Gold telluride ores are important gold refractory ores due to the presence of sulfides and other gangue materials. The classification and main physical properties of gold telluride ores were described, and possible treatment methods including flotation, leaching, and oxidation were reviewed. The results show that flotation procedures are much easier for gold tellurides compared to other refractory gold-bearing ores. For the conventional cyanide leaching process, pretreatment such as oxidation is required to achieve high gold recovery. Roasting is a relatively simple but not environment-friendly method; bio-oxidation technology seems to be more suitable for the oxidation of flotation concentrate. Other treatment methods involve cyanide leaching, thiourea leaching, ammoniacal thiosulfate leaching, carbon-in-pulp, and resin-in-pulp, all of which are less commonly utilized.

The current study is to observe the effect of the locking system strengthened by biomimetic mineralized collagen putty for the treatment of senile proximal humeral osteoporotic *** January 2012 to December 2015,80 cases of senile patients with osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each group with a total of 40 *** control group was simply treated with locking *** observation group was treated with locking plate in combination with biomimetic mineralized collagen *** therapeutic effect thereby was *** excellent and satisfactory rate was 90%in observation group and was 72.5%in control *** difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.3312,P<0.05).The fracture healing time was 11.8263.62 weeks in observation group and 19.7865.46 weeks in control *** shoulder joint function score was 89.6368.12 in observation group and 76.9268.18 in control *** was significant difference between the two groups(t=7.1272;12.7834,P<0.05).The complication rate was 10%in the observation group and 32.5%in the control group(χ^(2)=7.3786,P<0.05).Locking system strengthened by biomimetic mineralized collagen putty has advantages such as accelerating healing of senile proximal humeral fracture,improving the therapeutic effect,reducing the *** one of the optimal internal fixation method,it provides a new option for better treatment of senile osteoporotic fracture.

A new route of impurity rejection to remove ferric iron from a synthetic nickel leach solution was introduced, which simulated the chemical composition of a typical acid leach solution of nickel laterites under atmospheric pressure. The synthetic solution underwent a stepwise neutralization process, with each step adopting different pH value-temperature combinations. In a conventional nickel atmospheric leach （AL） process, the nickel loss could be as high as 10wt%, which was a longstanding issue and prevented this process from commercialization. The new impurity rejection route is the first step towards resolving this issue. The results show that, the best neutralization performance is achieved at the nickel loss of 3.4wt% in the neutralization scheme that employs ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid as a nickel stabilizer （pH： 1.3-3.5; temperature： 95-70℃）

The Ni3Al-based superalloy was rapidly solidified in the form of droplets with varying *** cooling rate(Rc)is a function of diameter(D)of *** the decrease in droplet sizes(increase in the cooling rates),the volume fraction ofγ’+γeutectic structure increases from 21.31(D=1400 lm,Rc=3.6 9 102 K s-1)to 36.31%(D=270 lm,Rc-=2.3 9 103 K s-1).Moreover,unimodal size distribution of nano-γ’exists in the droplets instead of bimodal dual-size distributions ofγprecipitates that are normal in as-cast alloys.

As-cast Microstructure of A Designed Polycrystalline Ni3 Al-based Superalloy Is Characterized Using Optical Microscope,scanning Electron Microscope, Transmission Electron Microscope Equipped with Selected Area Diffraction System,and the Intermetallic Phase Transformations Involved During Solidification Process Are Determined Based on Thermal Analysis Measurements. the As-cast Microstructure Is Mainly Composed of 80.63 Vol% Dendritic and 19.37 Vol% Interdendritic Phases,and the Dendrite Is Identified As Quasi-cuboidal γ＇i Phase Connected by γ-channels Where Ultrafine γ＇Ⅱ Particles Are Distributed,and the Interdendritic Phases Are Determined As γ＇-γ Eutectic Structure Consisting of Ye Phase with Dotted Quasi-spherical γ＇e Particles. During Solidification, the Dendrite Firstly Nucleates from Liquid Melt Near 1348 ℃; Subsequently, the Residual Liquidoid Is Transformed into Interdendritic Phases Around 1326 ℃. Afterward, γ＇ Phase Will Precipitate from Dendritic Ymatrix with Two-stage Characteristics, Resulting in the Distinct Precipitation of γ＇Ⅰ and γ＇Ⅱ Phases When Approaching to 1190 And 1043 ℃, Respectively. the Corresponding Transformations Involved During the Solidification Process Can Be Translated As：Liquidoid{Dendrite（γD）（80.63）%→γ＇Ⅰ＋γ（channel）→γ＇Ⅰ＋γ＇Ⅱ＋γ（channel） Residual liquidoid（19.37%）→Interdendrite（γ＇E-γE eutectic）}As-cast

