We report th. design and fabrication of a novel and fully integrated polymer-based centrifugal microfluidic disc for rapid automatic allergens detection. All essential steps for a single test including flow valving, sequencing, mixing, separation, extraction, and sedimentation for final detection are automatically conducted with.n 30 min on a centrifugal microfluidic disc. Our design features a siph.n-based valving and analyte extraction structure wh.re th. released analyte is separated and subsequently extracted by a siph.n valve into th. detection ch.mber. Incorporating th. siph.n valve and a series of capillary valves, we realize automated detection of allergic reaction on a centrifugal microfluidic disc.

Th. study on th. solvent extraction for quantitative and selective separation of total rare earth.metals from th. polymetallic nodule leach.liquor was investigated. Th. typical leach.liquor bearing 0. 094 g/L total rare earth. 0. 23 g/L Mn, 0.697 g/L cu, 0.2 g/L Fe, 0.01 g/L co and 0.735 g/L Ni was subjected to th. removal iron content by precipitation meth.d using ca（Oh.2 at ph.3.95, prior to solvent extraction of rare earth.metals. Th.ee different organo-ph.sph.ric acid reagents（D2Eh.A, Pc88 A, cyanex 272） were used to ascertain th.ir performances and selectivity towards th. loading of rare earth.metals in presence of oth.r base metals. Based on th. results of eq. ph.effect, th. performances of above th.ee extractants followed th. order as： D2Eh.A〉Pc88A〉cyanex 272. To ensure th. absence of extraction of base metals（cu, co, Ni）, th. eq. ph.of th. solution was optimized at th. level of 2.21, th.ugh.h.gh.r rare earth.metal extraction efficiency was observed at h.gh.r eq. ph.with.eith.r of th. extractants. Th. complete process flow diagram for substantial recovery of total rare earth.was developed using D2 Eh.A. Extraction isoth.rm plot was constructed at A：O=12：1, 3-stages and ph.=2.21, using 0.8 mol/L D2 Eh.A and th. predicted condition of th.s study was furth.r confirmed by 6-cycles counter current Simulation（ccS） study. Th. stripping of total rare earth.from loaded organic ph.se（LO） was conducted using h.l solution. Mc-cabe Th.ele diagram study carried out at A：O=1：5 using 4 mol/L h.l sh.wed th.t th.ee th.oretical stages were needed for quantitative stripping of total rare earth. Th. subsequent stripped solution resulted th.s led to contain total rare earth.of 5.6 g/L indicating a very h.gh.enrich.ent of total metals by solvent extraction（SX） process.

Th. effects of ca and Sr addition on th. microstructure and creep properties of Mg-4Al-2Sn alloys were examined. Tensile tests at 25 ℃ and 200 ℃ and creep tests at 150 ℃ and 200 ℃ were carried out to estimate th. room temperature and h.gh.temperature mech.nical properties of th.se alloys. Th. microstrueture of th. Mg-4Al-2Sn alloy sh.wed dendritic a-Mg, Mg17Al12 and Mg2Sn ph.ses. Th. latter two ph.ses precipitated along th. grain boundaries. Th. addition of ca and Sr resulted in th. formation of ternary caMgSn and SrMgSn ph.ses with.n th. grain. Th. grain size was reduced sligh.ly with.th. addition of Sr and ca. Th. tensile strength.was decreased by th. addition of ca and Sr at room temperature. h.wever, th. h.gh.temperature tensile strength.was increased. Th. creep strength.was improved by th. addition of ca and Sr.

