Aluminum is an attractive alternative fuel,but it burns very inefficiently due to the formation of a dense Al_(2)O_(3)layer which prevents O_(2)from diffusion to the surface of Al *** previous experiments,the combustion of millimeter-sized Al(mAl)particles in the fluidized bed has achieved a substantial increase in the combustion efficiency,but further improvements are still *** this study,the effects of reaction atmosphere on the fluidized combustion of mAl particles were *** experiments with different O_(2)/h_(2)O/CO_(2)concentrations were *** experimental results indicate that the combustion efficiency of mAl particles in fluidized bed increases as the mole fraction of O_(2),h_(2)O or CO_(2)increases,and the highest combustion efficiency can reach 38.7%.After the analysis of the oxide film on the surface of aluminum particles,it was found that it is easier to generate the unstableθ-Al_(2)O_(3)under CO_(2)atmosphere,and it is easier to generate the unstableγ-Al_(2)O_(3)andθ-Al_(2)O_(3)under h_(2)O *** unstable Al_(2)O_(3)film is more likely to be abraded in the fluidized bed,which leads to the effective improvement of the combustion efficiency.

Though the current research on vanadium-based glass electrodes has made great progress, the conductivity theory of V-based glasses has not been obviously improved and crystals cannot be positioned precisely. The changes in the valence state of V3+, V4+and V5+are regulated by the strong reducing agent Fe2P to realize valence bond transformation of the amorphous electrode, explore the redox process of multi-electron reactions and further optimize the conductivity of electrode materials. VPFe2 and VPFe3 precipitate VO2crystals and VPFe4 precipitates VO2and V6O11crystals. Electron back-scattered diffraction was used to accurately identify the distribution and specific positions of both types of crystals. V6O11crystals exhibit a strong texture according to pole figure and inverse pole figure. XPS reveals that Fe2P and V2O5, undergo a redox reaction during the hightemperature melting process, where V5+is reduced to V4+and V3+and V4+renders a positive influence on conductivity. The addition of Fe2P increases the content of V4+in the glass and VPFe3 glass contains the highest content of V4+, leading to the highest electronic conductivity. V2O5transforms into VO2crystals and VO2transforms into V6O11with the increase of Fe2P content. The type of nanocrystal precipitation in glass affects electronic conductivity.

In this work,a series of self-activated KYb(MoO_(4))_(2) phosphors with various x at% Er^(3+) doping concentrations(x=0.5,1,3,5,8,10,15) was synthesized by the solid-state reaction *** phase structure of the as-prepared samples was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),XRD Rietveld refinement and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) *** as-prepared samples retain the orthorhombic structure with space group of Pbcn even Er^(3+) doping concentration up to 15 at%.high-purity upconversion(UC) green emission with green to red intensity ratio of 55 is observed from the as-prepared samples upon the excitation of 980 nm semiconductor laser and the optimum doping concentration of Er^(3+) ions in the self-activated KYb(MoO_(4))_(2) host is revealed as 3 at%.The strong green UC emission is confirmed as a two-photon process based on the power-dependent UC *** addition,the fluorescence intensity ratios(FIRs) of the two thermally-coupled energy levels,namely ^(2)h_(11/2) and ^(4)S_(3/2).of Er^(3+) ions were investigated in the temperature region 300-570 K to evaluate the optical temperature sensor behavior of the *** maximum relative sensitivity(S_(R)) is determined to be 0.0069 K^(-1) at300 K and the absolute sensitivity(S_(A)) is determined to be 0.0126 K^(-1) at 300 *** S_(A) of self-activated KYb(MoO_(4))2:Er^(3+)is almost twice that of traditional KY(MoO_(4))2:Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)codoping *** results demonstrate that Er^(3+) ions doped self-activated KYb(MoO_(4))2 phosphor has promising application in visible display,trademark security and optical temperature sensors.

LaFe_(11.8)Si_(1.2)/10 wt%Ce_(60)Co_(40) composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering and subsequent diffusion annealing.A novel core-shell structure is observed with the LaFe11.8Si1.2 particles as the core and the(La,Ce)_(2)(Fe,Co,Si)_(17)(2:17)phase as the *** diffusion annealing time(t_(a))increases,this core-shell structure is replaced by the formation of the(La,Ce)_(1)(Fe,Co,Si)_(13) *** at 1323 K for 12 h results in samples with(-ΔSM)^(max) of 9.30 J/(kg·K)(Δμ0h=2 T),good mechanical properties((σbc)^(max)=402 MPa,ε=4.21%)and thermal conductivity of 8.7 W/(m·K).Thus,bulk composites with excellent comprehensive properties for magnetic refrigeration are obtained in this work.

A highly sensitive light-induced thermoelectric spectroscopy(LITES)sensor based on a multi-pass cell(MPC)with dense spot pattern and a novel quartz tuning fork(QTF)with low resonance frequency is reported in this *** erbi-um-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA)was employed to amplify the output optical power so that the signal level was further *** optical path length(OPL)and the ratio of optical path length to volume(RLV)of the MPC is 37.7 m and 13.8 cm^(-2),respectively.A commercial QTF and a self-designed trapezoidal-tip QTF with low frequency of 9461.83 hz were used as the detectors of the sensor,*** target gas selected to test the performance of the system was acetylene(C2h2).When the optical power was constant at 1000 mW,the minimum detection limit(MDL)of the C2h2-LITES sensor can be achieved 48.3 ppb when using the commercial QTF and 24.6 ppb when using the trapezoid-al-tip *** improvement of the detection performance by a factor of 1.96 was achieved after replacing the commer-cial QTF with the trapezoidal-tip QTF.

