Compared to AgNbO_(3) based ceramics, the experimental investigations on the single crystalline AgNbO_(3), especially the ground state and ferroic domain structures, are not on the same level. Here, based on successfully synthesized AgNbO_(3) single crystal using a flux method, we observed the coexistence of ferroelastic and ferroelectric domain structures by a combination study of polarized light microscopy and piezoresponse force *** finding may provide a new aspect for studying AgNbO_(3). The result also suggests a weak electromechanical response from the ferroelectric phase of AgNbO_(3), which is also supported by the transmission electron microscope characterization. Our results reveal that the AgNbO_(3) single crystal is in a polar ferroelectric phase at room temperature, clarifying its ground state which is controversial from the AgNbO_(3) ceramic materials.

针对于Ⅲ型混合级联型多电平逆变器调制中,逆变器输出的相电压及线电压包含低频次谐波,以及大调制度下出现的超调问题,提出了一种改进的混合调制策略。该策略通过调制波和一对三角载对高压单元进行调制,得到高压单元输出的PWM波,再利用调制波与高压单元输出的PWM波的差值作为低压单元的调制波对低压单元进行调制,得到低压单元输出的PWM波。仿真与实验结果表明该策略能够消除Ⅲ逆变器输出相电压及线电压中的5次和7次低频谐波和超调现象,逆变器输出的相电压和线电压的总谐波失真(total harmonic elimination,THD)分别为14.53%和12.47%,频谱含量主要分布在2mf两侧。

During recent decades,the association between mutations in ubiquitin-specific protease 26(USP26)and male infertility remains *** conducted this meta-analysis to evaluate the association between mutations in USP26 and male infertility according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)2020 *** was registered in the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews(PROSPERO;CRD42021225251).PubMed,Web of Science,and Scopus were systematically searched for comparative clinical studies,which were written in English and provided eligible *** were included when they compared USP26 mutations in azoospermic,oligozoospermic,and asthenozoospermic patients with controls with normal sperm parameter values or whose partners had experienced spontaneous *** odds ratio(OR)with 95%confidence interval(CI)was calculated with random effect ***,twelve studies with 3927 infertility patients and 4648 healthy controls were *** association between overall USP26 mutations and infertility was not significant(OR=1.60,95%CI:0.51-5.01).For specific mutations,the pooled ORs were 1.65(95%CI:1.02-2.69)for cluster mutation(including 370-371insACA,494T>C,and 1423C>T),1.80(95%CI:0.35-9.15)for c.576G>A,1.43(95%CI:0.79-2.56)for c.1090C>T,and 3.59(95%CI:2.30-5.59)for c.1737G>*** results suggest that several mutations(cluster mutation,c.1737G>A)may play roles in male infertility,while others(c.576G>A and c.1090C>T)do not show notable associations with male *** high-quality clinical researches are needed for validation.

Hepatic resection vs percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma abutting right diaphragm

BACKGROUND It is usually difficult to adequately conduct percutaneous ultrasound-guided radiofrequency(RF) ablation for hepatocellular carcinomas(HCCs) abutting the diaphragm. Our hypothesis was that the subphrenic location of HCC could have an effect on the long-term therapeutic outcomes after hepatic resection and RF *** To compare the long-term therapeutic outcomes of hepatic resection and percutaneous RF ablation for HCCs abutting the *** A total of 143 Child-Pugh class A patients who had undergone hepatic resection(n = 80) or percutaneous ultrasound-guided RF ablation(n = 63) for an HCC(≤ 3 cm) abutting the right diaphragm were included. Cumulative local tumor progression(LTP), cumulative intrahepatic distant recurrence(IDR), disease-free survival(DFS), and overall survival(OS) rates were estimated. Prognostic factors for DFS and OS were analyzed. Complications were *** The cumulative IDR rate, DFS rate, and OS rate for the hepatic resection group and RF ablation group at 5 years were "35.9% vs 65.8%", "64.1% vs 18.3%", and"88.4% vs 68.7%", respectively. Hepatic resection was an independent prognostic factor for DFS(P ≤ 0.001; hazard ratio, 0.352; 95%CI: 0.205, 0.605; with RF ablation as the reference category); however, treatment modality was not an independent prognostic factor for OS. The LTP rate was 46.6% at 5 years for the RF ablation group. The major complication rate was not significantly different between the groups(P = 0.630). The rate of occurrence of peritoneal seeding was higher in the RF ablation group(1.3% vs 9.5%, P = 0.044).CONCLUSION Although OS was not significantly different between patients who had gone hepatic resection or percutaneous RF ablation for HCCs abutting the diaphragm,DFS was better in the hepatic resection group.
