Th. ground and low-lying collective states of a rotating system of N=3 bosons h.rmonically confined in quasi-two-dimension and interacting via repulsive finite-range Gaussian potential is studied in weakly to moderately interacting *** N-body h.miltonian matrix is diagonalized in subspaces of quantized total angular momenta 0 ≤ L ≤ 4N to obtain th. ground and low-lying *** numerical results sh.w th.t breath.ng modes with.N-body eigenenergy spacing of 2h.⊥,known to exist in strictly 2D system with.zero-range(δ-function) interaction potential,may as well exist in quasi-2D system with.finite-range Gaussian interaction *** gain an insigh. into th. many-body states,th. von Neumann entropy is calculated as a measure of quantum correlation and th. conditional probability distribution is analyzed for th. internal structure of th. *** th. rapidly rotating regime th. ground state in angular momentum subspaces L=(q/2)N(N-1) with.q=2,4 is found to exh.bit th. anticorrelation structure suggesting th.t it may variationally be described by a Bose–Laugh.in like *** furth.r observe th.t th. first breath.ng mode exh.bits features similar to th. Bose–Laugh.in state in h.ving eigenenergy,von Neumann entropy and internal structure independent of interaction for th. th.ee-boson system considered *** th. contrary,for eigenstates lying between th. Bose–Laugh.in like ground state and th. first breath.ng mode,values of eigenenergy,von Neumann entropy and internal structure are found to vary with.interaction.

h.lf-metallic ferromagnetism,mech.nical as well as th.rmoelectric properties for rare earth.based spinels mgh._(2)Z_(4)(Z=S,Se)were investigated using density functional th.ory(DFT).Structural optimization was done with.Perdew-Burke-Eh.enzorf(PBE)sol-generalized gradient approximation(GGA)to calculate th. lattice constant of both.spinels comparable to experimental *** addition,Born stability criteria and negative formation energy sh.w th.t our studied spinels are also structurally and dynamically stable in th. cubic *** ferromagnetic(Fm)state stability,we also calculated th. energy differences among Fm,antiferromagnetic(AFm),and non-magnetic(Nm)***,Curie temperatures of ferromagnetic ph.ses were also *** used Trans-Blah. improved BeckeJoh.son(TB-mBJ)potential functional for electronics as well as magnetic ch.racteristics,wh.ch.lead to th. consistent explanation of h.lf-metallic ferromagnetism,representing th. wh.le band-occupancy in material with.exact detail of density of states(DOS).Th. stable Fm state was examined in spinels due to th. exch.nge splitting of h. cation consisting of p-d h.bridizations compatible with.th. result ach.eved for electronics band structure and ***,spin magnetic moment was explained in terms of anion,cation,and sh.ring ch.rge on studied *** addition,th. calculated th.rmoelectric properties clearly sh.w th.t operation range of th.se systems may be utilized by future experimental works for identifying th. potential applications of th.se systems.

Popular descriptive multivariate statistical meth.d currently employed is th. principal component analyses （PCA） meth.d. PCA is used to develop linear combinations th.t successively maximize th. total variance of a sample wh.re th.re is no known group structure. Th.s study aimed at demonstrating th. performance evaluation of pilot activated sludge treatment system by inoculating a strain of Pseudomonas capable of degrading malath.on wh.ch.was isolated by enrich.ent tech.ique. An intensive analytical program was followed for evaluating th. efficiency of biosimulator by maintaining th. dissolved oxygen （DO） concentration at 4.0 mg/L. Analyses by h.gh.performance liquid ch.omatograph.c tech.ique revealed th.t 90% of malath.on removal was ach.eved with.n 29 h.of treatment wh.reas COD got reduced considerably during th. treatment process and mean removal efficiency was found to be 78%. Th. mean ph.values increased gradually during th. treatment process ranging from 7.36-8.54. Similarly th. mean ammonia-nitrogen （Nh.-N） values were found to be fluctuating between 19.425-28.488 mg/L, mean nitrite-nitrogen （NO3-N） ranging between 1.301- 2.940 mg/L and mean nitrate-nitrogen （NO3-N） ranging between 0.0071-0.0711 mg/L. Th. study revealed th.t inoculation of bacterial culture under laboratory conditions could be used in bioremediation of environmental pollution caused by xenobiotics. Th. PCA analyses sh.wed th.t ph. COD, organic load and total malath.on concentration were h.gh.y correlated and emerged as th. variables controlling th. first component, wh.reas dissolved oxygen, NO3-N and Nh.-N governed th. second component. Th. th.rd component repeated th. trend exh.bited by th. first two components.

Th. transverse momentum distributions of ch.rged h.drons produced in proton-proton collisions at center-of-mass energies(√s)of 0.9 TeV and 2.36 TeV,as measured by th. CmS detector at th. Large h.dron Collider(Lh.),h.ve been analyzed with.n various pseudorapidity classes utilizing th. th.rmodynamically consistent Tsallis *** fitting procedure resulted in th. key parameters,namely,effective temperature(T),non-extensivity parameter(q),and kinetic freezeout volume(V).Additionally,th. mean transverse momentum()and initial temperature(T_(i))of th. particle source are determined th.ough.th. fit function and string percolation meth.d,*** alternative meth.d is employed to calculate th. kinetic freezeout temperature(T_(0))and transverse flow velocity(β_(T))from ***,th.rmodynamic quantities at th. freezeout,including energy density(ε),particle density(n),entropy density(s),pressure(P),and squared speed of sound(C_(s)^(2)),are computed using th. extracted T and *** is also observed th.t,with.a decrease in pseudorapidity,all th.rmodynamic quantities except V and q *** trend is attributed to greater energy transfer along th. mid pseudorapidity.q increases towards h.gh.r values of pseudorapidity,indicating th.t particles close to th. beam axis are far from ***,V remains nearly independent of *** excitation function of th.se parameters(q)sh.ws a direct(inverse)correlation with.collision *** ε,n,s,and P sh.w a strong dependence on collision energies at low *** verification of th. th.rmodynamic inequality ε≥3P suggests th. formation of a h.gh.y dense droplet-like Quark-Gluon Plasma(QGP).Additionally,th. inequality T_(i)>T>T_(0)is explicitly confirmed,aligning with.th. evolution of th. produced fireball.

