The title compound, [Cu2（Ch3COO）4（C8h10N2）]n·nCh3CN 1 （C8h10N2, 4,4＇-bipy = 4,4＇-bipyridine）, has been solvothermally synthesized in Ch3CN and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group Cc with α = 22.626（6）, b = 14.012（4）, c = 15.106（4） ]A, β = 107.610（3）°, V = 4565（2） ]A^3, C20h23Cu2N3O8, Mr = 560.49, Z = 8, Dc = 1.631 g/cm^3,μ = 1.914 mm^-1, Flack parameter = 0.48（1）, F（000） = 2288, R = 0.042 and wR = 0.098 for 8887 observed reflections （I 〉 20（I））. It consists of nearly linear one-dimensional chains [Cu2（Ch3COO）4（C8h10N2）]n derived from paddle-wheel [Cu2（Ch3COO）4] unit linked by 4,4＇-bipy, and Ch3CN as guest molecule regularly decorates between the chains.

鉴于现有的预测钻井周期的方法忽视了影响钻井周期的关键因素因而精确度有限,提出采用多变量概率法预测钻井周期,并采用实测数据进行了算例分析和验证。利用自适应核密度估计法建立了各主要钻井阶段与深度相关的钻井周期概率模型,结合蒙特卡洛模拟得出了一次完整钻井施工作业的总周期的概率分布。采用该方法对澳大利亚及亚洲地区192口井的钻井周期进行了预测。尽管现有数据记录不全,但经过统计分析发现,模型模拟结果与实测数据的匹配度很高。研究表明,在10%~90%的置信区间内,总钻井周期比无事故钻井周期延长至少4 d,至多12 d。采用该方法可以得到钻至一定深度的可能的施工周期,有利于评价整个钻井施工过程的风险,模拟数据还可以用于机器学习模型的训练。图10表2参34。

Chitosan is a biocompatible polymer that has been widely studied for tissue engineering *** aim of this research was to assess bone regenerative properties of an injectable chitosan and calcium phosphate-based composite and identify optimal degree of deacetylation(%DDA)of the chitosan *** holes were generated on the left side of a mandible in Sprague-Dawley rats,and the hole was either left empty or filled with the *** animals were sacrificed at several time points after surgery(7–22 days)and bone was investigated using micro-CT and *** significant new bone formation was observed in the implants themselves at any time ***,substantial new bone formation was observed in the rat mandible further away from the drill *** changes indicating bone formation were found in specimens explanted on Day 7 in animals that received *** bone formation pattern was seen in control animals with an empty drill hole at later time points but not to the same extent.A second experiment was performed to examine if the%DDA of the chitosan polymer influenced the bone remodeling *** results suggest that chitosan polymers with%DDA between 50 and 70%enhance the natural bone remodeling mechanism.

Transmission of plant viruses by phytophagous hemipteran insects encompasses complex interactions underlying a continuum of processes involved in virus acquisition, retention and inoculation combined with vector feeding behavior. here, we investigated the effects of dietary ph on whitefly （Bemisia tabaci） feeding behavior and release of Lettuce infectious yellows virus （LIYV） virions retained in the vector＇s foregut. Electrical penetration graph analysis revealed that variables associated with whitefly probing and ingestion did not differ significantly in ph （4, 7.4, and 9） adjusted artificial diets. To investigate virus retention and release, whiteflies allowed to acquire LIYV virions in a ph 7.4 artificial diet were fed ph 4, 7.4, or 9 virion-free artificial （clearing） diets. Immunofluorescent localization analyses indicated that virions remained bound to the foreguts of approximately 20%-24% of vectors after they fed on each of the 3 ph- adjusted clearing diets. When RNA preparations from the clearing diets were analyzed by reverse transcription （RT） nested-PCR and, in some cases, real-time qPCR, successful amplification of LIYV-specific sequence was infrequent but consistently repeatable for the ph 7.4 diet but never observed for the ph 4 and 9 diets, suggesting a weak ph-dependent effect for virion release. Viruliferous vectors that fed on each of the 3 ph-adjusted clearing diets transmitted LIYV to virus-free plants. These results suggest that changes in ph values alone in artificial diet do not result in observable changes in whitefly feeding behaviors, an observation that marks a first in the feeding of artificial diet by whitefly vectors; and that there is a potential causal and contingent relationship between the ph in artificial diet and the release/inoculation of foregut bound virions.

