Based on the principle of similarity, water modeling experiments were carried out for a 150-t ladle furnace. The rational parameters of argon stirring were determined as the optimized positions of nozzles, top area of the porous brick, and gas flow rate. The following results are obtained： 1） the optimized positions of two nozzles are at 0.333R （R refers to the radius of the ladle at bottom） with an angle of 135°; 2） the top diameter of the porous brick should be 130 mm; 3） the flow rate of gas should be 25.0-30.6 m^3/h. The plant trial shows that the improved process is effective in enhancing the cleanliness of round billets. The total oxygen content, microinclusions, and macroinclusions in round billets are reduced by 12.5%, 8.2%, and 20%, respectively.

Retinal blood vessel segmentation is crucial for diagnosing ocular and cardiovascular *** the introduction of U-Net in 2015 by Olaf Ronneberger significantly advanced this field,yet issues like limited training data,imbalance data distribution,and inadequate feature extraction persist,hindering both the segmentation performance and optimal model *** these critical issues,the DEFFA-Unet is proposed featuring an additional encoder to process domain-invariant pre-processed inputs,thereby improving both richer feature encoding and enhanced model generalization.A feature filtering fusion module is developed to ensure the precise feature filtering and robust hybrid feature *** response to the task-specific need for higher precision where false positives are very costly,traditional skip connections are replaced with the attention-guided feature reconstructing fusion ***,innovative data augmentation and balancing methods are proposed to counter data scarcity and distribution imbalance,further boosting the robustness and generalization of the *** a comprehensive suite of evaluation metrics,extensive validations on four benchmark datasets(DRIVE,CHASEDB1,STARE,and HRF)and an SLO dataset(IOSTAR),demonstrate the proposed method’s superiority over both baseline and state-of-the-art *** the proposed method significantly outperforms the compared methods in cross-validation model generalization.

月季白粉病菌重寄生菌的分离鉴定

以患有白粉病的月季叶片为试材,采用组织分离法分离重寄生真菌,并依据回接验证确定其寄生能力,结合形态学特征及rDNA-ITS序列鉴定重寄生菌的种类,以期为该病的防控提供参考依据。结果表明:从具有典型症状的病叶上分离得到13株重寄生真菌,寄生能力强的代表性菌株KMR3和KMR12寄生闭囊壳后,白粉孢子胞壁破碎,内含物释出。菌株KMR3菌落初期为白色,后期逐渐发展为棕褐色菌落,分生孢子为棕褐色,卵形、长棒状、椭圆形或倒梨形,ITS序列与Alternaria alternata(MT482506.1)、Alternaria arborescens(PP097783.1)等均有99%的相似性,在系统进化树中,菌株KMR3的序列和Alternaria alternata(MT482506.1)、Alternaria arborescens(PP097783.1)的距离最近;菌株KMR12菌落初期为白色,后期逐渐发展为棕褐色或浅黄色菌落,分生孢子呈棕褐色或黑褐色,椭圆形、卵形、棒状或倒梨形,ITS序列与Alternaria angusstiovoidea(MK910070.1)、Alternaria longipes(MK675101.1)等均有100%的相似性,在系统进化树中,菌株KMR12的序列和Alternaria angusstiovoidea(MK910070.1)、Alternaria longipes(MK675101.1)的距离最近。利用形态特征和ITS序列分析,鉴定出菌株KMR3和KMR12为链格孢属。

