Th. ventral quadrant of th. trach.al epith.lium of th. h.mster,about one fourth.of trach.al mucosa, was denuded by a venous needle *** stains were made with.h., PAS, and PAS-anti Brdu immunoh.s-toch.mic tech.ique. At th. 0 h.circumference cell number (CCN) was 927. *** 6 h.post injured th. viable cells ch.nged in sh.pes and migrated from th.margin to wound site. By 24 h.th. wound area was completely covered by a sin-gle layer of non-ciliated flattened cells, th.n an expotential increassing in cellregeneration occured in wound site by 48 h. Th. CCN h.d been restored to th.level of control (1373), and th. proliferative cell, composed of polygonal epi-dermoid metaplasia, 3～4 layers and reach.d a peak (338.8). Th. secretoryand ciliated cells appeared gradually from 72 h.post injury, th. epith.lium re-stored to th. normal epith.lial arch.tecture by one week post injury. In our pre-sent study eith.r in control and non-injured epith.lium or in all stages of woundsite about 70% of th. Brdu positive cells contained small or confluent PAS posi-tive granules were observed. Th.s fact indicated th.t secretory cells play a im-portant role in proliferation after mech.nical injury and maintaining th. normaltrach.al pseudostratified epith.lium.

AIM： To clarify th. effectiveness of CO2 insufflation in potentially difficult colonoscopy cases, particularly in relation to th. experience level of colonoscopists. METh.DS： One h.ndred twenty potentially difficult cases were included in th.s study, wh.ch.involved females with.a low body mass index and patients with.earlier abdominal and/or pelvic open surgery or previously diagnosed left-side colon diverticulosis. Patients receiving colonoscopy examinations with.ut sedation using a pediatric variable-stiffness colonoscope were divided into two groups based on eith.r CO2 or standard air insuffiation. Both.insufflation procedures were also evaluated according to th. experience level of th. respective colonoscopists wh. were divided into an experienced colonoscopist （EC） group and a less experienced colonoscopist （LEC） group. Study measurements included a 100-mm visual analogue scale （VAS） for patient pain during and after colonoscopy examinations, in addition to insertion to th. cecum and with.rawal times. RESULTS： Examination times did not differ, h.wever, VAS scores in th. CO2 group were significantly better th.n in th. air group （P〈 0.001, two-way ANOVA） from immediately after th. procedure and up to 2 h.later. Th.re were no significant differences between eith.r insufflation meth.d in th. EC group （P = 0.29）, h.wever, VAS scores for CO2 insufflation were significantly better th.n air insufflation in th. LEC group （P = 0.023） immediately after colonoscopies and up to 4 h.afterwards. CONCLUSION： CO2 insufflation reduced patient pain after colonoscopy in potentially difficult cases wh.n performed by LECs.

AIM:To evaluate th. effectiveness of h.patic arterial infusion ch.moth.rapy(h.IC) for advanced h.patocellular carcinoma(h.C) resistant to transarterial ch.moembolization(TACE).METh.DS:Th.s study was conducted on 42 patients wh. received h.IC for advanced h.C between 2001and 2010 at our h.spital.5-fluorouracil(5-FU) was administered continuously for 24 h.from day 1 to day 5 every 2-4 wk via an injection ***-arterial cisplatin or subcutaneous interferon was administered in combination with.th. *** patients enrolled in th.s retrospective study were divided into two groups according to wh.th.r or not th.y fulfilled th. criteria for resistance to TACE proposed by th. Japan Society of h.patology in 2010(written in Japanese);one group of patients wh. did not fulfill th. criteria for TACE resistance(group A,n = 23),and anoth.r group wh. fulfilled th. criteria for TACE resistance(group B,n = 19).We compared th. outcomes in terms of th. response and survival rates between th. two ***:Both.th. response rate and tumor suppression rate following h.IC were significantly superior in group A th.n in group B(response rate:48% vs 16%,P = 0.028,tumor suppression rate:87% vs 53%,P = 0.014).Furth.rmore,both.th. progression-free survival rate and survival time were significantly superior in group A th.n in group B(3-,6-,12-,and 24-mo = 83%,70%,29% and 20% vs 63%,42%,16% and 0%,respectively,P = 0.040,and 9.8 mo vs 6.2 mo,P = 0.040).A multivariate analysis(Cox proportional h.zards regression model) sh.wed th.t resistance to TACE was an independent predictor of poor survival(P = 0.007).CONCLUSION:h.IC administrating 5-FU was not effective against advanced h.C resistant to *** tools for treatment,i.e.,molecular-targeting agents may be considered for th.se cases.

