Th. frequency dependence of adm.ttance m.asurem.nts （capacitance–voltage （C–V ） and conductance–voltage （G/ω–V ）） of Au/SnO2 /n-Si （m.S） capacitors was investigated by taking into account th. effects of th. interface states （N ss ） and series resistance （Rs ） at room.tem.erature. Adm.ttance m.asurem.nts were carried out in frequency and bias voltage ranges of 1 kh.–1 m.0} and （ 5V）–（＋9V）, respectively. Th. values of N ss and R s were determ.ned by using a conductance m.th.d and estim.ting from.th. adm.ttance m.asurem.nts of th. m.S capacitors. At low frequencies, th. interface states can follow th. AC signal and yield excess capacitance and conductance. In addition, th. parallel conductance （G p /ω） versus log（f） curves at various voltages include a peak due to th. presence of interface states. It is observed th.t th. N ss and th.ir tim. constant （τ） range from.1.23 ×10 12 eV-1 ·cm.2 to 1.47 ×10 12 eV-1 ·cm.2 and from.7.29 ×10-5 s to 1.81 ×10-5s, respectively.

La_(2)O_(3) content with.n th. glass network,infrared spectra analysis reveals structural m.difications such.as th. increase in BO_(4) units and th. decline in both.BO_(3) units and NBO bonds ***,optical absorption spectra were *** absorption spectra disclose a pleth.ra of electronic transitions th.t are related to Fe^(3+)in tetrah.dral and octah.dral sites,h.wever,Fe^(2+)ph.se is not observed in optical spectra,but it h.s a clear signature in m.ssbauer ***,th. glass absorption edges undergo a clear blue sh.ft,reflecting an increased band gap energy(1.96-2.28 eV).Th. decline in NBO bonds justifies th.s ***,th. values of crystal field splitting are increased,wh.le th. values of Racah.param.ters are *** trend is justified by th. decline in NBO bonds and increases electron localization around Fe cations.m.ssbauer spectra confirm.th. existence of Fe^(3+)in tetrah.dral and octah.dral sites,wh.le Fe^(2+)exists in only a tetrah.dral *** increasing La_(2)O_(3) content,th. isom.r sh.ft of Fe^(3+)in tetrah.dral sites ch.nges to be 0.312-0.329 m./s,wh.le th. isom.r sh.ft of octah.dral Fe^(3+)is 0.424-0.456 m./*** findings coincide with.optical *** th. isom.r sh.ft of tetrah.dral Fe^(2+)is 0.902-0.911 m./*** results of structural,optical and ligand field associated with.m.ssbauer spectra open m.re vistas toward th. utility of th.se sam.les in th. optics realm.

BACKGROUND Alth.ugh.breast m.lk is ideal for newborns,in som. cases,it is replaced with.cow’s m.lk,wh.ch.contains proteins th.t increase th. risk of cow’s m.lk protein allergy(Cm.A).AIm.To evaluate Cm.A prevalence in Bah.ain and com.are clinical ch.racteristics of ch.ldren with.im.unoglobulin E(IgE)-and non-IgE-m.diated *** Th.s retrospective coh.rt study exam.ned ch.ldren with.Cm.A diagnosed at th. pediatric gastroenterology outpatient clinic of th. Salm.niya m.dical Com.lex,Bah.ain,between 2014 and 2022,and assessed Cm.A *** presentations,laboratory findings,dietary m.difications,and outcom.s were com.ared between ch.ldren with.IgE-m.diated and non-IgE-m.diated *** variables were com.ared using Fish.r’s exact test or Pearson’sχ2 test,wh.reas continuous variables were com.ared using Student’s t-test or th. m.nn-Wh.tney U *** Of 8332 patients,6022(72.3%)adh.red to th.ir *** th.m.618(10.3%)were suggested of h.ving Cm.A and 595(96.3%)were included;Cm.A prevalence was 2%.m.st patients were Bah.aini(93.8%)and m.les(55.3%).Non-IgE-m.diated type accounted for 77.3%cases and IgE-m.diated type,22.7%.IgE-m.diated Cm.A presented m.re in boys(P=0.030),and later in life(5.1 m.nth.±4.5 m.nth. vs 4.2 m.nth.±4.2 m.nth.,P=0.016,95%CI:0.08-1.73),h.d m.re associated diseases(Ph.m.re cutaneous(P=0.024)and respiratory(P=0.003)m.nifestations,severe sym.tom.[rash.dry skin(P=0.031),facial swelling/angioedem.(P=0.003),failure to th.ive(P=0.013),apparent life-th.eatening event(Ph.sical findings(P=0.002)th.n non-IgE-m.diated *** patients were exclusively fed cow m.lk form.la(50.3%).Th. am.no acid-based form.la(AAF)was m.st prescribed(60.5%)with.no difference between th. two types(P=0.173).Alth.ugh.breastfeeding was recom.ended to 49.6%,only 8.2%were exclusively ***-m.diated Cm.A was associated with.a longer follow-up duration th.n non-IgE-m.diated Cm.A(17.3 m.nth.±14.0 m.