代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic-associated fatty liver disease,MAFLD)和骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是两种非常普遍的代谢性疾病。越来越多的实验证据支持MAFLD和OP之间有病理生理联系,MAFLD常伴随OP的发生。吴茱萸次碱(rutaecarpine,RUT)是中药吴茱萸的主要活性成分之一,课题组前期研究发现RUT具有降脂、抗炎和抗动脉粥样硬化作用,并且可以改善大鼠的OP。但是,RUT能否同时改善MAFLD小鼠的脂肪肝和OP症状,目前尚待研究。本研究利用高脂饲料饮食(high fat diet,HFD)4个月喂养的C57BL/6小鼠构建MAFLD模型。灌胃给予RUT低剂量(5 mg·kg^(-1))和高剂量(15 mg·kg^(-1))4周,实验结束时评价RUT在体内对肝脏脂肪变性和骨代谢的影响(本实验获得中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所动物伦理委员会批准,批准号:IMB-20190124D303)。研究结果表明,RUT治疗显著减少了肝脏脂肪变性和脂质积累,同时显著减少骨丢失并促进了骨形成。综上,本研究表明RUT具有改善MAFLD小鼠的脂肪肝和OP的作用。

Natural gas-fired electricity(NGFE) is expected to play a more important role in the future due to its characteristics of low pollution, high efficiency and flexibility. However, its development in China is impeded by its high regulation price compared with coal power. Market reform is therefore of vital importance to promote the penetration of NGFE. The objective of this study is to analyze the impacts of market reform and the renewable electricity(RE) subsidy policy on the promotion of NGFE and RE. A dynamic game-theoretic model is developed to analyze the interaction among the NG supplier, the power sector and the power grid. Three scenarios are proposed with different policies, including a fixed regulation price of NG and electricity, real-time pricing(RTP) of NG and electricity, and subsidy targeted at RE. The results show that:(1) market reform can sharply decrease the NG price and consequently promote the development of NGFE and RE;(2) subsidy targeted at RE not only promotes the penetration of NGFE and RE, but also increases the utilization ratio of renewables significantly;(3) market reform and the subsidy also enhance consumers’ welfare by reducing their power consumption expenditure.

目的:探究大黄酒蒸前后对便秘模型小鼠治疗的作用,以及潜在的作用机制。方法:将54只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、乳果糖组(1.5 mg·kg^(-1)),生、熟大黄高、中、低剂量组(8、4、1 g·kg^(-1)),除空白组外,其余各组灌胃盐酸洛哌丁胺(6 mg·kg^(-1))构建便秘模型。造模2周后,各给药组灌胃相应剂量药液,空白组及模型组给予等体积生理盐水,1次/d,连续2周。给药结束后,收集粪便用于肠道菌群的16S rRNA测序;酶联免疫吸附测定法(EliSA)检测结肠组织中胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)含量;苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察结肠组织病理学变化;流式细胞仪检测外周血中CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及调节性T细胞(Treg)比例变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组24 h粪便粒数、质量及粪便含水率显著降低(Plicobacter)相对丰度升高;与模型组比较,生、熟大黄高剂量组ASV数及Alpha多样性有所升高,Beta多样性有向空白小鼠转归的趋势,乳杆菌属相对丰度升高,芽孢杆菌属及螺杆菌属相对丰度降低。结论:生、熟大黄可能通过改善肠道菌群失调,促进免疫系统激活,抑制炎症因子释放以提升胃肠功能,这可能是其治疗便秘的潜在作用机制之一。

Yttrium addition can improve the oxidation resistance, mitigate hydrogen embrittlement and thus enhance the mechanical properties of the zirconium alloy. To study solid solubility extension of yttrium in zirconium alloy, the lattice parameters of ：t-Zr phase in Zr-Y alloy were accurately determined by X-ray diffraction （XRD）. Yttrium exhibits solid solubility extension in the cast zirconium alloy which forms a metastable supersaturated solid solution with solubility limit of around 3 wt%. The effect of yttrium and thermal treatment on the microstructure of the alloys was investigated by optical microscopy （OM） and scanning electron microscope （SEM）. The cast Zr-Y alloy shows a normal polycrys- talline structure with dispersed α-Y particles when Y content is lower than 4 wt%, while the alloy shows a eutectic structure with dendrites formation when the Y content is higher. Yttrium exhibits a strong grain refining effect on zirconium alloy and precipitates from the metastable supersaturated Zr matrix after annealing at 700 and 900 ℃.
