Coal catalytic hydrogasification(CChG)is a straightforward approach for producing Ch_(4),which shows advantages over the mature coal-to-Ch_(4) technologies from the perspectives of Ch_(4) yield,thermal efficiency,and CO_(2) *** core of CChG is to make carbon in coal convert into Ch_(4) efficiently with a *** the past decades,intensive research has been devoted to catalytic hydrogasification of model carbon(pitch coke,activated carbon,coal char).however,the chemical process of CChG is still not well understood because the coal structure is more complicated,and CChG is a combination of coal catalytic hydropyrolysis and coal char catalytic *** review seeks to shed light on the catalytic process of raw coal during *** configuration of suitable catalysts,operating conditions,and feedstocks for tailoring Ch_(4) formation were identified,and the underlying mechanisms were *** on these results,the CChG process was evaluated,emphasizing pollutant emissions,energy efficiency,and reactor ***,the opportunities and strategic approaches for CChG under the restraint of carbon neutrality were highlighted by considering the penetration of“green”h2,biomass,and CO_(2) into *** investigations from our laboratories demonstrated that the integrated CChG and biomass/CO_(2) hydrogenation process could perform as an emerging pathway for boosting Ch_(4) production by consuming fewer fossil fuels,fulfilling the context of green *** work not only provides systematic knowledge of CChG but also helps to guide the efficient hydrogenation of other carbonaceous resources such as biomass,CO_(2),and coal-derived wastes.

Anti-OX40 Antibody Combined with hBc VLPs Delays Tumor Growth in a Mouse Colon Cancer Model

Objective Combination immunotherapy strategies targeting OX40,a co-stimulatory molecule that can enhance antitumor immunity by modulating the proliferation,differentiation,and effector function of tumor-infiltrating T cells,have attracted much attention for their excellent therapeutic *** this study,we aimed to evaluate the antitumor efficacy of combined anti-OX40 and hepatitis B core viruslike particles(hBc VLPs)therapy using a mouse colon cancer *** humanized B-h OX40 mice were injected subcutaneously with MC38 colon tumor cells and treated with hBc VLPs+anti-h OX40 *** growth was *** cytometric analysis was performed to evaluate the populations of T cell subsets in the *** The combination of anti-OX40 with hBc VLPs resulted in a significant delay in tumor growth,suggesting that a potent antitumor immunity was induced by the combination *** studies revealed that hBc VLPs+anti-OX40 treatment induced a significant increase in effector T cells(Teffs)and a significant decrease in regulatory T cells(Tregs)in the tumor microenvironment(TME),which accounted for the synergistic antitumor effect of anti-OX40 in combination with hBc *** Combination therapy of anti-h OX40 and hBc VLPs provides synergistic antitumor activity in colon cancer-bearing mice,which may represent a potential design strategy for cancer immunotherapy.

Epigenetic control on transcription of vernalization genes and whole-genome gene expression profile induced by vernalization in common wheat

Vernalization is necessary for winter wheat to ***,it is unclear whether vernalization is also required for spring wheat,which is frequently sown in fall,and what molecular mechanisms underlie the vernalization response in wheat *** this study,we examined the molecular mechanisms that regulate vernalization response in winter and spring wheat *** this purpose,we determined how major vernalization genes(VRN1,VRN2,and VRN3)respond to vernalization in these varieties and whether modifications to histones play a role in changes in gene *** also identified genes that are differentially regulated in response to vernalization in winter and spring wheat *** found that in winter wheat,but not in spring wheat,VRN1 expression decreases when returned to warm temperature following *** finding may be associated with differences between spring and winter wheat in the levels of tri-methylation of lysine 27 on histone h3(h3K27me3)and tri-methylation of lysine 4 on histone h3(h3K4me3)at the VRN1 *** of winter wheat transcriptomes before and after vernalization revealed that vernalization influences the expression of several genes,including those involved in leucine catabolism,cysteine biosynthesis,and flavonoid *** findings provide new candidates for further study on the mechanism of vernalization regulation in wheat.

Microphysical Characteristics of Rainfall Based on Long-Term Observations with a 2DVD in Yangbajain,Tibet

Raindrop size distribution(DSD)plays a crucial role in enhancing the accuracy of radar quantitative precipitation estimates in the Tibetan Plateau(TP).however,there is a notable scarcity of long-term,high-resolution observations in this *** address this issue,long-term observations from a two-dimensional video disdrometer(2DVD)were leveraged to refine the radar and satellite-based algorithms for quantifying precipitation in the hinterland of the *** was observed that weak precipitation(Rh-1)accounts for 86%of the total precipitation time,while small raindrops(Dhe total raindrop ***,the average spectral width of the DSD increases with increasing rain *** DSD characteristics of convective and stratiform precipitation were discussed across five different rain rates,revealing that convective precipitation in Yangbajain(YBJ)exhibits characteristics similar to maritime-like *** constrained relationships between the slopeΛand shapeμ,D_(m)and N_(w)of gamma DSDs were ***,we established a correlation between the equivalent diameter and drop axis ratio and found that raindrops on the TP attain a nearly spherical ***,the application of the rainfall retrieval algorithms of the dual-frequency precipitation radar in the TP is improved based on the statistical results of the DSD.

The xylem undergoes physiological changes in response to various environmental conditions during the process of plant *** understand these physiological changes,it is extremely important to observe the transport of *** this study,the distribution and structure of vascular bundle in Lilium lancifolium were observed using the method of semithin *** for introducing a fluorescent tracer into the xylem of the stems were ***,the transport rule of 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate(CFDA)in the xylem of the stem of *** was studied by fluorescence dye in live cells tracer *** results showed that the vascular bundles of *** were scattered in the basic tissue,the peripheral vascular bundles were smaller and densely distributed,and the closer to the center,the larger the volume of vascular bundles and the more sparsely *** vascular bundles of *** are limited external tenacity vascular bundles,which are composed of phloem and *** most suitable method for CFDA labeling the xylem of isolated stem segments of *** was solution soaking for 24 *** running speed of CF in the isolated stem was 0.3 cm/h,which was consistent with the running speed of the material in the *** could be transported between the xylem and parenchyma cells,indicating that the material transport in the xylem could be through the symplastic *** above results laid a foundation for the study of the xylem transport mechanism and the xylem pathogen disease of lily.

Vinyltrimethylsilane as a novel electrolyte additive for improving interfacial stability of Li-rich cathode working in high voltage

Boosting the interfacial stability between electrolyte and Li-rich cathode material at high operating voltage is vital important to enhance the cycling stability of Li-rich cathode materials for high-performance Li-ion *** this work,vinyltrimethylsilane as a new type of organic silicon electrolyte additive is studied to address the interfacial instability of Li-rich cathode material at high operating *** cells using vinyltrimethylsilane additive shows the high capacity retention of 73.9%after 300 cycles at 1 C,whereas the cells without this kind of additive only have the capacity retention of 58.9%.The improvement of stability is mainly attributed to the additive helping to form a more stable surface film for Li-rich cathode material,thus avoiding direct contact between the electrolyte and the cathode material,slowing down the dissolution of metal ions and the decomposition of the electrolyte under high operating *** findings in this work shed some light on the design of stable cycling performance of Li-rich cathode toward advanced Li-ion batteries.

Low Concentration of Wenyang Tonglin Decoction Promotes Conjugation and Transfer of Drug-Resistant Plasmids among heterologous Strains
