The development of effective adsorbents with high amine efficiency and CO_(2)adsorption almost unaffected by humidity is extremely *** this study,we introduce an innovative solid amine adsorbent,TETA/DEA@FS,composed of triethylenetetramine(TETA)and diethanolamine(DEA)functionalized fumed silica(FS),which exhibits exceptional capability in selectively capturing trace CO_(2)from N_(2).TETA/DEA@FS shows an exceptionally high capacity of CO_(2)adsorption of 1.13 mmol/g at the temperature of 298 K and the pressure of 0.0004 bar(1 bar=100 kPa),and achieves an unprecedented CO_(2)/N_(2)IAST selectivity of 1.70×10^(12).TETA/DEA@FS exhibits high amine efficiency,with breakthrough experiments demonstrating that CO_(2)adsorption remains nearly unaffected by ***,TETA/DEA@FS demonstrates rapid CO_(2)adsorption kinetics and outstanding cyclic stability.

The double-J stent (DJS), first reported by Zimskind et al^([1])in 1967, is a commonly used therapeutic tool in urology. DJS is primarily used to maintain urine flow from the kidney to the bladder and to restore the continuity of the urinary tract in various urological conditions.^([2]) The DJS placement is typically performed under cystoscopic or fluoroscopic *** complications include dysuria, urinary frequency,hematuria, bacteriuria, stent fragmentation, and stone formation.^([3]) Most of these complications can be managed with supportive medical care.

Establishing the correlation between inter-cluster assembly and auxiliary ligands at the atomic level is crucial for the development of metal cluster *** this work,we report the successful preparation and characterization of three Ag clusters,discrete 0-D Ag_(51)S_(6)Cl_(3)(i PrS)_(21)(TsO)_(15)Ch_(3)CN(0-D Ag_(51),i PrS–=isopropanethiolate,TsO–=toluenesulfonate),1-D{Ag_(38)S_(4)-(i PrS)_(18)(PhCOO)_(12)}n(1-D Ag_(38),PhCOO–=benzoate),and 2-D{Ag_(2)0(SO_(4))Cl_(2)(i PrS)10(NO_(3))6}n(2-D Ag_(20)),using a delicate auxiliary-ligand-induced *** analyses reveal that the types of auxiliary ligands can readily affect the structure and dimensionality of resulting Ag *** addition of different surface auxiliary ligands from TsO–to PhCOO–and then to NO_(3)–leads to the formation of 0-D Ag_(51) to 1-D Ag_(38) and then to 2-D Ag_(2)0 clusters under otherwise identical reaction conditions,*** resulting Ag clusters exhibited structure-related optical/luminescence properties and distinct bathochromic shifts as revealed by the temperature-dependent luminescence and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.

In this study, we consider a single-link flexible manipulator in the presence of an unknown Bouc-Wen type of hysteresis and intermittent actuator faults. First, an inverse hysteresis dynamics model is introduced, and then the control input is divided into an expected input and an error compensator. Second,a novel adaptive neural network-based control scheme is proposed to cancel the unknown input hysteresis. Subsequently,by modifying the adaptive laws and local control laws, a fault-tolerant control strategy is applied to address uncertain intermittent actuator faults in a flexible manipulator system. Through the direct Lyapunov theory, the proposed scheme allows the state errors to asymptotically converge to a specified interval. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified through numerical simulations and experiments.

Due to their resistance to degradation,wide distribution,easy diffusion and potential uptake by organisms,microplastics(MPs)pollution has become a major environmental *** this study,PEG-modified Fe_(3)O_(4)magnetic nanoparticles demonstrated superior adsorption efficiency against polyethylene(PE)microspheres compared to other adsorbents(bare Fe_(3)O_(4),PEI/Fe_(3)O_(4)and CA/Fe_(3)O_(4)).Themaximumadsorption capacity of PEwas found to be 2203 mg/g by adsorption isotherm ***/Fe_(3)O_(4)maintained a high adsorption capacity even at low temperature(5℃,2163 mg/g),while neutral ph was favorable for MP *** presence of anions(Cl^(-),SO_(4)^(2-),hCO_(3)^(-),NO_(3)^(-))and of humic acids inhibited the adsorption of *** is proposed that the adsorption process was mainly driven by intermolecular hydrogen ***,the study demonstrated that PEG/Fe_(3)O_(4)can potentially be used as an efficient control against MPs,thus improving the quality of the aquatic environment and of our water resources.

With the increasing severity of arsenic(As)pollution,quantifying the environmental behavior of pollutant based on numerical model has become an important approach to determine the potential impacts and finalize the precise control *** the industrialintensive Jinsha River Basin as typical area,a two-dimensional hydrodynamic water quality model coupled with Soil andWater Assessment Tool(SWAT)model was developed to accurately simulate the watershed-scale distribution and transport of As in the terrestrial and aquatic environment at high spatial and temporal *** effects of hydro-climate change,hydropower station construction and non-point source emissions on Aswere quantified based on the coupled *** result indicated that higher As concentration areas mainly centralized in urban districts and concentration slowly decreased from upstream to *** to the enhanced rainfall,the As concentration was significantly higher during the rainy season than the dry ***-climate change and the construction of hydropower station not only affected the dissolved As concentration,but also affected the adsorption and desorption of As in ***,As concentration increased with the input of non-point source pollution,with the maximum increase about 30%,resulting that non-point sources contributed important pollutant impacts to *** coupled model used in pollutant behavior analysis is generalwith high potential application to predict and mitigate water pollution.

The depression mechanism of sulfite ions on sphalerite and Pb^(2+)activated sphalerite in the flotation separation of galena from sphalerite still lacked in-depth ***,the depression mechanism of sulfite ions on sphalerite and Pb^(2+)activated sphalerite in the flotation separation of galena from sphalerite was further systematically investigated with experiments and density functional theory(DFT)*** X-ray photoelectric spectroscopy(XPS)results,DFT calculation results,and frontier molecular orbital analysis indicated that sulfite ions were difficult to be adsorbed on sphalerite surface,suggesting that sulfite ions achieved depression effects on sphalerite through other non-adsorption ***,the oxygen content in the surface of sphalerite treated with sulfite ions in creased,which enhanced the hydrophilicity of the sphalerite and further increased the difference in hydrophilicity between sphalerite and ***,sulfite ions were chelated with lead ions to form PbSO_(3)in *** hydrophilic PbSO_(3)was more easily adsorbed on sphalerite than *** interaction between sulfite ions and lead ions could effectively inhibit the activation of *** addition the UV spectrum showed that after adding sulfite ions,the peak of perxanthate in the sphalerite treated xanthate solution was significantly stronger than that in the galena with xanthate solution,indicating that xanthate interacted more readily with sulfite ions and oxygen mo lecules within the sphalerite system,leading to the formation of ***,sulfite ions hardly depressed the flotation of ga lena and could promote the flotation of galena to some *** study deepened the understanding of the depression mechanism o sulfite ions on sphalerite and Pb^(2+)activated sphalerite.
