Limestone or quicklime is a necessary flux in the iron ore sintering *** production and application process will cause CO_(2) emissions and various environmental pollution,but this has not attracted enough *** slag(CS)is a calcium-rich solid waste produced in acetylene production,the harmless disposal of which is still incomplete,resulting in soil and groundwater *** study investigated the granulation characteristics and sintering performance of the sintering mixture with different proportions of *** results show that replacing limestone with an appropriate proportion of CS is promising and beneficial to the formation of high-quality bonding *** CS accounts for 75%of the total mass of CS and limestone,the tumbler index increases by 8.10%and the comprehensive index decreases only from 100 to 96.16,which is within the acceptable *** application of CS in iron ore sintering can achieve a clean disposal of it and a considerable carbon emission reduction,as the main component of which is Ca(OH)_(2).

Modulating the Electrolyte Inner Solvation Structure via Low Polarity Co-solvent for Low-Temperature Aqueous Zinc-Ion Batteries

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries are regarded as the promising candidates for large-scale energy storage systems owing to low cost and high safety;however, their applications are restricted by their poor low-temperature performance. Herein, a low-temperature electrolyte for low-temperature aqueous zinc-ion batteries is designed by introducing low-polarity diglyme into an aqueous solution of Zn（ClO4）2. The diglyme disrupts the hydrogenbonding network of water and lowers the freezing point of the electrolyte to-105℃. The designed electrolyte achieves ionic conductivity up to16.18 mS cm-1at-45℃. The diglyme and ClO4-reconfigure the solvated structure of Zn2+, which is more favorable for the desolvation of Zn2+at low temperatures. In addition, the diglyme effectively suppresses the dendrites,hydrogen evolution reaction, and by-products of the zinc anode, improving the cycle stability of the battery. At-20℃, a Zn‖Zn symmetrical cell is cycled for 5200 h at 1 mA cm-2and 1 mA h cm-2, and a Zn‖polyaniline battery achieves an ultra-long cycle life of 10 000 times. This study sheds light on the future design of electrolytes with high ionic conductivity and easy desolvation at low temperatures for rechargeable batteries.

The North Sea Basin is the most important oil and gas producing area in Europe and the birthplace of many classic petroleum geological theories. From the perspective of multi-spheric interactions in the Earth, this study investigated the riftforeland-rift evolution process of the North Sea Basin, which was controlled by the deep dynamic driving forces of the continental collision orogeny, mantle plume uplift, and intraplate deformation. The North Sea Basin was found to have drifted northward since the Carboniferous and passed through the low-latitude Hadley and the mid-latitude Ferrel cells. Two sets of main hydrocarbon source rocks have formed, the coals and coal measures of the Upper Carboniferous Westphalian and the marine shale of the Upper Jurassic Kimmeridge Clay Formation. We propose that the deep processes, tectonic activity, and transgression-climate evolution jointly controlled the types and horizons of the source rocks, reservoirs, and seals in different regions of the North Sea Basin. In the southern North Sea Basin, a Carboniferous-Lower Triassic gas-rich petroleum system was formed,which is characterized by transitional coal measure source rocks, desert aeolian sandstone reservoirs, and evaporite cap rocks. In the northern North Sea Basin, an Upper Triassic-Paleogene oil-rich petroleum system was formed, which is characterized by marine graben-type source rocks, deltaic sandstone and marine limestone reservoirs, and marine tight marl and shale cap *** late tectonic burial and uplift in the North Sea Basin further controlled the processes of oil and gas generation and accumulation, ultimately leading to a differential distribution pattern which is oil rich in the northern part and gas rich in the southern part of the basin. In this paper,a control scheme based on current optimization is proposed for dual three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor(DTP-PMSM)drive to reduce the low-frequency temperature *** reduction of temperature swing can be equivalent to reducing maximum instantaneous phase copper loss in this ***,a two-level optimization aiming at minimizing maximum instantaneous phase copper loss at each electrical angle is ***,the optimization is transformed to a singlelevel optimization by introducing the auxiliary variable for easy *** that singleobjective optimization trades a great total copper loss for a small reduction of maximum phase copper loss,the optimization considering both instantaneous total copper loss and maximum phase copper loss is proposed,which has the same performance of temperature swing reduction but with lower total *** this way,the proposed control scheme can reduce maximum junction temperature by 11%.Both simulation and experimental results are presented to prove the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control scheme for low-frequency temperature swing reduction.

Electrolytes with high-efficiency lithium-ion transfer and reliable safety are of great importance for lithium *** having superior ionic conductivity(10^(−3)–10^(−2) S·cm^(−1)),traditional liquid-state electrolytes always suffer from low lithium-ion transference number(tLi+fabricate a quasi-solid electrolyte(Vr-DES QSE).We demonstrate that the nanoconfinement effect of interlayer channel could facilitate the opening of solvation shell around ***,the interaction from channel wall could inhibit the movement of *** enable high-efficiency lithium-ion transfer:2.61×10^(−4)S·cm^(−1)at 25℃.Importantly,the tLi+value reaches 0.63,which is 4.5 times of that of bulk DES,and much higher than most present liquid/quasi-solid *** addition,Vr-DES QSE shows significantly improved interfacial stability with Li anode as compared with *** assembled Li symmetric cell can operate stably for 1000 h at 0.1 mA·cm^(−2).The lithium iron phosphate(LFP)|Vr-DES QSE|Li cell exhibits high capacity of 142.1 mAh·g^(−1)after 200 cycles at 25℃ and 0.5 C,with a capacity retention of 94.5%.The strategy of open solvation shell through nanoconfinement effect of lamellar framework may shed light on the development of advanced electrolytes.