MicroRNA-21(miRNA-21)is highly expressed in various ***-molecule inhibition of miRNA-21 is considered to be an attractive novel cancer therapeutic *** this study,fluoroquinolone derivatives A1eA43 were synthesized and used as miRNA-21 *** A36 showed the most potent inhibitory activity and specificity for miRNA-21 in a dual-luciferase reporter assay in HeLa *** A36 significantly reduced the expression of mature miRNA-21 and increased the protein expression of miRNA-21 target genes,including programmed cell death protein 4(PDCD4)and phosphatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN),at 10 μM in HeLa *** Cell Counting Kit-8 assay(CCK-8)was used to evaluate the antiproliferative activity of A36;the results showed that the IC_(50) value range of A36 against six tumor cell lines was between 1.76 and 13.0 μ***,A36 did not display cytotoxicity in BEAS-2B cells(lung epithelial cells from a healthy human donor).Furthermore,A36 significantly induced apoptosis,arrested cells at the G_(0)/G_(1) phase,and inhibited cell-colony formation in HeLa *** addition,mRNA deep sequencing showed that treatment with A36 could generate 171 dysregulated mRNAs in HeLa cells,while the expression of miRNA-21 target gene dual-specificity phosphatase 5(DUSP5)was significantly upregulated at both the mRNA and protein ***,these findings demonstrated that A36 is a novel miRNA-21 inhibitor.

Since the General Channel designed for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China has to cross many rivers and streams flowing from west to east, there are potentially serious effects additional flooding on the western side of the project alignment. Therefore, a 2-D numerical model for forecasting basin flood disasters was established and verified using historical flood data. The model was applied to researching the interaction between the proposed Project and flooding events for 5 streams in the Anyang River reach as a representative case study. Simulated results indicate that the model could correctly forecast the flood, submerged area and depths, and water surface elevations along the left side of the channel. The discharge capacity and location of hydraulic structures in the transfer canal alignment were analyzed. Then adjustments to the dimensions and positioning of proposed hydraulic structures were recommended at intersections, especially the addition of a channel to transfer flood water from one stream to another, which can effectively limit the sluice and protect the Anyang City from flooding.

AIM:To investigate the effect of dietary fiber intake on constipation by a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials(RCTs).METHODS:We searched Ovid MEDLINE(from 1946 to October 2011),Cochrane Library(2011),PubMed for articles on dietary fiber intake and constipation using the terms:constipation,fiber,cellulose,plant extracts,cereals,bran,psyllium,or *** of important articles were searched manually for relevant *** were eligible for the meta-analysis if they were high-quality RCTs and reported data on stool frequency,stool consistency,treatment success,laxative use and gastrointestinal *** data were extracted independently by two researchers(Yang J and wang HP) according to the described selection *** manager version 5 software was used for analysis and *** mean difference with 95%CI was used for quantitative data,odds ratio(OR)with 95%CI was used for dichotomous *** I2 statistic with a cut-off of ≥ 50% and the χ2 test with a P value < 0.10 were used to define a significant degree of ***:We searched 1322 potential relevant articles,19 of which were retrieved for further assessment,14 studies were excluded for various reasons,five studies were included in the *** fiber showed significant advantage over placebo in stool frequency(OR = 1.19;95%CI:0.58-1.80,P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in stool consistency,treatment success,laxative use and painful defecation between the two *** frequency were reported by five RCTs,all results showed either a trend or a significant difference in favor of the treatment group,number of stools per week increased in treatment group than in placebo group(OR = 1.19;95%CI:0.58-1.80,P < 0.05),with no significant heterogeneity among studies(I2= 0,P = 0.77).Four studies evaluated stool consistency,one of them presented outcome in terms of percentage of hard stool,which was different from others,so we included the other thr