The presence of defects and detrimental reactions at NiO_(x)/perovskite interface extremely limit the efficiency performance and long-term stability of the perovskite solar cells(PSCs) based on NiO_(x).herein,an amphipathic molecule Triton X100(Triton) is modified on the NiO_(x)*** hydrophilic chain of Triton as a Lewis base additive can coordinate with the Ni3+on the NiO_(x)surface which can passivate the interfacial defects and hinder the detrimental reactions at the NiO_(x)/perovskite ***,the hydrophobic chain of Triton protrudes from the NiO_(x)surface to prevent moisture from penetrating into the NiO_(x)/perovskite ***,the NiO_(x)/Triton-based devices(MAPbI3as absorbing layer) show superior moisture and thermal stability,retaining 88.4% and 64.3% of the initial power conversion efficiency after storage in air(40%-50% relative humidity(Rh)) at 25 ℃ for 1070 h and in N2at 85℃ for 800 h,***,the efficiency increases from 17.59% to 19.89% because of the passivation defect and enhanced hole-extraction ***,the NiO_(x)/Triton-based PSCs with Cs_(0.05)(MA_(0.15)FA_(0.85))_(0.95)Pb(I_(0.85)Br_(0.15))3perovskite as the light-absorbing layer also exhibits better moisture and thermal stability compared to the control devices,indicating the viability of our *** particular note,a champion PCE of 22.35% and 20.46% was achieved for small-area(0.1 cm^(2)) and large-area(1.2 cm^(2)) NiO_(x)/Triton-based devices,respectively.

The use of silver metal for hydrodeoxygenation(hDO) applications is scarce and different studies have indicated of its varying hDO activity. Several computational studies have reported of silver having almost zero turnover frequency for hDO owing to its high C\\O bond breaking energy barrier and low carbon and oxygen binding *** this work, titania supported silver catalysts were synthesized and firstly used to examine its phenol hDO activity via experimental reaction runs. BET, XRD, FESEM, TEM, EDX, ICP–OES, Pyridine-FTIR, Nh_3-TPD and h_2-TPD analyses were done to investigate its physicochemical properties. Phenomena of hydrogen spillover and metal–acid site synergy were examined in this study. With the aid of TiO_2 reducible support, hydrogen spillover and metal–acid site interactions were observed to a certain extent but were not as superior as other Pt, Pd, Ni-based catalysts used in other hDO studies. The experimental findings showed that Ag/TiO_2 catalyst has mediocre phenol conversion but high benzene selectivity which confirms the explanation from other computational studies.

Cerebral small vessel disease（CSVD） is a common etiology of vascular cognitive impairment with no dementia（V-CIND）. Studies have revealed that cerebral microbleeds（CMBs）, a feature of CSVD, contribute to cognitive impairment. however, the association between CMBs and dementia conversion in individuals with V-CIND is still unclear. here, we analyzed the predictive role of CMBs in the conversion from V-CIND to dementia in CSVD patients. We recruited and prospectively assessed 85 patients with CSVD and V-CIND. V-CIND was evaluated using a series of comprehensive neuropsychological scales, including the Chinese version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment and the Clinical Dementia Rating. MRI assessments were used to quantify lacunar infarcts, white matter hyperintensities, CMBs, and medial temporal lobe atrophy. Eighty-two of the 85 patients completed the assessment for dementia conversion at a 1-year follow-up assessment. Multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to examine independent clinical and MRI variables associated with dementia conversion. Twenty-four patients（29.3%） had converted to dementia at the 1-year follow-up, and these individuals had significantly more CMBs in the fronto-subcortical circuits. Multivariate logistic regression analyses revealed that the patients with CMBs in the fronto-subcortical circuits（odds ratio = 4.4; 95% confidence interval： 1.602-12.081, P = 0.004） and 5 or more CMBs overall（odds ratio = 17.6, 95% confidence interval： 3.23-95.84, P = 0.001） had a significantly increased risk of dementia at the 1-year follow-up. These findings indicate that CMBs in the fronto-subcortical circuits may be predictive of dementia conversion in CSVD patients with V-CIND, and thus extend the clinical significance of CMBs.
