The problem of designing and implementing optimal controllers for a class of affine nonlinear systems is considered. Nonlinear optimal control problem generally leads to the difficulty of solving nonlinear Hamilton-Jacobi -Bellman （HJB） equation, in order to avoid the HJB problem, State-dependent Riccati equation （SDRE） method is adopted firstly to design nonlinear optimal controller. And then, a method of choosing weighting matrices of state-dependent is proposed. In order to avoid solving algebraic Riccati equations for P （ x ）at each sampling step, an Improved Newton Method （INM） is adopted secondly for implementation of SDRE controller, which can get P （ x ）by its own iteration, therefore computational and storage burden can be reduced for complex and high-order systems. Finally, simulation is carried out by a permanent magnet synchronous motor （PMSM） model to evidence the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.

The beer saccharification temperature process has great phase lag,and the technology for brewage needs its control track the set point curve fast without *** normal PID algorithm apparently can’t satisfy these *** paper presents a new method called Compound Optimal Control—combined Model Predictive Control（MPC）with Bang-Bang Control,The simulation shows that the method not only has faster tracking speed,higher control accuracy and no overshoot compared with the normal PID control and Dynamic Matrix Control only,but also has stronger suppressing capability of dis-turbance than PID *** this system can satisfy the technical demands,and also shorten the saccharification time *** it needn’t complicated process modeling,can be carried out simply,so it can be extended to other tem-perature rising processes easily.

＜正＞The broad applications of multi-agent systems in many areas have stimulated a great deal of interests in studying consensus problems. This paper investigates an optimal distributed consensus and analysis the application in small world network by reducing the RH problem to 1 -dimension and with the penalty F（xi,X（i）） tracing the fast signal to reach consensus. We prove the algebraic connectivity of a graph is the second smallest eigenvalue of its Laplacian matrix and a measure of speed of solving consensus problems in networks. We find that the convergence speed of the consensus algorithm on a regular lattice can be greatly enhanced by just randomly rewiring a very small number of links in the network. By increasing the algebraic connectivity λ2 （G） and the Laplacian matrix λ 2 （L）,we can improve the convergent speed.

＜正＞Considering the persistent disturbances and the restraint of control variables in multivariable time-varying systems,an approximate singular optimal control method is presented,which makes use of a non-singular control problem instead of singular ***,this method presents the sufficient and necessary condition for the existent of non-singular optimal control *** the approximate optimal control law is obtained by optimizing according to the restraint of control variables,which improves the singular control *** simulation result demonstrates its effectiveness.

This article introduces an approach of the obstacle avoidance based on consensus in the robot soccer and analysis the disadvantage of the traditional artifical potential field(APF).The agents can avoid the obstacles by introducing gyroscopic force to replace the repulsion force. We solve the navigation and obstacle avoidance of robot with the optimal potential function which is derived by combining EAPF with GA and satisfy the real-time optimization.

Due to the invariance of scale, rotation and illumination, SIFT algorithm is commonly used in image matching. According to Harris algorithm, two simplified methods of SIFT algorithm are developed to improve real-time efficiency and robustness of feature detection. In the stage of accurate keypoints localization, two improved methods are proposed to eliminate edge responses. One is the replacement of Hessian matrix by the local autocorrelation function of Harris;the other is using the measure of corner response function of the Hessian matrix. The experimental results show that the improved methods can increase the performance of SIFT algorithm.

Particle swarm optimization（PSO）is a new evolutionary computing method while it can not get good optimization performance because it easy to get stuck into local *** paper proposes a novel algorithm named improved PSO which combine proposed inertia adaptive PSO with partial particles Morlet mutation basing on basic *** proposed algorithm and fuzzy entropy to image segmentation which uses proposed algorithm to explore fuzzy parameters of image maximum fuzzy entropy,and gets the optimum fuzzy parameter combination,then obtains the segmentation threshold of *** experiment results of the new algorithm compare with other two algorithms show that the proposed algorithm has the capability of good segmentation performance,robust,low time cost and self adaptive.

Image segmentation is a difficult and challenging problem in the image *** bones particle swarm optimization(BBPSO)can not get good optimization performance because it easy to get stuck into local *** wavelet mutation when no fitness improvement is observed,a new segmentation algorithm based on wavelet mutation BBPSO(WMBBPSO)and fuzzy entropy is *** proposed algorithm uses WMBBPSO to explore fuzzy parameters of maximum fuzzy entropy,and to get the optimum fuzzy parameter combination,then obtain the segmentation *** to experiment results of the new algorithm compare with other two algorithms,the proposed algorithm performs good segmentation performance and low time *** can be use to real time and precision measure coal dust image.

Tuning electronic structure of RuO_(2)by single atom Zn and oxygen vacancies to boost oxygen evolution reaction in acidic medium

The poor stability of RuO_(2)electrocatalysts has been the primary obstacles for their practical application in polymer electrolyte membrane *** dramatically enhance the durability of RuO_(2)to construct activity-stability trade-off model is full of significance but ***,a single atom Zn stabilized RuO_(2)with enriched oxygen vacancies(SA Zn-RuO_(2))is developed as a promising alternative to iridium oxide for acidic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Compared with commercial RuO_(2),the enhanced Ru–O bond strength of SA Zn-RuO_(2)by forming Zn-O-Ru local structure motif is favorable to stabilize surface Ru,while the electrons transferred from Zn single atoms to adjacent Ru atoms protects the Ru active sites from ***,the optimized surrounding electronic structure of Ru sites in SA ZnRuO_(2)decreases the adsorption energies of OER intermediates to reduce the reaction *** a result,the representative SA Zn-RuO_(2)exhibits a low overpotential of 210 mV to achieve 10 mA cm^(-2)and a greatly enhanced durability than commercial RuO_(2).This work provides a promising dual-engineering strategy by coupling single atom doping and vacancy for the tradeoff of high activity and catalytic stability toward acidic OER.

Significant nonradiative energy loss and short exciton diffusion length in organic solar cells(OSCs)are two major obstacles to achieving state-of-the-art *** is crucial to conduct a study on the intensive mechanism and improvement strategies for future breakthroughs in the efficiency of *** this work,nonradiative energy loss and exciton diffusion length are optimized simultaneously by incorporating a guest acceptor(LA15)to construct ternary OSC(D18:L8-BO:LA15).Firstly,LA15 exhibits excellent compatibility with the host acceptor L8-BO,and effectively improves the fluorescence quantum efficiency(FLQY),resulting in suppressed non-radiative energy ***,LA15 effectively prolongs the fluorescent lifetime of the acceptor phase from 0.85 to 1.12 ns,leading to larger exciton diffusion length,which is beneficial for reducing geminate ***,the addition of LA15 optimizes the crystallinity of the active layer with amplified charge transport *** a result,the optimized D18:L8-BO:LA15 device achieves ultralow nonradiative energy loss of 0.18 e V and improved fill factor(FF)with high efficiency up to 19.13%.These results highlight the crucial roles of regulating FLQYand exciton lifetime in achieving highefficiency OSCs.