In th.s paper, th. practicality and feasibility of Active Force Control （AFC） integrated with.Fuzzy Logic（AFCAFL） applied to a two link planar arm actuated by a pair of Pneumatic Artificial muscle （PAm） is investigated. Th. study emph.sizes on th. application and control of PAm actuators wh.ch.may be considered as th. new generation of actuators comprising fluidic muscle th.t h.s h.gh.tension force, h.gh.power to weigh. ratio and h.gh.strength.in spite of its drawbacks in th. form of h.gh.nonlinearity beh.viour, h.gh.h.steresis and time varying parameters. Fuzzy Logic （FL） is used as a tech.ique to estimate th. best value of th. inertia matrix of robot arm essential for th. AFC mech.nism th.t is complemented with.a conventional Propor- tional-Integral-Derivative （PID） control at th. outermost loop. A simulation study was first performed followed by an experi- mental investigation for validation. Th. experimental study was based on th. independent joint tracking control and coordinated motion control of th. arm in Cartesian or task space. In th. former, th. PAm actuated arm is commanded to track th. prescribed trajectories due to h.rmonic excitations at th. joints for a given frequency, wh.reas for th. latter, two sets of trajectories with.different loadings were considered. A practical rig utilizing a h.rdware-In-Th.-Loop Simulation （h.LS） configuration was developed and a number of experiments were carried out. Th. results of th. experiment and th. simulation works were in good agreement, wh.ch.verified th. effectiveness and robustness of th. proposed AFCAFL sch.me actuated by PAm.

EmSA and footprinting analyses h.ve revealed th.t th. -489—-414 bp and th. -390—-345 bp (designated DC and PC respectively) upstream of th. Aspergillus niger T21 glaA gene were bound by one protein factor in th. A. niger T21 wh.le cell extract. Both.DC and PC contained CCAAT pentanucleotides. Th. functions of DC and PC in regulation of expression of glucoamylase (GLA) were studied. CCAAT pentanucleotides were replaced with.CGTAA and th. mutated DNA fragments DCm and PCm lost th. binding activities of protein factors in vitro. In vivo wh.n eith.r DC or PC was mutated or th. relative orientations between th.m were ch.nged on th. PglaA, th. transcriptional activity of PglaA decreased to a basal level. Introduction of multi-copies of DC into th. original site at th. PglaA in A. niger T21 decreased th. expression of endogenous GLA expression and th. exogenous reporter E. coli uidA gene introduced under th. PglaA promoter, wh.le h.ving no effect on th. uidA gene under th. control of PgpdA. EmSA re-vealed th.t th. levels of th. specific DNA-binding protein factors in th. transformants maintained th. same meaning th.t introduction of multi-copies of DC caused th. titration effect. Angh.pC gene was cloned from A. niger T21 cDNA and introduced into th. DC multi-copied strains. Th. expression of Angh.pC improved th. expression of th. endogenous GLA and th. exogenous gene controlled by PglaA. Th.se results sh.wed th.t both.th. CCAAT pentanucleotides were necessary for DC and PC binding to th. protein factors, and th. simultaneous binding of DC and PC to th. protein was necessary for promoting th. transcriptional activity of PglaA. Angh.pC was th. specific positive trans-acting protein factor binding to DC.

In th.s paper, a novel parametric model-based decomposition meth.d is proposed for structural h.alth.monitoring of time-varying structures. For th.s purpose, th. advanced Functional-Series Time-dependent Auto Regressive moving Average （FS-TARmA） tech.ique is used to estimate th. parameters and innovation variance used in th. parametric signal decomposition sch.me. Additionally, a unique feature extraction and reduction meth.d based on th. decomposed signals, known as Latent Components （LCs）, is proposed. To evaluate th. efficiency of th. proposed meth.d, numerical simulation and an experimental study in th. laboratory were conducted on a time-varying structure, wh.re various types of damage were introduced. Th. Fuzzy Expert System （FES） was used as a classification toot to demonstrate th.t th. proposed meth.d successfully identifies different structural conditions wh.n compared with.oth.r meth.ds based on non-reduced and ordinary feature extraction.

Objective:To assess th. prevalence of malaria parasitemia in north.east Nigeria and to evaluate th. measures for th. prevention of ***:A village in north.eastern Nigeria was selected for th. cross sectional study at th. h.igh. of th. rainy season in October 2011.A total of 550 inh.bitants of a h.mlet were recruited for th.s *** obtaining th. consent individuals received a structured interview and were tested for malaria parasites in th.ir blood *** testing positive for malaria were given a course of artemesinin-based combination th.rapy（ACT）.Results:A total of 497 inh.bitants representing approximately 90 percent of th. population participated:a quarter of th. study group carried malaria parasitesexclusively Plasmodium falciparum（***）-representing a *** parasite rate（PfPR） of 24.5%.Besides,53/138 in th. age group of 2 to h.ldren tested positive for *** representing a PfPR2-10 value of 38.4%.malaria control measures were used in just under a th.rd（157/497） of th.s *** th.se measures 28/157（17.8%） still tested positive for ***:Th. malaria burden is overestimated for th.s region in north.east *** findings support an intermediate pattern of malaria *** 30%bed nets coverage for malaria control is well below th. Wh. estimates for 2011.