Developing highly active oxygen evolution reaction（OER） electrocatalysts with robust durability is essential in producing high-purity hydrogen through water electrolysis. Layered double hydroxide（LDh） based catalysts have demonstrated efficient catalytic performance toward the relatively sluggish OER. By considering the promotion effect of phosphate（Pi） on proton transfer, herein, a facile phosphate acid（PA）surface-neutralization strategy is developed to in-situ construct NiCo-LDh/NiCoPi hetero-sheets toward OER catalysis. OER activity of NiCoLDh is significantly boosted due to the proton promotion effect and the electronic modulation effect of NiCoPi. As a result, the facilely prepared NiCo-LDh/NiCoPi catalyst displays superior OER catalytic activity with a low overpotential of 300 mV to deliver 100 mA cm-2OER and a Tafel slope of 73 mV dec-1. Furthermore, no visible activity decay is detected after a 200-h continuous OER operation. The present work,therefore, provides a promising strategy to exploit robust OER electrocatalysts for commercial water electrolysers.

Let M=S^(n)/Γand h be a nontrivial element of finite order p inπ_(1)(Μ),where the integers n,p≥2,Γis a finite abelian group which acts freely and isometrically on the n-sphere and therefore M is diffeomorphic to a compact space *** this paper,we prove that there are infinitely many non-contractible closed geodesics of class[h]on the compact space form with C^(r)-generic Finsler metrics,where 4≤r≤∞.The conclusion also holds for Cr-generic Riemannian metrics for 2≤r≤∞.The proof is based on the resonance identity of non-contractible closed geodesics on compact space forms.

Green hydrogen is urgently required for sustainable development of human beings and rational construction of heterostructures holds great promising for photocatalytic hydrogen ***,2D/2D WSe2/ZnIn2S4heterostructures with strong hetero-interface interaction and abundant contact were constructed via an impregnation-annealing *** charge transfer from ZnIn2S4to WSe2was evidenced by transient absorption spectroscopy in crafted heterostructures owing to the tight and2D face-to-face *** a result,the prepared WSe2/ZnIn2S4heterostructures exhibited boosted photocatalytic performance and a highest hydrogen evolution rate of 3.377 mmol/（g h） was achieved with an apparent quantum yield of 45.7% at 420 *** work not only provides new strategies to achieve efficient 2D/2D heterostructures but also paves the way for the development of green hydrogen in the future.

Up to 1.5wt%of Cr(Ⅲ)salts(CrCl_(3),and Cr_(2)O_(3))and Cr(Ⅵ)salts(Na_(2)CrO_(4),and CaCr_(2)O_(7))were incorporated into red mud-based geopolymers,*** solidification/stabilization,compressive strength,and durability of the Cr-containing geopolymers were *** experimental results indicate that the red mud-based geopolymer could effectively solidify/stabilize different types of Cr salts with solidification/stabilization rates of above 99.61%.Geopolymers are environmentally safe when the dosage of CaCr_(2)O_(7)is≤1.0wt%,or the dosage of CrCl_(3),Cr_(2)O_(3),and Na_(2)CrO_(4)is≤1.5wt%,*** effects of Cr salts on the compressive strength varies with the type and content of Cr *** freeze-thaw cycle is more destructive to geopolymer properties than sulfate attack or acid rain *** solidification/stabilization of Cr is mainly attributed to the following reasons:a)The chemical binding of Cr is related to the formation of Cr-containing hydrates(eg,magnesiochromite((Mg,Fe)(Cr,Al)_(2)O_(4)))and doping into N-A-S-h gel and C-A-S-h gel framework;b)The physical effect is related to the encapsulation by the hydration products(e g,N-A-S-h gel and C-A-S-h gel).This study provides a reference for the treatment of hazardous Cr-containing wastes by solid waste-based geopolymers.

BaCe_(0.8)Fe_(0.1)Ni_(0.1)O_(3−δ)(BCFN)in a perovskite structure is impregnated consecutively by BCFN solution and BCFN suspension into a phase-inversion prepared NiO–Gd_(0.1)Ce_(0.9)O_(2−δ)(GDC)scaffold as an anode for solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs)with on-cell dry reforming of methane(DRM).The whole pore surface of the scaffold is covered by small BCFN particles formed by BCFN solution impregnation;the large pores near the scaffold surface are filled by BCFN aerogels with a high specific surface area produced by BCFN suspension impregnation,which act as a catalytic layer for on-cell *** reduction,the anode consists of a Ni–GDC scaffold and BCFN particles with exsolved FeNi3 *** BCFN-impregnated Ni–GDC anode has higher electrical conductivity,electrochemical activity,and resistance to carbon deposition,with which the cell shows maximum power densities between 1.44 and 0.92 W·cm^(−2) when using h_(2) and between 1.09 and 0.50 W·cm^(−2) when using CO_(2)–Ch_(4) at temperatures ranging from 750 to 600℃.A stable performance at 400 mA·cm^(−2) and 700℃is achieved using 45%CO_(2)–45%Ch_(4)–10%N_(2) for more than 400 h without carbon deposition,benefiting from the impregnated BCFN aerogel with a high specific surface area and water adsorbability.
