Feature Subset Selection(FSS)is an NP-hard problem to remove redundant and irrelevant features particularly from medical data,and it can be effectively addressed by metaheuristic ***,existing binary versions of metaheuristic algorithms have issues with convergence and lack an effective binarization method,resulting in suboptimal solutions that hinder diagnosis and prediction *** paper aims to propose an Improved Binary Quantum-based Avian Navigation Optimizer Algorithm(IBQANA)for FSS in medical data preprocessing to address the suboptimal solutions arising from binary versions of metaheuristic *** proposed IBQANA’s contributions include the hybrid Binary Operator(hBO)and the Distance-based Binary Search Strategy(DBSS).hBO is designed to convert continuous values into binary solutions,even for values outside the[0,1]range,ensuring accurate binary *** the other hand,DBSS is a two-phase search strategy that enhances the performance of inferior search agents and accelerates *** combining exploration and exploitation phases based on an adaptive probability function,DBSS effectively avoids local *** effectiveness of applying hBO is compared with five transfer function families and thresholding on 12 medical datasets,with feature numbers ranging from 8 to 10,***'s effectiveness is evaluated regarding the accuracy,fitness,and selected features and compared with seven binary metaheuristic ***,IBQANA is utilized to detect *** results reveal that the proposed IBQANA outperforms all comparative algorithms on COVID-19 and 11 other medical *** proposed method presents a promising solution to the FSS problem in medical data preprocessing.

Digital, coding, and programmable metasurfaces have attracted widespread attention in wireless communication fields owing to their distinguished capability in manipulating electromagnetic (EM)waves [1]. Metasurfaces consist of planar subwavelength meta-atoms and are a twodimensional form of metamaterials [2].These engineered surfaces can flexibly control the properties of EM waves, such as magnitude, phase, and polarization. In particular, coding metasurfaces provide a bridge between the digital world and the physical world. Accordingly, modeling and analyzing the coding metasurfaces from the perspective of information theory has become one of the most important research focuses of the scientific community [3,4].

[目的]优化藜麦—蓝靛果复合汁发酵工艺，开发营养价值高的抗运动疲劳食品。[方法]以黑藜麦和蓝靛果为原料，酵母菌复配乳酸菌协同发酵，通过单因素及正交试验优化复合发酵汁发酵工艺条件，并基于动物试验深入探究其对小鼠抗运动疲劳的作用。[结果]藜麦—蓝靛果复合汁最佳发酵工艺条件为：初始ph 4.0,发酵时间32 h,发酵温度37℃,白砂糖添加量8%,发酵产物中超氧化物歧化酶的活力为253.49 U/mL。体外抗氧化试验表明，藜麦—蓝靛果复合汁发酵上清液具有较强的抗氧化作用且抗氧化性与其浓度成正比。动物试验结果表明，不同剂量的藜麦—蓝靛果复合汁发酵上清液均延长了小鼠负重力竭游泳时间，显著降低了血清中尿素氮等指标，并使肝糖原和肌糖原储备显著增加(P<0.05)。[结论]最优发酵条件下的藜麦—蓝靛果复合汁发酵上清液抗氧化性强，并且可以提高小鼠机体运动耐力。

In this study, the influence of confined concrete models on the response of reinforced concrete structures is investigatedat member and global system levels. The commonly encountered concrete models such as Modified Kent-Park, Saatçioğlu-Razvi, and Mander are considered. Two moment-resisting frames designed according to thepre-modern code are taken into consideration to reflect the example of an RC moment-resisting frame in thecurrent building stock. The building is in an earthquake-prone zone located on Z3 Soil Type. The inelasticresponse of the building frame is modelled by considering the plastic hinges formed on each beam and columnelement for different concrete classes and stirrups spacings. The models are subjected to non-linear static *** differences between confined concrete models are comparatively investigated at both reinforced concretemember and system levels. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, it is revealed that the column behaviouris mostly influenced by the choice of model, due to axial loads and confinement effects, while the beams areless affected, and also it is observed that the differences exhibited in the moment-curvature response of columncross-sections do not significantly affect the overall behaviour of the global system. This highlights the critical roleof model selection relative to the concrete strength.and stirrup spacing of the member.

A multi-relaxation-time discrete Boltzmann model(DBM) with split collision is proposed for both subsonic and supersonic compressible reacting flows, where chemical reactions take place among various components. The physical model is based on a unified set of discrete Boltzmann equations that describes the evolution of each chemical species with adjustable acceleration, specific heat ratio, and Prandtl number. On the right-hand side of discrete Boltzmann equations, the collision,force, and reaction terms denote the change rates of distribution functions due to self-and crosscollisions, external forces, and chemical reactions, respectively. The source terms can be calculated in three ways, among which the matrix inversion method possesses the highest physical accuracy and computational efficiency. Through Chapman–Enskog analysis, it is proved that the DBM is consistent with the reactive Navier–Stokes equations, Fick's law and the Stefan–Maxwell diffusion equation in the hydrodynamic limit. Compared with the one-step-relaxation model, the split collision model offers a detailed and precise description of hydrodynamic, thermodynamic, and chemical nonequilibrium effects. Finally, the model is validated by six benchmarks, including multicomponent diffusion, mixture in the force field, Kelvin–helmholtz instability, flame at constant pressure, opposing chemical reaction, and steady detonation.