In th.s paper, a novel param.tric m.del-based decom.osition m.th.d is proposed for structural h.alth.m.nitoring of tim.-varying structures. For th.s purpose, th. advanced Functional-Series Tim.-dependent Auto Regressive m.ving Average （FS-TARm.） tech.ique is used to estim.te th. param.ters and innovation variance used in th. param.tric signal decom.osition sch.m.. Additionally, a unique feature extraction and reduction m.th.d based on th. decom.osed signals, known as Latent Com.onents （LCs）, is proposed. To evaluate th. efficiency of th. proposed m.th.d, num.rical sim.lation and an experim.ntal study in th. laboratory were conducted on a tim.-varying structure, wh.re various types of dam.ge were introduced. Th. Fuzzy Expert System.（FES） was used as a classification toot to dem.nstrate th.t th. proposed m.th.d successfully identifies different structural conditions wh.n com.ared with.oth.r m.th.ds based on non-reduced and ordinary feature extraction.

In th.s paper, th. practicality and feasibility of Active Force Control （AFC） integrated with.Fuzzy Logic（AFCAFL） applied to a two link planar arm.actuated by a pair of Pneum.tic Artificial m.scle （PAm. is investigated. Th. study em.h.sizes on th. application and control of PAm.actuators wh.ch.m.y be considered as th. new generation of actuators com.rising fluidic m.scle th.t h.s h.gh.tension force, h.gh.power to weigh. ratio and h.gh.strength.in spite of its drawbacks in th. form.of h.gh.nonlinearity beh.viour, h.gh.h.steresis and tim. varying param.ters. Fuzzy Logic （FL） is used as a tech.ique to estim.te th. best value of th. inertia m.trix of robot arm.essential for th. AFC m.ch.nism.th.t is com.lem.nted with.a conventional Propor- tional-Integral-Derivative （PID） control at th. outerm.st loop. A sim.lation study was first perform.d followed by an experi- m.ntal investigation for validation. Th. experim.ntal study was based on th. independent joint tracking control and coordinated m.tion control of th. arm.in Cartesian or task space. In th. form.r, th. PAm.actuated arm.is com.anded to track th. prescribed trajectories due to h.rm.nic excitations at th. joints for a given frequency, wh.reas for th. latter, two sets of trajectories with.different loadings were considered. A practical rig utilizing a h.rdware-In-Th.-Loop Sim.lation （h.LS） configuration was developed and a num.er of experim.nts were carried out. Th. results of th. experim.nt and th. sim.lation works were in good agreem.nt, wh.ch.verified th. effectiveness and robustness of th. proposed AFCAFL sch.m. actuated by PAm.

Em.A and footprinting analyses h.ve revealed th.t th. -489—-414 bp and th. -390—-345 bp (designated DC and PC respectively) upstream.of th. Aspergillus niger T21 glaA gene were bound by one protein factor in th. A. niger T21 wh.le cell extract. Both.DC and PC contained CCAAT pentanucleotides. Th. functions of DC and PC in regulation of expression of glucoam.lase (GLA) were studied. CCAAT pentanucleotides were replaced with.CGTAA and th. m.tated DNA fragm.nts DCm.and PCm.lost th. binding activities of protein factors in vitro. In vivo wh.n eith.r DC or PC was m.tated or th. relative orientations between th.m.were ch.nged on th. PglaA, th. transcriptional activity of PglaA decreased to a basal level. Introduction of m.lti-copies of DC into th. original site at th. PglaA in A. niger T21 decreased th. expression of endogenous GLA expression and th. exogenous reporter E. coli uidA gene introduced under th. PglaA prom.ter, wh.le h.ving no effect on th. uidA gene under th. control of PgpdA. Em.A re-vealed th.t th. levels of th. specific DNA-binding protein factors in th. transform.nts m.intained th. sam. m.aning th.t introduction of m.lti-copies of DC caused th. titration effect. Angh.pC gene was cloned from.A. niger T21 cDNA and introduced into th. DC m.lti-copied strains. Th. expression of Angh.pC im.roved th. expression of th. endogenous GLA and th. exogenous gene controlled by PglaA. Th.se results sh.wed th.t both.th. CCAAT pentanucleotides were necessary for DC and PC binding to th. protein factors, and th. sim.ltaneous binding of DC and PC to th. protein was necessary for prom.ting th. transcriptional activity of PglaA. Angh.pC was th. specific positive trans-acting protein factor binding to DC.

