目的探究单光子发射计算机断层成像术(SPECT)与心肌声学造影(MCE)评估急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)介入术后冠脉微循环灌注的相关性研究。方法选择经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后的STEMI患者80例,采用随机数表法分为SPECT组和MCE组,各40例。SPECT组采用SPECT检测,MCE组采用MCE检测。比较2组心功能、影像学诊断效果、冠脉功能、不良心血管事件(MACE)以及出血事件发生率。结果术后,2组LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD、FFR、CFR均得到改善(P0.05)。SPECT组真阳性率(TPR)、真阴性率(TNR)、阳性预测值、阴性预测值与MCE组TPR、TNR、阳性预测值、阴性预测值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);SPECT组MACE发生率、出血事件发生率与MCE组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SPECT与MCE影像学检查手段评估PCI术后STEMI患者的冠脉微循环灌注情况有很高的应用价值,可提高评估心功能准确度,减少有创操作身体损害。

A radio wave driven by Orbital angular momentum(OAM) is called a vortex radio and has a helical wavefront. The differential helical wavefronts of several vortex radios are closely related to their topological charges or mode numbers. In physics, two or more radio waves with different mode numbers are orthogonal to their azimuth angles. With the development of radio communication technologies, some researchers have been exploring the OAM-based multi-mode multiplexing(multi-OAM-mode multiplexing) technologies in order to enhance the channel spectrum efficiency(SE) of a radio communication system by using the orthogonal properties of vortex radios. After reviewing the reported researches of OAM-based radio communication, we find that some breakthroughs have been made in the combination of OAM and traditional Multi-Input-Multi-Output(MIMO). However, the existing technology is not sufficient to support OAM-based MIMO system to achieve maximum the channel SE. To maximize the spectrum efficiency of OAM-based MIMO system, we present a reused multi-OAM-mode multiplexing vortex radio(RMMVR) MIMO system, which is based on fractal uniform cir-cular arrays(UCAs). The scheme described in this study can effectively combine multiOAM-mode multiplexing with MIMO spatial multiplexing. First, we present the generation of RMMVR MIMO signals. Second, under line-of-sight(LOS) propagation conditions, we derive the channels of the RMMVR MIMO system. Third, we separate the RMMVR MIMO signals using an orthogonal separation method based on full azimuth sampling. Finally, we introduce the method for calculating the channel capacity of the RMMVR MIMO system. Theoretical analysis shows that the scheme proposed in this study is feasible. Moreover, the simulation results show that spatial and mode diversity are obtained by exploiting fractal UCAs. APO-Based Parallel Algorithm of Channel Allocation for Cognitive Networks

This article investigates channel allocation for cognitive networks, which is difficult to obtain the optimal allocation distribution. We first study interferences between nodes in cognitive networks and establish the channel allocation model with interference constraints. Then we focus on the use of evolutionary algorithms to solve the optimal allocation distribution. We further consider that the search time can be reduced by means of parallel computing, and then a parallel algorithm based APO is proposed. In contrast with the existing algorithms, we decompose the allocation vector into a number of sub-vectors and search for optimal allocation distribution of sub-vector in parallel. In order to speed up converged rate and improve converged value, some typical operations of evolutionary algorithms are modified by two novel operators. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed algorithm drastically outperform other optimal solutions in term of the network utilization.

A joint channel selection and power control scheme is developed for video streaming in device-to-device （D2D） communications based cognitive radio networks. In particular, physical queue and virtual queue models by applying ＇M/G/1 queue＇ and ＇M/G/1 queue with vacations＇ theories are built up, respectively, to evaluate the delays experienced by various video traffics. Such delays play a vital role in calculating the packet loss rate for video streaming, which reflects the video distortion. Based on the distortion model, a video distortion minimization problem is formulated, subject to the rate constraint, maximum power constraint, primary users＇ tolerant interference constraint, and secondary users＇ minimum data rate requirement constraint. The optimization problem turns out to be a mixed integer nonlinear programming （MINLP） , which is generally nondeterministic in polynomial time. A Lagrangian dual method is thus employed to reformulate the video distortion minimization problem, based on which the sub-gradient algorithm is used to determine a relaxed solution. Thereafter, applying the iterative user removal yields the optimal joint channel selection and power control solution to the original MINLP problem. Extensive simulations validate our proposed scheme and demonstrate that it significantly increases the peak signal- to-noise ratio （PSNR） compared with the existing schemes.

针对目前建设工程建筑护栏抗水平荷载性能现场检测装置检测效率低及存在缺陷情况,本文介绍了一款自主研制的建筑护栏工程现场水平推力智能检测装置,具体包括可移动承载平台、结构稳定支撑机构、施力装置、多通道数据采集处理装置及PLC控制系统。该装置有效地解决了现有检测装置需临时搭建与拆卸麻烦、携带不便与现场转移困难、施力控制均匀性较差、受现场条件影响明显等问题,同时实现了工程现场自动检测及数据采集处理,极大地提高了检测效率和检测结果的准确性。

With the continuously increasing demand for broadband applications and services, underlay cognitive satellite-terrestrial networks, enabling to accommodate better wireless services within the scarce spectrum, have attracted tremendous attentions recently. In this network, satellite communications are allowed to operate in the frequency bands allocated to terrestrial networks under the interference constraints imposed by terrestrial network, which may lead to a performance degradation of the satellite network. To guarantee the performance of the primary terrestrial network as well as the secondary satellite network, we introduce the cooperation into cognitive satellite-terrestrial networks and investigate the performance of the new framework, i.e., cognitive satellite-terrestrial cooperative network(CSTCN). Specifically, by restricting the transmit power of satellite communications with interference power constraints imposed by terrestrial communications, we firstly obtain the received signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio(SINR) of the considered network. Moreover, by employing the moment generating function(MGF) approach, closed-form expressions for symbol error rate(SER) and outage probability(OP) of the considered cognitive network are *** analytical results obtained in this paper can provide theoretical support for optimizing the performance of satellite-terrestrial networks.
