Precise genome-editing platforms are versatile tools for generating specific,site-directed DNA insertions,deletions,and *** continuous enh.ncement of th.se tools h.s led to a revolution in th. life sciences,wh.ch.promises to deliver novel th.rapies for genetic *** genome-editing can be traced back to th. 1950s with.th. discovery of DNA’s doubleh.lix and,after 70 years of development,h.s evolved from crude in vitro applications to a wide range of soph.sticated capabilities,including in vivo ***,precise genome-editing faces constraints such.as modest efficiency,delivery ch.llenges,and off-target *** th.s review,we explore precise genome-editing,with.a focus on introduction of th. landmark events in its h.story,various platforms,delivery systems,and ***,we discuss th. landmark events in th. h.story of precise ***,we describe th. current state of precise genome-editing strategies and explain h.w th.se tech.iques offer unprecedented precision and versatility for modifying th. h.man ***,we introduce th. current delivery systems used to deploy precise genome-editing components th.ough.DNA,RNA,and ***,we summarize th. current applications of precise genome-editing in labeling endogenous genes,screening genetic variants,molecular recording,generating disease models,and gene th.rapy,including ex vivo th.rapy and in vivo th.rapy,and discuss potential future advances.

liBh.(4) containing 18.5 wt.%h.(2) is an attractive h.gh.capacity h.drogen storage material,h.wever,it suffers from h.gh.operation temperature and poor ***,a novel and low-cost bifunctional additive,waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4) secondary nanosph.res assembled from ultrafine primary Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles,is synth.sized,wh.ch.exh.bits significant destabilization and bidirectional catalyzation towards(de)h.drogenation of liBh.(4).With.an optimized addition of 30 wt.% waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4),th. system initiated deh.drogenation below 100℃ and released a total of 8.1 wt.%h.(2) to 400℃.After 10 cycles,a capacity retention of 70% was ach.eved,greatly superior to previously reported oxides-modified *** destabilizing and catalyzing mech.nisms of waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4) on liBh.(4) were systematically analyzed by ph.se and microstructural evolutions during deh.drogenation and h.drogenation cycling as well as density functional th.ory(DFT)*** present work provides new insigh.s in developing advanced nano-additives with.unique structural and multifunctional designs towards liBh. h.drogen storage.

Neural networks are powerful tools for approximating h.gh.dimensional data th.t h.ve been used in many contexts,including solution of partial differential equations(PDEs).We describe a solver for multiscale fully nonlinear elliptic equations th.t makes use of domain decomposition,an accelerated Sch.arz framework,and two-layer neural networks to approximate th. boundary-to-boundarymap for th. subdomains,wh.ch.is th. key step in th. Sch.arz ***,th. boundary-to-boundary map requires solution of boundary-value elliptic problems on each.*** leveraging th. compressibility of multiscale problems,our approach.trains th. neural network offline to serve as a surrogate for th. usual implementation of th. boundary-to-boundary *** meth.d is applied to a multiscale semilinear elliptic equation and a multiscale p-Laplace *** both.cases we demonstrate significant improvement in efficiency as well as good accuracy and generalization performance.

Semitransparent organic solar cells(ST-OSCs)h.ve garnered considerable attention as promising renewable energy tech.ology for integrating ph.tovoltaics into ***,th.re is a trade-off between power conversion efficiency(PCE)and average visible transmittance(AVT),wh.ch.h.nders th. ach.evement of a h.gh.ligh. utilization efficiency(LUE).In th.s study,we propose a valuable meth.d to address th.s ch.llenge by replacing th. transparent top electrode,Ag,with.a 20 nm layer of *** ST-OSCs based on th. 20 nm Au electrode demonstrate superior exciton extraction,more efficient ch.rge collection,and h.gh.r color-rendering index(CRI)due to th.ir smooth.r surface,h.gh.r conductivity,and enh.nced visible ligh. transmittance,resulting in a significantly h.gh.r PCE of 13.67%and an enh.nced AVT of 30.17%,contributing to a h.gh.LUE of 4.15%.Additionally,optically transparent dielectric layers,applied on th. front and back sides of th. ST-OSCs to furth.r boost performance,delivered an impressive LUE of 4.93%,with.PCE and AVT values reach.ng 14.44%and 34.12%,***,th. ch.mpion ST-OSCs also exh.bited a favorable CRI value of *** ach.evements represent th. bestperforming ST-OSCs to date with.both.h.gh.LUE and CRI and h.ld significant implications for th. prospective commercialization of ST-OSCs.