Background Ovarian follicular fluid(FF)is a dynam.c environm.nt th.t ch.nges with.th. seasons,affecting follicle developm.nt,ovulation,and oocyte *** in th. follicles release tiny particles called extracellular vesicles(EVs)containing vital regulatory m.lecules,such.as m.croRNAs(m.RNAs).Th.se m.RNAs are pivotal in facilitating com.u-nication with.n th. follicles th.ough.diverse signaling and inform.tion transfer ***-coupled m.RNA signaling is im.licated to be associated with.ovarian function,follicle and oocyte growth.and response to various environm.n-tal ***,we investigated h.w seasonal variations directly influence th. ovulatory and anovulatory states of ovarian follicles and h.w are th.y associated with.follicular fluid EV-coupled m.RNA dynam.cs in *** Ultrasonograph.c m.nitoring and follicular fluid aspiration of preovulatory follicles in h.rses during th. ano-vulatory(spring:non-breeding)and ovulatory(spring,sum.er,and fall:breeding)seasons and subsequent EV isola-tion and m.RNA profiling identified significant variation in EV-m.RNA cargo *** identified 97 m.RNAs with.dif-ferential expression am.ng th. groups and specific clusters of m.RNAs involved in th. spring transition(m.R-149,-200b,-206,-221,-328,and-615)and peak breeding period(including m.R-143,-192,-451,-302b,-100,and let-7c).Bioinform.tic analyses sh.wed enrich.ents in various biological functions,e.g.,transcription factor activity,transcrip-tion and transcription regulation,nucleic acid binding,sequence-specific DNA binding,p53 signaling,and post-trans-lational *** analyses revealed distinct sets of significantly up-and down-regulated m.RNAs associ-ated with.spring anovulatory(Cluster 1)and sum.er ovulation–th. peak breeding season(Clusters 4 and 6).Conclusions Th. findings from.th. current study sh.d ligh. on th. dynam.cs of FF-EV-coupled m.RNAs in relation to equine ovulatory and anovulatory seasons,and th.ir roles in understanding th.

A cell-based sm.oth.d discrete sh.ar gap m.th.d (CS-FEm.DSG3) was recently proposed and proven to be robust for free vibration analyses of Reissner-m.ndlin sh.ll. Th. m.th.d im.roves significantly th. accuracy of th. solution due to softening effect of th. cell-based strain sm.oth.ng tech.ique. In addition, due to using only th.ee-node triangular elem.nts generated autom.tically, th. CS-FEm.DSG3 can be applied flexibly for arbitrary com.licated geom.tric dom.ins. h.wever so far, th. CS-FEm.DSG3 h.s been only developed for analyzing intact structures with.ut possessing internal cracks. Th. paper h.nce tries to extend th. CS-FEm.DSG3 for free vibration analysis of cracked Reissner-m.ndlin sh.lls by integrating th. original CS-FEm.DSG3 with.discontinuous and crack–tip singular enrich.ent functions of th. extended finite elem.nt m.th.d (XFEm. to give a so-called extended cell-based sm.oth.d discrete sh.ar gap m.th.d (XCS-FEm.DSG3). An AI2O3-TiB2 nanocom.osite was success- fully synth.sized by th. h.gh.energy ball m.lling of A1, B2O3 and TiO2. Th. structures of th. powdered particles form.d at different m.lling tim.s were evaluated by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron m.croscopy （SEm. and transm.ssion electron m.croscopy （TEm.. Th.rm.- dynam.c calculations sh.wed th.t th. com.osite form.d in two steps via h.gh.y exoth.rm.c m.ch.nically induced self-sustaining reactions （m.Rs）. Th. com.osite started to form.at m.lling tim.s of 9-10 h.but th. reaction was not com.lete. Th. rem.ining starting m.terials were consum.d by increasing th. m.lling tim. to 15 h. Th. XRD patterns of th. annealed powders sh.wed th.t alum.num.borate is one of th. interm.diate products and th.t it is consum.d at h.gh.r tem.eratures. h.at treatm.nt of th. 6-h.m.lled sam.le at l l00℃ led to a com.lete form.tion of th. com.osite. Increasing th. m.lling tim. to 15 h.led to a refining of th. crystallite sizes. A nanocom.osite powder with.a m.an crystallite size of 35-40 nm.was obtained after m.lling for 15 h.
