侵袭性自然杀伤细胞白血病(ANKL)是一种系统性NK细胞肿瘤,与EBV感染密切相关。EBV阴性的ANKL病例报道极少,一些报道提示其具有相对惰性的生物学行为。现报道7例EBV阴性ANKL,分析其临床病理、免疫表型及分子遗传学特点。
