changes, random noise, and aging. In this paper, we propose using a set of trained images to make the facial recognition process faster and provide more accurate results.

Nowadays,the usage of socialmedia platforms is rapidly increasing,and rumours or false information are also rising,especially among Arab *** false information is harmful to society and *** and detecting the spread of fake news in Arabic becomes *** artificial intelligence(AI)methods,including contemporary transformer techniques,BERT,were used to detect fake ***,fake news in Arabic is identified by utilizing AI *** article develops a new hunterprey optimization with hybrid deep learning-based fake news detection(HPOHDL-FND)model on the Arabic *** HPOHDL-FND technique undergoes extensive data pre-processing steps to transform the input data into a useful ***,the HPOHDL-FND technique utilizes long-term memory with a recurrent neural network(LsTM-RNN)model for fake news detection and ***,hunter prey optimization(HPO)algorithm is exploited for optimal modification of the hyperparameters related to the LsTM-RNN *** performance validation of the HPOHDL-FND technique is tested using two Arabic *** outcomes exemplified better performance over the other existing techniques with maximum accuracy of 96.57%and 93.53%on Covid19Fakes and satirical datasets,respectively.

Cultural Eating Practices among Jordanians

Culture has an enormous impact on individuals’ food choices and practices. This research aimed to screen cultural eating practices among Jordanians. Jordanian adults (N = 4750) completed a survey with regard to common eating practices in Jordan. Practices were classified into 4 themes, namely regular eating practices (7 practices), seasonal eating practices (4 practices), eating practices in social occasions (6 practices), and eating practices in religious occasions (10 practices). Interestingly, most nutritional practices during Ramadan and eids (religious occasions) were agreed upon from 100% of the participating sample. In conclusion, culture in Jordan has a huge influences eating practices and food choice. Negative culture’s influence over eating practices may exist, thus increasing awareness about unhealthy eating practices related to culture is necessary.