Developing a localized and consistent model framework for climate loss and damage assessment is crucial for the policy-making of climate change mitigation and *** study introduces a comprehensive,multidisciplinary Integrated Assessment Model(IAM)framework for evaluating climate damage in China,utilizing BCC-SESM climate model and FUND sectoral climate damage model under the SSP2-RCPs *** a bottom-up approach,the research estimates climate damage across eight major sectors,recalibrates sectoral climate damage functions and parameters for China,and elucidates distinctions among direct climate loss,market climate loss,and aggregate climate *** findings reveal that the total climate damage function for China follows a quadratic pattern in response to temperature *** 2050,the estimated climate damage is projected to be 5.4%,5.7%,and 8.2%of GDP under RCP2.6,RCP4.5,and RCP8.5,***,both direct and market climate losses are projected to remain below 2%of GDP by 2050,while the aggregate climate loss could reach as high as 8.2%,which is predominantly attributed to non-market *** a sectoral perspective,under the RCP8.5 scenario,human health damage constitutes the largest share(61.9%)of the total climate loss by 2050,followed by sea-level rise damage(18.6%).This study sheds lights on the adaptation policy that should attach importance to the non-market sectors,particularly focusing on human health and sea-level rise.

Accurate modeling for highly non-linear coupling of a damaged ship with liquid sloshing in waves is still of considerable interest within the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and AI *** paper describes a data-driven Stacking algorithm for fast prediction of roll motion response amplitudes in beam waves by constructing a hydrodynamics model of a damaged ship based on the dynamic overlapping grid CFD *** general idea is to optimize various parameters varying with four types of classical base models like multi-layer perception,support vector regression,random forest,and hist gradient boosting *** offers several attractive properties in terms of accuracy and efficiency by choosing the standard DTMB 5415 model with double damaged compartments for *** is clearly demonstrated that the predicted response amplitude operator(RAO)in the regular beam waves agrees well with the experimental data available,which verifies the accuracy of the established damaged ship hydrodynamics *** high-quality CFD samples,therefore,implementation of the designed Stacking algorithm with its optimal combination can predict the damaged ship roll motion amplitudes effectively and accurately(e.g.,the coefficient of determination 0.9926,the average absolute error 0.0955 and CPU 3s),by comparison of four types of typical base models and their various ***,the established Stacking algorithm provides one potential that can break through problems involving the time-consuming and low efficiency for large-scale lengthy CFD simulations.

High-voltage lithium metal batteries(LMBs)have been considered promising next-generation highenergy-density ***,commercial carbonate electrolytes can scarcely be employed in LMBs owing to their poor compatibility with metallic lithium.N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAA)-a crosslinkable solubilizer with a high Gutmann donor number-is employed to facilitate the dissolution of insoluble lithium nitrate(LiNO3)in carbonate-based electrolytes and to form gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)through in situ *** Lit solvation structure of the GPEs is regulated using LiNO3 and DMAA,which suppresses the decomposition of LiPFe and facilitates the formation of an inorganic-rich solid electrolyte ***,the Coulombic efficiency(CE)of the LillCu cell assembled with a GPE increases to 98.5%at room temperature,and the high-voltage LillNCM622 cell achieves a capacity retention of 80.1%with a high CE of 99.5%after 400 *** bifunctional polymer electrolytes are anticipated to pave the way for next-generation high-voltage LMBs.

Objective This study aimed to clarify the intervention effect of salidroside(SAL)on lung injury caused by PM_(2.5) in mice and illuminate the function of SIRT1-PGC-1ɑ*** Specific pathogen-free(SPF)grade male C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to the following groups:control group,SAL group,PM_(2.5) group,SAL+PM_(2.5) *** the first day,SAL was given by gavage,and on the second day,PM_(2.5) suspension was given by intratracheal *** whole experiment consist of a total of 10 cycles,lasting 20 *** the end of treatment,blood samples and lung tissues were collected and *** of pathological changes in lung tissue using inverted microscopy and transmission electron *** expression of inflammatory,antioxidants,apoptosis,and SIRT1-PGC-1ɑproteins were detected by Western *** Exposure to PM_(2.5) leads to obvious morphological and pathologica changes in the lung of ***_(2.5) caused a decline in levels of antioxidant-related enzymes and protein expressions of HO-1,Nrf2,SOD2,SIRT1 and PGC-1ɑ,and an increase in the protein expressions of IL-6,IL-1β,Bax,caspase-9 and cleaved ***,SAL reversed the aforementioned changes caused by PM_(2.5) by activating the SIRT1-PGC-1α *** SAL can activate SIRT1-PGC-1ɑ to ameliorate PM2.5-induced lung injury.
