The antitumor capabilities of agonistic anti-4-1BB mAbs have made them an attractive target for tumor ***,the adverse side effects associated with agonist antibodies have hindered their clinical ***,we aimed to study the immune-related adverse events of repeated doses and long-term use of agonistic anti-4-1BB *** show that chronic activation of 4-1BB signals induced the accumulation of IFN-γ-producing PD-1^(+)CD8^(+)T cells in the secondary lymphoid organs of tumor-bearing mice by increasing the number of dividing CD8^(+)T cells,which was beneficial for suppressing tumor growth in the early phase of anti-4-1BB ***,repeated exposure to anti-4-1BB mAbs led to granuloma development in tumor-draining lymph nodes(TDLNs)of mice due to recruitment and accumulation of macrophages via the CD8^(+)T cell-IFN-γ*** was accompanied by excessive lymph node swelling,which impaired the sequential activation of CD8^(+)T *** data provide insights into the immune-related adverse events of long-term agonist 4-1BB antibody dosing,which should be considered during the clinical development of immunomodulating therapy.

Following capital account liberalization and financial market deregulation in the early 1990s, many East Asian economies experienced a surge in international capital *** addition,these East Asian economies have taken various steps to improve regional financial cooperation and integration since the 1997/98 Asian financial ***,freely mobile international capital flows can benefit countries by efficiently matching worldwide savings and investment *** paper investigates the extent to which the domestic investment of East Asian economies is financed by domestic and foreign savings,based on the framework extended from Feldstein and horioka(1980).In particular,this paper focuses on the role of(East Asian) regional versus global saving in financing domestic investment in order to infer the relative importance of regional versus global capital markets in East *** results show that Japanese saving has played an important role in financing domestic investment of emerging East Asian economies,while savings from G6 economies(G7 excluding Japan) have not been a significant factor.

This paper provides strong evidence of time-varying return predictability of the Dow Jones Industrial Average index from 1900 to 2009. Return predictability is found to be driven by changing market conditions, consistent with the implication of the adaptive markets hypothesis. During market crashes, no statistically significant return predictability is observed, but return predictability is associated with a high degree of uncertainty. In times of economic or political crises, stock returns have been highly predictable with a moderate degree of uncertainty in predictability. We find that return predictability has been smaller during economic bubbles than in normal times. We also find evidence that return predictability is associated with stock market volatility and economic fundamentals.

Objective:To review indications and techniques for the endoscopic endonasal approach to the craniovertebral junction(CVJ),analyze postoperative outcomes,and discuss important technical ***:A retrospective analysis was performed on all patients undergoing endonasal endoscopic approaches to the CVJ from May 2007 to June *** information,presenting symptoms,imaging results,treatment course,postoperative functional status,and followup were ***:There was a total of 30 patients in this series,with a mean follow-up of 11.7 *** average age was 33.6 years(range,5e75 years),with 18 females and 12 *** majority of patients(n Z 22,73.3%)had Chiari malformation type 1 with basilar invagination and symptomatic cervicomedullary compression as the indication for *** cerebrospinal fluid leak(CSF)was noted in 3 cases of odontoid resection and a single case of skull base *** were no postoperative CSF ***,81%of patients resumed regular diet by post-operative day 2(range,0e8 days).Severe postoperative dysphagia occurred in two cases with one requiring gastrostomy tube placement and another utilizing total parenteral nutrition for support prior to eventual *** average,patients were extubated by postoperative day 0.93(range 0e3 days),with 85%extubated by postoperative day 1.A tracheotomy was required in one ***:The endonasal endoscopic approach is a valuable technique for access to the CVJ with minimal disruption of respiratory and alimentary function.

1 SNPSNP是染色体中遗传变异的最普通形式,如在人体已经检测基因组DNA中每1,000到2,000个单位有1个SNP,在某些区域估计每300个单位有一个SNP.基于SNP的高分辨率,遗传图谱在一些人的染色体上通常没有得到发展.正如其名称所指,SNP是发生在基因(启动子、外显子、或内含子)或基因之间(基因间隔区)的单个碱基改变或核苷酸变异.编码序列中的SNP以同义(不会导致氨基酸改变)或非同义(导致氨基酸改变)来分类.非同义SNP由于对蛋白质表达及最终对表现型的潜在影响而受到重视.相反,同义SNP可能对基因表达有微小的影响(除那些在启动子和其它基因组区域中,对DNA-蛋白质作重要的核苷酸或与RNA稳定性有关的核苷酸).同义和非同义SNP在基因图谱研究中均是很好的遗传标记.

The TiNT based electrodes achieved higher current densities than the powder based electrodes.

Molecular bridge-mediated ultralow-power gas sensing

We report the electrical detection of captured gases through measurement of the quantum tunneling characteristics of gas-mediated molecular junctions formed across *** gas-sensing nanogap device consists of a pair of vertically stacked gold electrodes separated by an insulating 6 nm spacer(~1.5 nm of sputteredα-Si and~4.5 nm ALD SiO2),which is notched~10 nm into the stack between the gold *** exposed gold surface is functionalized with a self-assembled monolayer(SAM)of conjugated thiol linker *** the device is exposed to a target gas(1,5-diaminopentane),the SAM layer electrostatically captures the target gas molecules,forming a molecular bridge across the *** gas capture lowers the barrier potential for electron tunneling across the notched edge region,from~5 eV to~0.9 eV and establishes additional conducting paths for charge transport between the gold electrodes,leading to a substantial decrease in junction *** demonstrated an output resistance change of>108 times upon exposure to 80 ppm diamine target gas as well as ultralow standby power consumption ofhrough molecular bridges for ultralow-power gas sensing.
