In this study,S-scheme-based hydrothermal synthesis of Ag-CuBi_(2)O_(4)/CNTs/Bi_(2)S_(3)layered composites has been successfully *** photo-degradation of toxic dyes,*** orange(MO),and methylene blue(MB),has been used to examine nanocomposites with varying weight percent of Bi_(2)S_(3)for photocat-alytic activity in the visible *** candidates,Ag-CuBi_(2)O_(4)/CNTs/Bi_(2)S_(3)with a 10%loading of Bi_(2)S_(3)outperformed both pure and hybrid composites in photocatalytic *** MO degradation,the hybrid composite with 10%Bi_(2)S_(3)loading degrades 7.04 times higher than pristine CuBi_(2)O_(4)and Bi_(2)S_(3)samples,and for MB degradation,it degrades 4.96 times higher than pristine *** surface area,less re-combination rate of photogenerated charge carriers,photogenerated carriers faster separation,and high redox ability of Ag-CuBi_(2)O_(4)/CNTs/Bi_(2)S_(3)(10%)are all attributed to the improving photocatalytic *** after ten cycles,the hybrid composite is chemically stable and *** nanotubes(CNTs)are a transfer bridge in layered structure for electrons because of their coordinated Fermi level between Ag-CuBi_(2)O_(4)and Bi_(2)S_(3).In addition,the scavenger and electron spin resonance(ESR)experiments verified that·O_(2)^(−),·Oh,and h+were the important reactive species that successfully facilitated the pho-tocatalytic degradation process to degrade *** study presents a straightforward and economical approach for obtaining a stable semiconductor-based photocatalytic system and a potential technique for future applications.

The NATO agreement STANAG 4569 defines the protection levels for the occupants of logistic and light armored *** Allied Engineering Publication,AEP-55,volume 2 document outlines the test conditions for underbelly improvised explosive device(IEDs),which must be buried in water-saturated sandy *** use of sandy gravel has some drawbacks,for instance reproducibility,time consumption,and *** paper focuses on the investigation of four alternatives to sandy gravel,which could produce similar specific and cumulative impulses:a concrete pot filled with water,a concrete pot filled with quartz sand,a steel pot without filling and a concrete pot filled with glass spheres(diameter 200μm—300μm)and different water *** impulses are measured with a ring technology developed at the Fraunhofer EMI.A numerical soil model based on the work of Marrs,2014 and Fi serov a,2006 and considering the soil moisture was used to simulate the experiments with glass spheres at different water contents,showing much better agreement with the experiments than the classical Laine&Sandvik model,even for high saturation *** results can be used to create new test conditions at original scale that are more cost-effective,more reproducible and simpler to manage in comparison to the current tests carried out with STANAG sandy gravel.

Since the initial description, the name Musa dasycarpa Kurz (1867) has been unclear to most botanists. It has usually been synonymized with M. velutina h. Wendl. & Drude (1875). however, although the original diagnosis was very short, 'fruits hairy', it is adequate. Thus, according to vienna Codes, M. dasycarpa Kurz has priority over M. velutina h. Wendl. & Drude. The aim of this study is to settle the true identity and to update the description of M. dasycarpa Kurz. For that purpose the names M. dasycarpa and M. velutina are typified. In addi-tion, critical notes regarding M. assamica Bull. are given; it is neotypified here, and considered as conspecific with M. sanguinea hook. f.

A multiscalar and nonrenormalizable B-L extension of the standard model(SM)with S_(4)symmetry which successfully explains the recently observed neutrino oscillation data is *** tiny neutrino masses and their hierarchies are generated via the type-I seesaw *** model reproduces the recent experiments of neutrino mixing angles and Dirac CP violating phase in which the atmospheric angle(θ_(23))and the reactor angle(θ_(13))get the best-fit values while the solar angle(θ_(12))and Dirac CP violating phase(δ)are in 3σrange of the best-fit value for the normal hierarchy(Nh).For the inverted hierarchy(Ih),θ13 gets the best-ft value andθ_(23)together withδare in the lσrange,whileθ12 is in 3δrange of the best-fit *** effective neutrino masses are pre-dicted to be(m_(ee))=6.81 mev for the Nh and(m_(ee))=48.48 mev for the Ih,in good agreement with the most re-cent experimental data.

Since the initial description, the name Musa aurantiaca Baker (1893) has been unclear to most botanists. The aim of this study is to settle its true identity and to update the description. The plant is distributed in the regions of Upper Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, India, Northern Myanmar and Tibet, China where it occurs commonly but it is not mentioned in Chinese literature at all. In this paper, the authors also review the description and the literature history of M. aurantiaca from 1893 to the present. Musa aurantiaca Baker is typified here.

Simulating semi-solid metal forming requires modelling semi-solid ***, such modelling is difficult because semi-solid behavior is thixotropic and depends on the liquid-solid spatial distribution within the *** order to better understand and model relationships between microstructure and behavior, a model based on micromechanical approaches and homogenisation techniques is *** model is an extension of a previous model established in a pure viscoplastic framework to account for ***, experimental load-displacement signals reveal the presence of an elastic-type response in the earlier stages of deformation when semi-solids are loaded under rapid *** elastic feature of the behaviour is attributed to the response of the porous solid skeleton saturated by incompressible liquid.A good quantitative agreement is found between the elastic-viscoplastic predicted response and the experimental *** precisely, the strong initial rising part of the load-displacement curve, the peak load and the subsequent fall in load are well *** effect of solid fraction on mechanical response is in qualitative agreement with experiments.
