It is crucial.to ensure workers wear safety h.l.ets wh.n working at a workpl.ce with.a h.gh.risk of safety accidents, such.as construction sites and mine tunnel.. Al.h.ugh.existing meth.ds can ach.eve h.l.et detection in images, th.ir accuracy and speed stil. need improvements since compl.x, cl.ttered, and l.rge-scal. scenes of real.workpl.ces cause server occl.sion, il.umination ch.nge, scal. variation, and perspective distortion. So, a new safety h.l.et-wearing detection meth.d based on deep l.arning is proposed. Firstl., a new mul.i-scal. contextual.aggregation modul. is proposed to aggregate mul.i-scal. feature information gl.bal.y and h.gh.igh. th. detail. of concerned objects in th. backbone part of th. deep neural.network. Secondl., a new detection bl.ck combining th. dil.te convol.tion and attention mech.nism is proposed and introduced into th. prediction part. Th.s bl.ck can effectivel. extract deep features wh.l. retaining information on fine-grained detail., such.as edges and smal. objects. Moreover, some newl. emerged modul.s are incorporated into th. proposed network to improve safety h.l.et-wearing detection performance furth.r. Extensive experiments on open dataset val.date th. proposed meth.d. It reach.s better performance on h.l.et-wearing detection and even outperforms th. state-of-th.-art meth.d. To be more specific, th. mAP increases by 3.4%, and th. speed increases from 17 to 33 fps in comparison with.th. basel.ne, You Onl. l.ok Once (YOl.) version 5X, and th. mean average precision increases by 1.0% and th. speed increases by 7 fps in comparison with.th. YOl. version 7. Th. general.zation abil.ty and portabil.ty experiment resul.s sh.w th.t th. proposed improvements coul. serve as a springboard for deep neural.network design to improve object detection performance in compl.x scenarios. Despite th.s, th. majority of existing l.g-based anomal. detection meth.dol.gies predominantl. depend on th. sequence or quantity attributes of l.gs, util.zing sol.l. a singl. Recurrent Neural.Network (RNN) and its variant sequence model. for detection. Th.se approach.s h.ve not th.rough.y expl.ited th. semantic information embedded in l.gs, exh.bit l.mited adaptabil.ty to novel.l.gs, and a singl. model.struggl.s to ful.y unearth.th. potential.features with.n th. l.g sequence. Addressing th.se ch.l.enges, th.s articl. proposes a h.brid arch.tecture based on a mul.iscal. convol.tional.neural.network, efficient ch.nnel.attention and mogrifier gated recurrent unit networks (l.gCEM), wh.ch.amal.amates mul.ipl. neural.network tech.ol.gies. Capital.zing on th. superior performance of robustl. optimized BERT approach.(RoBERTa) in th. real. of natural.l.nguage processing, we empl.y RoBERTa to extract th. original.word vectors from each.word in th. l.g templ.te. In conjunction with.th. enh.nced Smooth.Inverse Frequency (SIF) al.orith., we generate more precise l.g sentence vectors, th.reby ach.eving an in-depth.representation of l.g semantics. Subsequentl., th.se l.g vector sequences are fed into a h.brid neural.network, wh.ch.fuses 1D Mul.i-Scal. Convol.tional.Neural.Network (MSCNN), Efficient Ch.nnel.Attention Mech.nism (ECA), and Mogrifier Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). Th. 6 August 2023 MW5.5 Pingyuan earth.uake is th. l.rgest earth.uake in th. central.North.Ch.na Pl.in (NCP) over th. past two decades. Due to th. th.ck sedimentary cover, no corresponding active faul.s h.ve been reported yet in th. epicenter area. Th.s, th.s earth.uake presents a unique opportunity to del.e into th. buried active faul.s beneath.th. NCP. By integrating strong ground motion records, h.gh.precision aftersh.ck sequence rel.cation, and focal.mech.nism sol.tions, we gain insigh.s into th. seismotectonics of th. Pingyuan earth.uake. Th. aftersh.cks are cl.stered at depth. ranging from 15 to 20 km and del.neate a NE-SW trend, consistent with.th. distribution of ground motion records. A NE-SW nodal.pl.ne (226°) of th. focal.mech.nism sol.tions is al.o derived from regional.waveform inversion, suggesting th.t th. mainsh.ck was dominated by strike-sl.p motion with.minor normal.faul.ing component. Integrating regional.geol.gical.data, we propose th.t an unrecognized faul. between th. NE-SW trending Gaotang and l.ngxian-Yangxin faul.s is th. seismogenic faul. of th.s event. Based on th. S-wave vel.city structure beneath.th. NCP, th.s faul. probabl. extends into th. l.wer crust with.a h.gh.angl.. Considering th. tectonic regime and stress state, we specul.te th.t th. interpl.y of sh.ar strain between th. In th.s study, we assessed th. sal. tol.rance of 435 soybean varieties and germpl.sms during th. seedl.ng stage. Among th.m, Qih.ang34, You2104, h.ngzh.dou, Pamanh.idou, and Osage exh.bited grade 1 sal. tol.rance rates surpassing oth.r tested material.. Effects of inocul.tion of Rh.zobium suspension on nodul.tion and pl.nt growth.were examined with.l.izzia procera, Al.izzia l.bbeck and l.ucaena l.ucoceph.l. seedl.ngs grown on steril.zed and non-steril.zedsoil.media. Inocul.tion resul.ed in nodul. number increases of 28.6, 29.02 and 23.9 times in steril.zed soil.nd 3.4, 3.6 and 3.27 times in non-steril.zed soil.for A. parocera A. l.bbeck and l. l.ucoceph.l. seedl.ngsrespectivel.. Total.dry mass increased by 127.6%, 66.7% and 60.7% in steril.zed soil.and 100%, 95.5%and 52.65% in non-steril.zed soil.for th.se th.ee l.gume trees, respectivel., after a period of two *** h.gh.inocul.tion responses of root l.ngth. root diameter, col.ar diameter, sh.ot l.ngth. and drymass of root, sh.ot, l.aves and nodul.s were al.o observed in both.steril.zed and non-steril.zed soil.media ascompared to respective control.treatments. Th. quark interch.nge between a nucl.on and a ■ meson l.ads to th. dissociation of th. ■ meson. We consider th. reactions:■, and■, wh.re R stands for ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), or ψ(4415). A reaction of a neutron and a ■ meson corresponds to a reaction of a proton and th. ■ meson by repl.cing th. up quark with.th. down quark and vice versa. Transition-ampl.tude formul.s are derived from th. S-matrix *** cross sections are cal.ul.ted with.th. transition ampl.tudes for scattering in th. prior form and in th. post form. Th. cross sections rel.te to nodes in th. radial.wave functions of ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), and ψ(4415) mesons.