Vitellogenin (Vtg) is th. precursor of yolk protein. Its expression and secretion are estrogen-regulated and are crucial for oocyte maturation. An in vitro xenoestro- gen screening model was establish.d by measuring Vtg in- duction in cultured primary h.patocytes from crucian carp. Vtg production was detected by biotin-avidin sandwich.ELISA meth.d wh.le Vtg and cytoch.ome P4501A1 (cYP1A1) mRNA induction were measured by semi- quan- titative PcR-primer dropping tech.ique. Vtg and Vtg mRNA were dose-dependently induced by dieth.lstilbestrol (DES, 0.2—200 ng/mL) in h.patocytes of crucian carp. co-treatment of th. DES-induced h.patocytes with.eith.r 2,3,7,8-TcDD (TcDD, 0.1—4 pg/mL) or benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P, 5—1000 ng/mL) resulted in a reduction of Vtg pro- duction and an increment of cYP1A1 mRNA expression both.in a dose dependent manner, indicating th. anti-estro- genic effects of th. compounds. h.wever, at lower tested concentrations, TcDD (0.1, 0.2 pg/mL), B[a]P (5 ng/mL) seemed to h.ve a potentiating effect on Vtg expression and secretion, alth.ugh.by th.ir own th.se compounds h.d no observable estrogenic effect on Vtg induction. Tamoxifen (a selective estrogen receptor modulators, 1 nmol/L—1 μmol/L), and β-naph.h.-flavone (β-NF, an aryl h.drocarbon receptor inducing compounds, 2.5—1000 ng/mL) also were employed to study th. possible interactions in DES-induced Vtg ex- pression. In co-treatment of th. DES-induced h.patocytes with.β-NF or tamoxifen, th. decrease in Vtg production did parallel induction of cYP1A1 for β-NF, but tamoxifen inh.b- ited Vtg induction did not parallel induced cYP1A1 expres- sion in all test concentrations. On th. contrary, it was found th.t in co-treatment of th. TcDD-induced h.patocytes with.DES, TcDD induced cYP1A1 mRNA production was inh.b- ited by DES also. Th.se results implicated a possible cross talk between estrogen receptor- and aryl h.drocarbon re- ceptor-mediated path.ays in th. h.patocytes.

In th. present study, polyvoltine germplasm stock ofAndh.a Pradesh.State Sericulture Research.and Development, Institute （APSSRDI） was evaluated for its performance based on quantitative and qualitative traits. Twenty-one oval and 10 peanut cocoon sh.ped lines were reared in different seasons of th. year. Since th. polyvoltines are non-diapausing, six generations were reared and evaluated for various economically important traits based on evaluation index and sub-ordinate function statistical meth.ds. Ten top ranked lines obtained by using both.th. meth.ds were identified as potential parental strains. Among oval lines, APMI4, APMI 1, APMIS, APMW9, and APMI9, and among peanut lines APMD5, APMDI, APMD3, APMD9 and APMD8 were selected as base material. Th. identified h.gh.yielding lines will be used in various breeding programmes as initial parents for th. synth.sis of superior polyvoltine breeds/h.brids.

Th.s paper elucidates th. interactive buckling beh.viors of an inflated envelope under coupled mech.nical and th.rmal loads, especially th. longitudinal wrinkling bifurcation and h.op ovalization buckling. Th. longitudinal bending buckling process of th. inflated envelope can be divided into th.ee continuous stages, wh.ch.are global buckling, interactive global-local buckling, and kink. A variety of h.op ovalization buckling modes are observed under coupled mech.nical-th.rmal load. Unlike th. mech.nical case, th.rmal load leads to a h.op negative ovalization buckling. In addition, it can accelerate th. longitudinal coupled bifurcation and resist th. h.op coupled ovalization buckling. Moreover, th. bending resistance of th. inflated envelope will be improved wh.n th. length.of th. structure is increased, resulting in th. difficulty of it to become wrinkled. Th.se results provide a new insigh. into th. buckling beh.viors of an inflated envelope under coupled external loads, and give a reference for th. design of th. inflated envelope.

Based on th. analysis and processing on relative empirical formula and data, c-values in Larson-Miller (P) expression, P= T(c + Igt), h.ve determined for pearlitic h.at resistant steel 12cr1MoV and 15crMo(20.62 and 20.30). Th. simulation experiments of h.gh.temperature aging, h.ated from 1.5 to 873 h.urs, h.ve been designed and performed for its verification. And in combination with.publish.d information and th. present nearly quantitative works, it h.s furth.r been verified th.t both.th. degradations of microstructures and mech.nical properties sh.w a good accuracy and practicability using th. Larson-Miller parameter with.th. present determined c-values. Finally, th. effects of carbon content on c-value are analyzed by th. empirical electron th.ory of solids and molecules (EET).

We consider an h. synch.onization problem in nonlinear Bloch.systems. Based on Lyapunov stability th.ory and linear matrix inequality formulation, a dynamic feedback.controller is designed to guarantee asymptotic stability of th. master-slave synch.onization. Moreover, th.s controller reduces th. effect of an external disturbance to th. h. norm constraint. A numerical example is given to validate th. proposed synch.onization sch.me.
