with the improvement of equipment reliability,human factors have become the most uncertain part in the *** standardized Plant Analysis of Risk-human Reliability Analysis(SPAR-h)method is a reliable method in the field of human reliability analysis(hRA)to evaluate human reliability and assess risk in large complex ***,the classical SPAR-h method does not consider the dependencies among performance shaping factors(PSFs),whichmay cause overestimation or underestimation of the risk of the actual *** address this issue,this paper proposes a new method to deal with the dependencies among PSFs in SPAR-h based on the Pearson correlation ***,the dependence between every two PSFs is measured by the Pearson correlation ***,the weights of the PSFs are obtained by considering the total dependence ***,PSFs’multipliers are modified based on the weights of corresponding PSFs,and then used in the calculating of human error probability(hEP).A case study is used to illustrate the procedure and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Analysis of active sites for N_2 and h^+ reduction on FeMo-cofactor of nitrogenase

Dinitrogen (N2) and proton (h+),which act as physiological substrates of nitrogenase,are reduced on FeMo-co of the MoFe protein. however,researchers have different opinions about their exact reduction sites. Nitrogenases were purified from the wild type (wT) and five mutants of Azotobacter vinelandii (Av),including Qα191K,hα195Q,nifV-,Qα191K/nifV- and hα195Q/nifV-; and the activities of these en-zymes for N2 and h+ reduction were analyzed. Our results suggest that the Fe2 and Fe6,atoms closed to the central sulfur atom (S2B) within FeMo-co,are sites for N2 binding and reduction and the Mo atom of FeMo-co is the site for h+ reduction. Combining these data with further bioinformatical analysis,we propose that two parallel electron channels may exist between the 8Fe7S cluster and FeMo-co.

Internal Structure Visualization of Flow and Flame by Process Tomography and PLIF Data Fusion

To address the increasing demands on pollution control and energy saving, the study of low-emission and high-efficiency burners has been emphasized worldwide. Swirl-induced environmental burners(EV-burners), have notable features aligned with these requirements. In this study, an EV burner is investigated by both an ECT system and an Oh-PLIF system. The aim is to detect the structure of a flame and obtain more information about the combustion process in an EV burner. 3D ECT sensitivity maps are generated for the measurement and Oh-PLIF images are acquired in the same combustion zone as for the ECT measurements. The experimental images of a flame by ECT are in good agreement with the Oh radical distribution pictures captured by Oh-PLIF, which provide a mutual verification of the visualization method.

Although endogenous h_(2)O_(2) is overexpressed in tumor tissue,the amount of endogenous h_(2)O_(2) is still insufficient for chemodynamic therapy(CDT).In addition,the abundant cellular glutathione(GSh)could also consume·Oh for reduced ***,the elevation of h_(2)O_(2) and the consumption of GSh in tumor tissue are essential for the increased·Oh yield and amplified CDT *** this paper,hostguest interactions based supramolecular complexes self-assemblies(SCSAs)were fabricated by incorporating cinnamaldehyde(CA)and PEG-modified cyclodextrin host units(m PEG-CD-CA)with ferrocene-(phenylboronic acid pinacol ester)conjugates(Fc-BE)on the basis of CD-induced host-guest *** being internalized by cancer cells,CA can be released from SCSAs through the p h-responsive acetal linkage,elevating the h2O2level by activating NADPh ***,Fc can catalyze the h_(2)O_(2) to higher cytotoxic hydroxyl radicals(·Oh).Moreover,quinone methide(QM)can be produced through h_(2)O_(2)-induced aryl boronic ester rearrangement and further consume the antioxidant *** vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that SCSAs can be provided as potential amplified CDT nanoagents.

Ta / NiFe/Bi （ Ag, Cu ）/FeMn/Ta and Ta / NiFe1/FeMn / Bi （ Ag, Cu ）/NiFen/Ta films were prepared by magnetic sputtering. The texture and the dependences of the exchange-coupling field on the thickness of Bi, Ag, and Cu in Ta/NiFe/Bi（Ag, Cu） /FeMn/Ta and Ta/NiFe/FeMn/Bi（Ag, Cu）/NiFe/Ta films were studied. XPS results indicate that the Bi atoms migrated into the FeMn layer during the deposition process and a FeMnBi alloy was probably formed or the Bi atoms existed as an impurity in the FeMn layer in Ta/NiFe/Bi（Ag, Cu ）/FeMn/Ta. Otherwise, in Ta/NiFe/FeMn/Bi （Ag, Cu）/NiFe/Ta films, Bi, Ag, and Cu atoms do not remain entirely at the interface of the FeMn/ NiFeⅡfilm, but at least partly segregate to the surface of the NiFe film.

Constructing bimodal grain structure is a promising approach to achieve the high strength-ductility syn-ergy in Mg *** of bimodal grain is closely related to the dynamic and/or static recrystal-lization process,which has not been fully understood in the typical Mg-RE based *** this work,it is claimed for the first time that the minor Ce addition(∼0.3 wt%)into Mg matrix significantly pro-motes the pyramidaland non-basaldislocations at the early stage of extrusion,which con-sequently enhances the formation of sub-grain boundaries via the movement and recovery of pyramidal II-type*** this stage,fine sub-grain lamellae are widely observed predominantly due to the low migration rate of sub-grain boundary caused by the limited mobility of*** the later stage,the sub-grains continuously transform into dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains that have10¯10Taylor axis and also strong fiber texture,indicating substantial activation of pyramidal II-type*** low mobility ofdislocations,accompanied with the solute drag from grain boundary(GB)segregation and pinning from nano-phases,cause a sluggish DRX process and thus a bimodal microstructure with ultra-fined DRXed grains,∼0.51μ*** resultant texture hardening and grain refinement hardening effects,originated from bimodal microstructure,result in a yield strength of∼352 MPa,which is exceptional in Mg-Ce dilute *** work clarifies the critical role of Ce addition in tuning recrystallization behavior and mechanical property of magnesium,and can also shed light on designing the other high-performance Mg alloys.

Electricity-driven enantioselective cross-dehydrogenative coupling of two C(sp^(3))-h bonds enabled by organocatalysis

An efficient and scalable electrochemical asymmetric protocol with metal-free catalysts and even without additional oxidants for the cross-dehydrogenative coupling reaction(CDC)of two C(sp^(3))-h bonds is reported.A series of aldehydes including natural products and various substrates containing C(sp^(3))-h bonds including xanthenes,acridines,cycloheptatrienes and even diarylmethane have been shown to undergo asymmetric CDC to afford a series of carbon-carbon bond coupling products with up to 94%yield and 98%*** studies such as radical clock experiment suggest that the reaction proceeds via nucleophilic attack by enamine under electrochemical conditions.