It was tried to microencapsulate camellia oil using h.terocoagulation between fatty acid dissolved in camellia oil and ch.tosan dissolved in th. continuous water ph.se. Oleic acid as a fatty acid was dissolved in camellia oil in order to certainly form th. microcapsule sh.ll made from oleic acid and ch.tosan. Th. microcapsules were observed with.optical microscope and ch.racterized about th. diameters, ζ-potential, FTIR analysis and adh.sion feature on h.man h.ir. Microcapsules with.th. mean diameter in th. range from ca. 1.5 μm to 4.5 μm could be prepared with.th. preparation meth.d presented in th.s study. Th. oil droplets of camellia oil ch.rged negatively to be -54.6 mV and th. microcapsules ch.rged positively to be 59.6 mV. Th. microcapsules adh.red well on th. negatively ch.rged h.man h.ir and were kept stably before and after drying at room temperature for 24 h.and blowing.

本文提出了一种用于地震射线层析成像的算法,地震射线层析成像中,速度分布图是根据旅行时间的测量来重建的.所用算法是迭代算法;此算法中,包含了说明射线弯曲度的旅行时间计算和用阻尼最小平方法作模型改进两部分.为了检验改进后的重建程序,需要进行一些数字试验.这些试验的结果表明,可以应用迭代算法来精确地重建速度分布剖面.最后,我们应用了地震射线层析成像技术作水坝和桥墩基岩方面的探测.我们得到了详细的速度分布图,根据这个速度分布图就能够识别断裂带或蚀变带.

Introduction Neutron-rich.fluorine isotopes are interesting in th.ir features. A recent discovery revealed th.t th. stability of neutron-rich.isotopes remarkably ch.nges between oxygen and fluorine isotopes [1]. Th. fluorine isotopes are extended up to F with.N=22 beyond th. magic number of N=20 wh.le th. h.aviest oxygen isotope is O with.N=16. Th.s feature may indicate th.t a strong attraction works between a valence proton on th. d sh.ll and valence neutrons in fluorine isotopes.

Th. pressure wave refrigerators (PWR) h.ve many potential applications due to th. simple structure and robustness, if th.ir efficiency becomes competitive with.th. existing alternative devices. A new compact PWR h.s been designed and manufactured at th. Sh.ck Wave Research.Center, th. Institute of Fluid Science, Toh.ku University. Th. performance of th.s PWR was investigated relative to major operation parameters, such.as th. rotational speed of gas distributor, th. length.of expansion tubes, th. input gas pressure. Th. maximum temperature decrease of 20℃h.s been obtained. Some th.oretical considerations to improve th. PWR efficiency are also given.

AIM To identify th. clinical features of gastric mucosaassociated lymph.id tissue(MALT) lymph.ma with.extra copies of *** Th.s is a multi-centered,retrospective study. We reviewed 146 patients with.MALT lymph.ma in th. stomach.wh. underwent fluorescence in situ h.bridization analysis for t(11;18) translocation. Patients were subdivided into patients with.ut t(11;18) translocation or extra copies of MALT1(Group A,n = 88),patients with.t(11;18) translocation(Group B,n = 27),and patients with.extra copies of MALT1(Group C,n = 31). Th. clinical background,treatment,and outcomes of each.group were *** Groups A and C sh.wed sligh. female predominance,wh.reas Group B sh.wed sligh. male predominance. Mean ages and clinical stages at lymph.ma diagnosis were not different between groups. Complete response was obtained in 61 patients in Group A(69.3%),22 in Group B(81.5%),and 21 in Group C(67.7%). h.licobacter pylori(h. pylori) eradication alone resulted in complete remission in 44 patients in Group A and 13 in Group C. In Group B,14 patients underwent radioth.rapy alone,wh.ch.resulted in lymph.ma disappearance. Alth.ugh.th. difference was not statistically significant,event-free survival in Group C tended to be inferior to th.t in Group A(P = 0.10).CONCLUSION Patients with.t(11;18) translocation sh.uld be treated differently from oth.rs. Patients with.extra copies of MALT1 could be initially treated with.h. pylori eradication,similar to patients with.ut t(11;18) translocation or extra copies of MALT1.
