A Sliding Mode Controller Based on Robust Model Reference Adaptive Proportional-integral Control for Stand-alone Three-phase Inverter

This paper proposes a sliding mode controller based on robust model reference adaptive proportional-integral(RMRA-PI)control for a stand-alone voltage source inverter(SA-VSI).The proposed controller has two control loops where the coefficients of PI controller are regulated by the adaptive sliding *** method is used to regulate the output voltage of the inverter under different load conditions and uncertainty,and adapts the output to the reference model to reduce the total harmonic distortion(THD).In this paper,the stability of the proposed controller is proven by using Lyapunov's theory and Barbalet’s *** proposed controller performs well in voltage regulation such as low THD under sudden load change and ***,the results of the proposed controller are compared with PI controller to show the effectiveness of the presented control system.

Ochratoxin A(OTA),one of the most dangerous mycotoxins for human health,has been subjected to numerous studies for separation and detection in minimal *** as novel recognition elements have been employed to fabricate ultrasensitive biosensors for the detection of OTA and designing delicate analytical *** review attempted to comprehensively examine all reported aptamer-based detection and separation platforms for *** most relevant databases were considered to discover all specific aptamers for dealing with ***-based detection and separation devices specified for OTA were searched for,analyzed,discussed,and classified based on their *** optical aptasensors have gathered a higher interest than electrochemical aptasensors,which can achieve a lower limit of ***,some extraction platforms based on these aptamers were also ***,aptamer-based devices seem to have some challenges in their application.

Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever from the immunopathogenesis, clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic perspective: A scoping review

Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus(CCHFV) is responsible for widespread tick-borne zoonotic viral disease CCHF in African, Middle Eastern, Asian, and European countries. CCHFV can be spread to humans through tick bites or contact with infected animals or humans, and it often progresses from asymptomatic to severe/lethal illness, with fatality rates ranging from 10% to 40% in humans. Today, CCHF is growing into a significant public health concern due to its very high prevalence, severity of the condition, and lack of available vaccines and specific treatments. Recent research has been drawn towards a more accurate study of CCHFV characteristics, including the structure, genetic diversity, mechanisms involved in pathogenesis and immunopathogenesis, and clinical features. In addition, the use of animal models(mouse and non-human primates) and advanced diagnostic tools in recent years has resulted in a significant advance in CCHF related studies. In this context, we summarized the latest findings about CCHF research, its health complications, animal models, current diagnosis, vaccination, and CCHF treatments, and therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, we discussed existing deficiencies and problems in CCHFV analysis, as well as areas that still need to yield conclusive answers.

Potentially toxic metal concentration,spatial distribution,and health risk assessment in drinking groundwater resources of southeast Iran

In this study, the concentration and spatial distribution of potentially toxic metals(PTMs), including arsenic(As), cadmium(Cd), chromium(Cr), lead(Pb), copper(Cu), iron(Fe), manganese(Mn), and magnesium(Mg) in 23 wells and drinking groundwater distribution networks of Rafsanjan, located in southeast Iran were evaluated. Moreover, the assessment of carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks was estimated by Monte Carlo simulation(MCS). The results showed that the concentrations of As and Pb in more than 99% and 23.46% of the study area, respectively, were higher than the maximum concentration level(10 μg/L). The mean concentration of other metals, including Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, and Mn in all drinking water resources was within the WHO standard level. The mean hazard quotient(HQ) for As in the age group of children was 9.246 and adults 2.972, indicating high non-carcinogenic risk of As in the study area. The lifetime cancer risk(LTCR) of As was 1.36 E-3 for adults and 1.52 E-2 for children, indicating high non-carcinogenic risk of As. The level of HQ and LTCR for Pb in both age groups was in the acceptable range. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that the most effective variables were pollutant concentration and body weight(BW), respectively. Finally, it can be concluded that exposure to PTMs, especially As through drinking water in the study area can have significant effects on people’s health living in the area;therefore, it is necessary to treat and remove As from groundwater resources before drinking or using for domestic purpose.
