Squa.ed Error(MSE)of 5.33%a.d a.Mea. a.solute Error(Ma.)of 2.83%,a.cura.ely estima.ing power prices a.d lea.ing to a. a.era.e reduction of 23.88%in power ***,the integra.ion of IoT da.a.significa.tly enha.ces the a.cura.y of the NGT model,outperforming benchma.k a.gorithms such a. Prelimina.y studies ha.e suggested tha. the incidence of PCa.in Sa.di ma.es is low but is proba.ly fa.ilia. or genetica.ly ***: To identify a.y possible a.socia.ion of SNP with PCa.development in Sa.di pa.ients, we investiga.ed a.group of SNPs in Sa.di PCa.pa.ients (n=85) a.d compa.ed the outcomes to hea.thy norma. controls (n=115) a.d nodula. hyperpla.ia.pa.ients (n=120). DNa.wa. extra.ted from pa.a.fin-embedded forma.in fixed tissue or whole blood from both pa.ients’ groups a.d hea.thy control group. a.tota. of thirteen SNPs were genotyped using Ta.Ma.® minor groove binder polymera.e cha.n rea.tion ***: The rs16901979a. s629242T a.d rs1447295a.a.leles were found a. significa.tly higher frequency in PCa.pa.ients tha. controls (pa.genotype wa. found a. significa.tly grea.er frequency in PCa.pa.ients tha. in hea.thy controls (43% vs. 14%, odds ra.io=4.6, p=0.0001) a.d benign hyperpla.ia.group (43% vs. 25%, odds ra.io=2.2, p=0.009).Conclusion: Our study ha. highlighted the a.socia.ion of rs16901979 SNP with PCa.in Sa.di ma.es. Globa. efforts for environmenta. clea.liness through the control of ga.eous emissions from vehicles a.e ga.ning momentum a.d a.tra.ting increa.ing a.tention. Ca.ibra.ion pla.s a.crucia. role in these efforts by ensuring the qua.tita.ive a.sessment of emissions for informed decisions on environmenta. trea.ments. This pa.er describes a.method for the ca.ibra.ion of CO/CO2 monitors used for periodic inspections of vehicles in cites. The ca.ibra.ion wa. performed in the selected ra.ges: 900 - 12,000 µmol/mol for CO a.d 2000 - 20,000 µmol/mol for CO2. The tra.ea.ility of the mea.urement results to the SI units wa. ensured by using certified reference ma.eria.s from CO/N2 a.d CO2/N2 prima.y ga. mixtures. The method performa.ce wa. eva.ua.ed by a.sessing its linea.ity, a.cura.y, precision, bia., a.d uncerta.nty of the ca.ibra.ion results. The ca.ibra.ion da.a.exhibited a.strong linea. trend with R² va.ues close to 1, indica.ing a. excellent fit between the mea.ured va.ues a.d the ca.ibra.ion lines. Precision, expressed a. rela.ive sta.da.d devia.ion (%RSD), ra.ged from 0.48 to 4.56% for CO a.d from 0.97 to 3.53% for CO2, sta.ing well below the 5% threshold for reporting results a. a.95% confidence level. a.cura.y mea.ured a. percent recovery, wa. consistently high (≥ 99.1%) for CO a.d ra.ged from 84.90% to 101.54% a.ross the ca.ibra.ion ra.ge for CO2. In a.dition, the method exhibited minima. bia. for both CO a.d CO2 ca.ibra.ions a.d thus provided a.relia.le a.d a.cura.e a.proa.h for ca.ibra.ing CO/CO2 monitors used in vehicle inspections. Thus, it ensures the effectiveness of exha.st emission control for better environment.
