Hpylori is now accepted as the cause of gastritis and gastritis-associated diseases, such as duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, gastric carcinoma, and gastric MALT lymphoma. The natural history of H pylori gastritis includes inflammation progressing from the antrum into the adjacent corpus resulting in an atrophic front of advancing injury leading to a reduction in acid secretion and eventual loss of parietal cells and development of atrophy. Sub-typing intestinal metaplasia has no clinical value to the patient, the pathologist, or the endoscopist. The pattern, extent, and severity of atrophy, with or without intestinal metaplasia, is a far more important predictor than is intestinal metaplasia subtype. The challenge remains to identify a reliable marker that relates to pre-malignant potential.

Adopting high penetration levels of electric vehicles(EVs)necessitates the implementation of appropriate charging management systems to mitigate their negative impacts on pow-er distribution ***,most of the proposed Ev charging management techniques rely on the availability of high-bandwidth communication *** techniques are far from realization due to①the lack of utility-grade communica-tion systems in many cases such as secondary(low-voltage)pow-er distribution systems to which EVs are connected,rural ar-eas,remote communities,and islands,and②existing fears and concerns about the data privacy of EV users and cyber-physical *** these cases,appropriate local control schemes are needed to ensure the adequate management of EV charging without violating the grid operation ***,this paper introduces a new communication-less management strategy for EV charging in droop-controlled islanded *** proposed strategy is autonomous,as it is based on the measurement of system frequency and local bus *** proposed strategy implements a social charging fairness policy during periods when the microgrid distributed genera-tors(DGs)are in short supply by allocating more system capaci-ty to the EVs with less charging in the ***,a novel communication-less EV load shedding scheme is incorpo-rated into the management strategy to provide relief to the mi-crogrid during events of severe undervoltage or underfrequency occurrences due to factors such as high loading or DG *** simulations demonstrate the superiority of the pro-posed strategy over the state-of-the-art controllers in modulat-ing the EV charging demand to counteract microgrid instability.

This paper answers three essential questions for audio speech cryptosystems in time and discrete transform *** first question is,what are the best values of sub-keys that must be used to get the best quality and security for the audio cryptosystem in time and discrete transform *** second question is the relation between the number of sub-keys,the number of secret keys used,and the audio speech signal block’s ***,how many possible secret keys can be used to get the best quality and security results for the audio speech cryptosystem in time and discrete transform *** audio cryptosystem discussed before in recent research is applied to answer the three previous *** simulation results and analysis answer all three questions;first,there is no specific,well-defined format or rule for sub-key values that must be used to get a better *** the second question,yes,there is a direct relationship between the number of applicable keys,number of available sub-keys,and block size of speech audio signal and formulated into a first-order *** the third question,each discrete transform domain has a specific acceptable range of sub-keys that imply a particular number of keys that can be used to get a better cryptosystem.

Because of the widespread availability of low-cost printers and scanners,document forgery has become extremely *** or signatures are used to protect important papers such as certificates,passports,and identification *** the origins of printed documents is helpful for criminal investigations and also for authenticating digital versions of a document in today’s *** printer identification(SPI)has become increasingly popular for identifying frauds in printed *** paper provides a proposed algorithm for identifying the source printer and categorizing the questioned document into one of the printer classes.A dataset of 1200 papers from 20 distinct(13)laser and(7)inkjet printers achieved significant identification results.A proposed algorithm based on global features such as the Histogram of Oriented Gradient(HOG)and local features such as Local Binary Pattern(LBP)descriptors has been proposed for printer *** classification,Decision Trees(DT),k-Nearest Neighbors(k-NN),Random Forests,Aggregate bootstrapping(bagging),Adaptive-boosting(boosting),Support Vector Machine(SVM),and mixtures of these classifiers have been *** proposed algorithm can accurately classify the questioned documents into their appropriate printer *** adaptive boosting classifier attained a 96%*** proposed algorithm is compared to four recently published algorithms that used the same dataset and gives better classification accuracy.

Laminated Epoxy Biocomposites Based on Clay and Jute Fibers

Jute/epoxy hybrid laminated biocomposites were manufactured by using Illite clay particles at various content （5 wt.% - 20 wt.%）. The effects of hybridization on the morphology, structure, and mechanical properties were investigated. The properties of the biocomposites reinforced with jute fibers were mainly influenced by the interfacial adhesion between the jute fibers and the epoxy matrix. An alkali treatment was applied to improve the interfacial fiber-matrix adhesion and thus obtaining better mechanical properties. Besides the chemical treatment, epoxy hybridization using clay particles also had a strong effect on the overall properties of laminated biocomposites. The mechanical properties of the jute/epoxy biocomposites reinforced with Illite clay increased with clay content, up to an optimum value at 15 wt.%. The average technique and the laminates theory were performed to validate the coherence of the elastic moduli between the calculated and experimental values. A difference between the experimental and predicted data was observed, which was attributed to the simplifying assumptions made in both models. The laminates theory gave better overall predictions.

