The combination of photodynamic therapy（PDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSh） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCPP） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（h2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCPP catalyzed h2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCPP can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSh,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular h2O2to generate ·Oh with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCPP under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCPP could give full play to the advantages of PDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCPP mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.

In this study, the efects of various methods of washing and drying of MOF-5 nanocrystals on structure formation were investigated. Eight samples of MOF-5 were synthesized under diferent conditions. TGA, XRD and PSD analysis were applied to characterize of the samples. The methods of washing and drying were found to be important in determining the final structure of MOF-5s. MOF-5 with high BET surface area can be obtained by choosing a suitable method of washing and drying. According to the results obtained in this work, it was found that vacuum drying at 425℃ is sufcient to dissolve the MOF-5-DMF. Similar results were obtained by washing method（withCh2Cl2 andChCl3）, when compared with vacuum drying at 425℃ according to XRD test. The pore size distribution of samples 1-5 and 8 were calculated by ShN1 method and results showed that the samples in which solvent vacuum was DMF, have lower pore volume, uniform pore size distribution and the pore size are smaller than samples 3, 4 and 8. It was also found that activated MOF-5 can be converted to its deactivated form prior to drying of the samples.

Optimization of hydrothermal synthesis of h-ZSM-5 zeolite for dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether using full factorial design

h-ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The effects of different synthesis parameters, such as hydrothermal crystallization temperature （170-190 ℃） and Si/A1 molar ratio （100-150）, on the catalytic performance of the dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether （DME） over the synthesized h-ZSM-5 zeolite were studied. The catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, XRD, Nh3-TPD, TGA/DTA, and SEM techniques. The full factorial design of experiments was applied to the synthesis of h-ZSM-5 zeolite and the effects of synthesis conditions and their interaction on the yield of DME as the response variable were determined. Analysis of variance showed that two variables and their interaction significantly affected the response. According to the experimental results, the optimized catalyst prepared at 170℃ with the Si/A1 molar ratio of 100 showed the best catalytic performance among the tested h-ZSM-5 zeolite.

A simple and eco-friendly method for the preparation of 1,5-diaryl-3-（arylamino）-lh-pyrrol-2（5h）-ones via the cyclo-condensation reaction of aldehydes, amines and ethyl pyruvate in the presence of silica supported ferric chlo- ride （SiO2-FeCl3） as reusable heterogeneous catalyst is described. The present methodology offers several advantages such as excellent yields, simple procedure and short reaction times.

This paper is an attempt to introduce the role of earth observation technology and a type of digital earth processing in mineral resources exploration and *** sub-pixel distribution and quantity of alteration minerals were mapped using linear spectral unmixing(LSU)and mixture tuned matched filtering(MTMF)algorithms in the Sarduiyeh area,SE Kerman,Iran,using the visible-near infrared(VNIR)and short wave infrared(SWIR)bands of the Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer(ASTER)instrument and the results were compared to evaluate the efficiency of *** groups of alteration minerals were identified:(1)pyrophylite-alunite(2)sericite-kaolinite,and(3)*** showed that high abundances within pixels were successfully corresponded to the alteration *** addition,a number of unreported altered areas were *** observations and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis of field samples confirmed the dominant mineral phases identified *** of LSU and MTMF were generally similar with overall accuracy of 82.9 and 90.24%,*** is concluded that LSU and MTMF are suitable for sub-pixel mapping of alteration minerals and when the purpose is identification of particular targets,rather than all the elements in the scene,the MTMF algorithm could be proposed.

For future healthcare in the terahertz(Thz)band,a triple-band microstrip planar antenna integrated with metamaterial(MTM)based on a polyimide substrate is *** frequencies of operation are 500,600,and 880 *** triple-band capability is accomplished by etching metamaterial on the patch without affecting the overall antenna *** of a partial ground plane,a full ground plane is used as a buffer to shield the body from back radiation emitted by the *** overall dimension of the proposed antenna is 484×484μm^(2).The antenna’s performance is investigated based on different crucial factors,and excellent results are *** gain for the frequencies 500,600,880Ghz is 6.41,6.77,10.1 dB,respectively while the efficiency for the same frequencies is 90%,95%,96%,*** research has been conducted by mounting the presented antenna on a single phantom layer with varying dielectric *** results show that the design works equally well with and without the phantom model,in contrast to a partially ground antenna,whose performance is influenced by the presence of the phantom *** a result,the presented antenna could be helpful for future healthcare applications in the Thz band.

A process for purifying aqueous solutions containing heavy and toxic metals such as chromium（Cr） has been investigated. One of the extremely harmful pollutants in rivers and seawater is the heavy metal ions due to their direct impacts on human, animals and plants are hexavalent Cr（Ⅵ）. Consequently, highly sensitive sensor to detect Cr is essential. Surface plasmon resonance（SPR） technique has attracted huge research interest in detecting heavy metals specifically. In this study, three types of prism-based SPR sensor, gold（Au）/silver（Ag）, Au/polyaniline（PANI） and Au/titanium dioxide（TiO2） nanostructured films, are investigated as potential sensing material to detect the presence of Cr（Ⅵ） ions in water. The base Au layer with thickness of 48.3 nm is deposited on a glass slide for all sensors. For Au/Ag, Au/PANI nanofibers and Au/TiO2sensor films, the Cr（Ⅵ） concentration is varied from 1 ppm to 15 ppm with sensitivity of 0.270 °ppm-1, 0.082 °ppm-1and 0.039 °ppm-1, respectively. Based on these results, the Au/PANI nanofibers are the most sensitive to Cr（Ⅵ） among the tested sensing materials.
