This study proposes a structure-preserving evolutionary framework to find a semi-analytical approximate solution for a nonlinear cervical cancer epidemic(CCE)*** underlying CCE model lacks a closed-form exact *** solutions obtained through traditional finite difference schemes do not ensure the preservation of the model’s necessary properties,such as positivity,boundedness,and ***,the development of structure-preserving semi-analytical approaches is always *** research introduces an intelligently supervised computational paradigm to solve the underlying CCE model’s physical properties by formulating an equivalent unconstrained optimization ***-free safe Padérational functions approximate the mathematical shape of state variables,while the model’s physical requirements are treated as problem *** primary model of the governing differential equations is imposed to minimize the error between approximate *** evolutionary algorithm,the Genetic Algorithm with Multi-Parent Crossover(GA-MPC),executes the optimization *** resulting method is the Evolutionary Safe PadéApproximation(ESPA)*** proof of unconditional convergence of the ESPA scheme on the CCE model is supported by numerical *** performance of the ESPA scheme on the CCE model is thoroughly investigated by considering various orders of non-singular Padéapproximants.

In this study,the design of a computational heuristic based on the nonlinear Liénard model is presented using the efficiency of artificial neural networks(ANNs)along with the hybridization procedures of global and local search *** global search genetic algorithm(GA)and local search sequential quadratic programming scheme(SQPS)are implemented to solve the nonlinear Liénard *** objective function using the differential model and boundary conditions is designed and optimized by the hybrid computing strength of the *** motivation of the ANN procedures along with GA-SQPS comes to present reliable,feasible and precise frameworks to tackle stiff and highly nonlinear *** designed procedures of ANNs along with GA-SQPS are applied for three highly nonlinear differential *** achieved numerical outcomes on multiple trials using the designed procedures are compared to authenticate the correctness,viability and ***,statistical performances based on different measures are also provided to check the reliability of the ANN along with GASQPS.

This article considers three types of biological systems:the dengue fever disease model,the COVID-19 virus model,and the transmission of Tuberculosis *** new technique of creating the integration matrix for the Bernoulli wavelets is ***,the novel method proposed in this paper is called the Bernoulli wavelet collocation scheme(BWCM).All three models are in the form system of coupled ordinary differential equations without an exact *** systems are converted into a system of algebraic equations using the Bernoulli wavelet collocation *** numerical wave distributions of these governing models are obtained by solving the algebraic equations via the Newton-Raphson *** results obtained from the developed strategy are compared to several schemes such as the Runge Kutta method,and ND solver in mathematical *** convergence analyses are discussed through *** newly implemented Bernoulli wavelet method improves the accuracy and converges when it is compared with the existing methods in the literature.

Neutronic study on the effect of first wall material thickness on tritium production and material damage in a fusion reactor

In this study,the effects of changing first wall materials and their thicknesses on a reactor were investigated to determine the displacement per atom(DPA)and gas production(helium and hydrogen)in the first wall,as well as the tritium breeding ratio(TBR)in the coolant and tritium breeding ***,the modeling of the magnetic fusion reactor was determined based on the blanket parameters of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER).Stainless steel(SS 316 LNIG),Oxide Dispersion Strengthened Steel alloy(PM2000 ODS),and China low-activation martensitic steel(CLAM)were used as the first wall(FW)*** family molten salt materials(FLiBe,FLiNaBe,FLiPb)and lithium oxide(LiO_(2))were considered the coolant and tritium production material in the blanket,*** transport calculations were performed using the wellknown 3D code MCNP5 using the continuous-energy Monte Carlo *** built-in continuous energy nuclear and atomic data libraries along with the Evaluated Nuclear Data file(ENDF)system(ENDF/B-V and ENDF/B-VI)were ***,the activity cross-section data library CLAW-IV was used to evaluate both the DPA values and gas production of the first wall(FW)*** interface computer program written in the FORTRAN 90 language to evaluate the MCNP5 outputs was developed for the fusion reactor *** results indicated that the best TBR value was obtained for the use of the FLiPb coolant,whereas depending on the thickness,the first wall replacement period in terms of radiation damage to all materials was between 6 and 11 years.

In this paper,we analyze the behaviour of solution for the system exemplifying model of tumour invasion and metastasis by the help of q-homotopy analysis transform method(q-HATM)with the fractional *** analyzed model consists of a system of three nonlinear differential equations elucidating the activation and the migratory response of the degradation of the matrix,tumour cells and production of degradative enzymes by the tumour *** considered method is graceful amalgamations of q-homotopy analysis technique with Laplace transform(LT),and Caputo–Fabrizio(CF)fractional operator is hired in the present *** using the fixed point theory,existence and uniqueness are *** validate and present the effectiveness of the considered algorithm,we analyzed the considered system in terms of fractional order with time and *** error analysis of the considered scheme is *** variations with small change time with respect to achieved results are effectively captured in *** obtained results confirm that the considered method is very efficient and highly methodical to analyze the behaviors of the system of fractional order differential equations.

Management of hypotony and flat anterior chamber associated with glaucoma filtration surgery

AIMTo determine the effectiveness of pharmacological and interventional treatment of hypotony and flat anterior chamber (FAC) resulting from glaucoma filtration *** retrospectively examined the medical records of fifty-two trabeculectomy patients (52 eyes) who developed postoperative hypotony and FAC. The management and associated complications of hypotony, changing intraocular pressure (IOP) and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) were *** the 52 patients with hypotony, 29 (56%) had a grade 1 FAC, 21 (40%) had a grade 2 FAC, and only 2 had a grade 3 FAC. There was no significant difference between the mean preoperative IOP and the mean IOP at three and six months after surgery. Thirteen eyes (25%) required antiglaucomatous medication three months after surgery. The mean BCVA at 6mo after surgery was significantly reduced as compared with the mean preoperative *** and FAC following trabeculectomy are associated with troublesome complications that require pharmacological and/or surgical treatment. Thus, close follow-up is essential for affected patients.

Comparison of Densiron 68 and 1 000 cSt silicone oil in the management of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with inferior breaks

AIM:To compare success rates and complications of Densiron 68 and 1000cSt silicone oil (SO) in the management of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) with inferior breaks (IBs). METHODS:Totally 61 eyes of 61 consecutive patients with RRD with IBs were assigned to pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) with Densiron (n =31) or PPV with SO (n=30) in order of presentation. SO and Densiron removal was performed 3 months after initial surgery. Follow up visits were terminated 6 months after SO removal. ·RESULTS:With a single operation, the Densiron group showed 84% and SO 74% reattachment. With further surgery, both groups showed 90% reattachment. Complications such as cataract, raised intraocular pressure (IOP), inflammatory reaction, macular epiretinal membranes, and emulsification of SO were seen in both groups. CONCLUSION:Densiron and SO are found to have similar success rates and complications.

Structural and mechanical stability of rare-earth diborides

Structural and mechanical properties of several rare-earth diborides were systematically investigated by first principles calculations. Specifically, we studied XB2 , where X=Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Lu in the hexagonal AlB2 , ReB2 , and orthorhombic OsB2 -type structures. The lattice parameters, bulk modulus, bond distances, second order elastic constants, and related polycrystalline elastic moduli （e.g., shear modulus, Young’s modulus, Poisson’s ratio, Debye temperature, sound velocities） were calculated. Our results indicate that these compounds are mechanically stable in the considered structures, and according to ＂Chen’s method＂, the predicted Vickers hardness shows that they are hard materials in AlB2 - and OsB2 -type structures.