AIM: To report the surgical outcomes of correcting large angle intermittent exotropia in adult patients by bilateral lateral rectus muscle recession with intraoperative use of botulinum toxin and to compare the results with those of bilateral lateral rectus muscle recession and unilateral medial rectus resection. METHODS: The medical records of patients who underwent surgical correction of large angle intermittent exotropia [exotropia >50 prism dioptre(PD)] were retrospectively reviewed. Two groups of patients were identified;Group Ⅰ(21 patients) had bilateral lateral recti recession augmented with intraoperative botulinum toxin A(BTA) injection into the recessed muscles and group Ⅱ(30 patients) were treated by bilateral lateral recti recession with unilateral medial rectus muscle resection. Preoperative data were extracted for age, gender, refraction, type of exotropia, angle of stereopsis and angle of deviation. The main outcome measures were the postoperative angle of deviation and stereoacuity angle by Titmus test measured at the end of one year of postoperative follow up. RESULTS: By the end of the first postoperative year, 10 patients in group Ⅰ(47.6%) and 20 patients in group Ⅱ(66.7%) achieved esotropia/esophoria ty and smaller preoperative angle of deviation were associated with significantly higher surgical success rate(P=0.004, 0.01 respectively). Objective:To determine the detection rate of anti-Toxoplasma gondii(***) IgG and IgM in chronic HCV patients attending the Department of Tropical Medicine Mansoura University hospital in ***:This study included 120 adult chronic HCV patients.81 decompensate cirrhosis(late-stage)and 39 chronic HCV non cirrhotic patients(early-stage) and40 healthy blood donors as *** samples uere examined for anti-Toxoplasma IgM and anti-Toxoplasma IgG antibodies by ***-time RT-polymerase chain reaction assay was done for quantitation of hepatitis C ***:*** IgG antibodies were detected in 75(92.6%) of 81 late-stage cirrhotic patients.30(76.9%) of the 39 chronic HCV non cirrhotic patients(early-Stage) and in 6(15ft) of 40 controls with statistically significant difference(Pelation between stage of fibrosis and IgM or IgG antibodies positivity in our studied groups(P=0.526).High IgG levels significantly correlated with high viral load(P=0.026).Conclusions:Our findings suggest that the serious opportunistic *** infection represent a potential significant risk for chronic HCV *** should be considered in their investigations and follow-up.

Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a cluster of metabolic *** and MS are always accompanied by elevated oxidative stress which might affect cellular biomolecules such as *** aim of the present study is to investigate DNA damage profile in obese premenopausal women and its relation to the risk of MS,polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and history of recurrent *** study included 90 obese women included cases with MS(nZ30),PCOS(n Z30)and previous history of recurrent preeclampsia(nZ30)and,age-matched healthy non-obese control women(n Z 50).The assessment of leukocyte DNA damage was done by comet assay for all cases and *** and biochemical parameters have been *** showed that mean percent of DNA damage was significantly higher in MS,PCOS as well as in women with the recurrent preeclampsia as compared to healthy *** high level of mean DNA damage frequency in obese women was significantly associated with the increased number of metabolic syndrome *** with 2,3 and 3e5 components showed significantly higher levels of DNA damage than ***,cases with 3e5 MS components showed significant higher DNA compared to those with the two *** PCOS,significant positive association between the mean frequency of DNA damage and waist circumference was *** study suggests that metabolic abnormalities,PCOS and recurrent pre-eclampsia might be contributed in development of DNA damage in obese *** damage can serve as an early marker for obesity complications in premenopausal women.

Audio communications and computer networking play essential roles in our daily lives,including many domains with different *** in these technologies are *** consequence,there is a dire need to secure these technologies up to *** paper presents an efficient model for secure audio signal transmission over the wireless noisy uncorrelated Rayleigh fading ***,the performance of the utilized multiple secret keys-based audio cryptosystem is analyzed in different transformation *** discrete cosine transform(DCT),the discrete sine transform(DST),and the discrete wavelet transform(DWT)are investigated in the utilizedmultiple secret key-based audio *** results show consistent results with the wireless noisy *** performance of the proposed multiple secret keys-based audio cryptosystem can be ranked concerning the employed domain as DWT,DCT,and DST transform *** simulation experiments proved that the presented multiple secret keysbased audio cryptosystemfor audio signals transmitted over the wireless noisy uncorrelatedRayleigh fading channel achieves reliable and secure wireless link utilizing combined multi security layers.
