Solving the problems of low electrical conductivity and poor cycling durability in transition metal oxidesbased anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)and sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)has already turned into an urgent *** this paper,we successfully synthesized Co_(2)VO_(4)/Co compounds with Co-VMOF(metal-organic framework)as a sacrificial template and investigated their electrochemical mech.nism in order to improve the electrochemical properties of LIBs and *** optimized heaping configuration and the existence of metallic Co catalyzed the formation of radical ions,thereby facilitating higher conductivity,shortening Li+and na+transport paths,and providing more active ***_(2)VO_(4)/Co constructed with 2-methylimidazole as a ligand showed a discharge capacity of 1605.1 mA h g^(-1)after 300 cycles at 0.1 A g^(-1)in LIB and 677.2 mA h g^(-1)in *** functional theory(DFT)calculation emphasizes the crucial role of Co_(2)VO_(4)/Co in enh.ncing electrode conductivity,decreasing the migratory energy barrier,and thereby strength.ning electrochemical *** heterostructure building technique may pave the way for the development of high-performance LIBs and ***,the problem of the low first-loop coulombic efficiency faced by transition metal oxides is improved.

A General Simulation Method for Complex Deformation of Irregular-Shaped Origami Configurations

Most existing treatments for origami-folding simulations have focused on regular-shaped *** article aims to introduce a general strategy for simulating and analyzing the deformation process of irregular shapes by means of computational capabilities *** better simulate origami deformation with folding orders,the concept of plane follow-up is introduced to achieve automated computer simulation of complex folding patterns,thereby avoiding intersection and penetration between *** on the evaluation criteria such as the lowest storage energy with tightening and the fastest pace from tightening to unfolding,the optimal crease distribution patterns for four irregular(‘n’-,‘T’-,‘O’-,and‘P’-shaped)origami configurations are th.n presented under five *** the dimensions of the origami are fixed,it is discovered that simpler folding patterns lead to faster deformation of the origami *** the folding complexity is fixed,higher strain energy results in more rapid origami expansion.

Effect of Cryogenic Treatment on Microstructure and Tribological Property Evolution of Electron Beam Melted Ti6Al4V

Cryogenic treatment was used to improve the tribological properties of Ti6Al4V artificial hip joint *** treatment at-196℃with different holding time were carried out on Ti6Al4V specimens fabricated using electron beam melting(EBM),and their microstructure and tribological properties evolution were systematically analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),vickers hardness,and wear *** experimental results show that the as-fabricated specimen consists of lamellarαphase andβcolumnar ***,the thickness of lamellarαphase decreased after cryogenic *** addition,it can be found that the fineαphase was precipitated and dispersed between the lamellarαphase with the holding time *** hardness shows a trend of first increasing and th.n *** wear rate of the specimen cryogenic treated for 24 h is the minimum and the average friction coefficient is 0.50,which is reduced by 14.61%compared with the *** wear mech.nism of the as-fabricated specimen is severe exfoliation,adhesive,abrasive,and slight fatigue ***,the specimen cryogenic treated for 24 h shows slight adhesive and abrasive *** can be concluded that it is feasibility of utilizing cryogenic treatment to reduce the wear of EBMed Ti6Al4V.

The traditional automotive catalytic converter using commercial ceramic h.neycomb carriers has many problems such as high back pressure,low engine efficiency,and high usage of precious *** study proposes a four-ch.nnel catalytic micro-reactor based on alumina hollow fiber membrane,which uses phase inversion method for structural molding and *** to the advantages of its carrier,it can achieve lower ignition temperature under low noble metal *** Pd/CeO_(2) at a loading rate of 2.3%(mass),the result showed that the reaction ignition temperature is even less th.n 160℃,which is more th.n 90℃ lower th.n the data of commercial ceramic substrates under similar catalyst loading and airspeed *** technology in turn significantly reduces the energy consumption of the *** stability tests were conducted under constant conditions for 1000 h,which proved that this catalytic converter has high catalytic efficiency and stability,providing prospects for the design of innovative catalytic converters in the future.

Recovering noble metals from waste resources and incorporating them into catalysts stands out as a promising strategy for advancing sustainability with.n the catalysis field. This review provides a compreh.nsive overview of recent investigations into noble metal recovery from waste streams, specifically employing porous organic frameworks(POFs). Additionally, the study delves into the utilization of the resultant composites, enriched with.noble metals, in heterogeneous catalysis. Moreover, we offer insights into the challenges faced and outline prospects for the practical implementation of extracting noble metal catalysts from waste streams using POFs, aiming to develop cost-effective, sustainable, and efficient heterogeneous catalysts.

Constructing Ce-Mn/Al2O3 with different active components for low temperature catalytic degradation of chlorobenzene in soil

Soil remediation containing numerous organic contaminants is of great significance to ecological ***,the synergetic effects of Ce-Mn/Al2O3with different active components on catalytic thermal desorption of chlorobenzene in soil were *** optimized Ce-Mn/Al2O3drastically enh.nce the desorption efficiency of chlorobenzene,and the corresponding conversion reaches 100%with.n 1 h at a low temperature of 120℃.The superior performance is ascribed to the formation of Ce-Mn solid solution during the calcination process,resulting in a certain lattice ch.nge to the generation of abundant oxygen vacancies and acidic *** with the analysis of in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the final products of chlorobenzene are decomposed into CO2,h2O,Cl2and *** work sheds light on the rational design of highly-active catalysts for practical applications of sustainable soil remediation.

Total synthesis of a putative yuzurimine-type Daphniphyllum alkaloid C_(14)–epi-deoxycalyciphylline h

One of the largest subfamilies with.n the famous Daphniphyllum alkaloid family is made up of the yuzurimine-type(or macrodaphniphyllamine-type) alkaloids. Their complex aza-polycyclic caged structures, several contiguous stereogenic centers, and vicinal all-carbon quaternary centers make these alkaloids formidable challenge for synthetic chemists. Recently, synthesis of these alkaloids has received extensive attention from our community. herein, we wish to report the total synthesis of C_(14)–epideoxycalyciphylline h, a putative member of yuzurimine-type alkaloid subfamily. Key transformations employed in our approach include an intramolecular Prins reaction and a Pd-catalyzed enyne cycloisomerization. In addition, synthesis of a daphnezomine L-type alkaloid, paxdaphnidine A, was also studied.
