Quinary oxynitride BaNb_0.5Ta_0.5O_2N crystals were fabricated th.ough.th. partial nitridation and acidifica- tion of th. KCI flux grown Ba_5Nb_2Ta_2O_15 crystals. Th. parameters of both.th. solute concentrations and cooling rates are optimized for th. KCI flux growth.of th. larger Ba_5Nb_2Ta_2O_15 crystals with.clearer crystal h.bits. h.re, th. optimal Ba_5Nb_2Ta_2O_15 crystals mainly h.ve a h.xagonal plate-like sh.pe. After th. par- tial nitridation and acidification, th. porous BaNb_0.5Ta_0.5O_2N crystals maintained th. crystal sh.pe of th. oxide precursor and h.d a single-crystalline nature. For th. BasNb2Ta2015 crystals, th. wavelength.of th. absorption edge was about 707 nm. Especially, th. CoOx-Ioaded BaNb_0.5Ta_0.5O_2N ph.tocatalyst demon- strated th. comparatively h.gh.amount of O_2 gas （150.7 μmol） during th. 5 h.visible-ligh.-induced sacri- ficial water oxidation h.lf-reaction, wh.ch.migh. be ach.eved due to th. h.gh.crystallinity and visible-ligh. absorotion property.

Purpose Th. difficulty of performing laparoscopic surgery in small infants rem ains a common complaint of pediatric surgeons. Th. aim of th.s study was to eval uate th. complications of laparoscopic surgery in small infants weigh.ng less th.an 5 kg. Meth.ds Since 1997, 154 infants weigh.ng less th.n 5 kg underwent lapar oscopic surgery (group S). During th.t same period, 96 infants weigh.ng less th. n 10 kg (group M)-and 335 ch.ldren weigh.ng more th.n 10 kg (group L) also unde rwent laparoscopic surgery. Intra-and postoperative complications were evaluate d and compared between th. 3 groups, especially in th. 60 cases th.t underwent N issen fundoplication. P h.as gastrointestinal perforation and wound infection were obse rved in 15 (9.7%), 15 (15.6%), and 32 (9.6%) infants of groups S, M, and L , respectively. Th.re were no significant differences in complication rates amon g th. 3 groups. h.wever, in Nissen fundoplication, 5 of 15 patients in group S h.ad complications, th.reby sig nificantly increasing th. complication rate as compared with.group L (1 of 23, P = .04). Major complications in group S were gastrointestinal perforation and vagal nerve injury. Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery is feasible even in small infants. h.wever, in Nissen fundoplication, special attention is necessary to av oid severe intraoperative complications.

During th. coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,th. Japanese government implemented several infection control measures,such.as states of emergency(SoE)and sch.ol closures,and encouraged universal masking and h.nd *** activity restrictions and improved h.giene were found to be associated with.declines in th. incidence of infuenza during th. 2019–2020 winter season[1].Prior studies h.ve found th.t th. incidence of seven pediatric infections,such.as ph.ryngoconjunctivitis and varicella,decreased during and after th. sch.ol closures in Japan[2].As activity restrictions continue to be lifted,th.re is growing concern th.t pediatric infections may suddenly return given th.t th. pool of susceptible ch.ldren increased during th. pandemic[3].In th.s study,we use national infectious disease sentinel data from January 2012 to October 2021 to assess ch.nges in th. reported number of pediatric infections in Japan during th. COVID-19 *** h.poth.size th.t th. reporting of many infectious diseases decreased during th. early stages of th. pandemic but ultimately returned to normal wh.n activity restrictions were lifted.

Th. aim of th.s study was to assess th. validity of serum and CSF oxidative status of patients with.IE in th.ir initial stage th.ough.th. d-ROM (Diacron-Reactive Oxygen Metabolites, Italy) test, compared to th.se with.oth.r neurological diseases. Th. study was conducted on th. following four groups: (1) influenza virus-associated enceph.lopath. (IE, n = 8), including four patients sh.wing neurological sequelae or mortal; (2) influenza virus-associated febrile seizures (IFS, n = 11); (3) febrile convulsion (FC, n = 10): (4) enterovirus-associated enceph.lopath. (EE, n = 4), including one patient with.neurological sequelae. Th. CSF d-ROM levels in th. IE group were significantly h.gh.r th.n th.se in th. IFS and th. FC groups but not in th. EE group. In addition, general laboratory findings such.as leukocytes, platelets, C-reactive protein, aspartate aminotransferase, creatinine, creatinine kinase and LDh. including interleukin-6 (IL-6), were analyzed in each.group. As for th. serum d-ROM levels and general laboratory findings, with.th. exception of CSF IL-6 levels in IE, no significant differences were detected compared with.th. oth.r groups. In patients with.IE,th. CSF d-ROM levels could be a valid predictive biomarker of th. severity, and oxidative stress may be related to th. path.genesis of IE.

背景:锌(Zn)和铜(Cu)可能通过介导氧化应激在糖尿病发生和并发症中起着举足轻重的作用。锌缺乏和铜过量与2型糖尿病和心血管疾病风险增加相关。本研究旨在探讨2型糖尿病患者和对照组血清锌铜比值与血糖、肾功能及代谢参数的关系。方法 :我们对355名受试者进行的一项横断面研究(149例2型糖尿病和206例非糖尿病),同时测定他们的血清锌、铜含量。采用多元线性回归分析评价血清锌铜比值与临床资料的相关性。我们还用多因素logistic回归分析评估血清锌/铜比值和2型糖尿病的患病率和血糖控制的关系。结果 :在调整身体质量指数(BMI)后,血清锌铜比值与估算的肾小球滤过率显著相关(β=0.137,P=0.014)。调整年龄、性别和体重指数后,血浆B型钠尿肽水平与血清锌铜比值呈负相关(β=-0.258,P=0.032)。此外,多因素Logistic回归分析显示,在2型糖尿病患者中,血清锌铜比值的最高四分位数可能与降低血糖控制不良的风险有关(h.A1c≥7%)(OR=0.382;95%CI:0.165-0.884;P=0.025)。结论 :血清锌铜比值与所有研究对象的肾功能和2例糖尿病患者的血糖控制均有着良好的相关性。锌铜比除了是人体血浆中微量元素水平的重要指标,对人体代谢也有着重要意义。

自20世纪80年代后期出现以来,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征（PRRS）已经在大多数养猪国家流行起来.PRRS的病原体是PRRS病毒（PRRSV）,它是单股正链RNA病毒.2006年,中国出现了导致所有年龄的猪高热和死亡的高致病性PRRS（h.-PRRS）.高毒性2型PRRSV已被检测到,并鉴定了非结构蛋白2（nsp2）中常见的缺失位点.h.-PRRS由具有共同遗传特征的病毒引起,现在已经迅速蔓延到东南亚各国.在这里,我们以无特定病原体（SPF）仔猪作为试验对象,通过评估临床特征,血清、唾液和器官中的病毒载体及肉眼和微观病变来评估越南2010年分离株的体内致病力和毒力以及Ingel-vacPRRS MLV的有效性.

We h.ve previously reported th. presence of th.ee types of ch.tinase (acidic fish.ch.tinase-1: AFCase-1, acidic fish.ch.tinase-2: AFCase-2, fish.ch.tinase-3: FCase-3) in Actinopterygii. In th. present research. we report th. identification of th. novel ch.tinase genes h.Ch. (ORF: 1380 bp) and DkCh. (ORF: 1440 bp) from th. stomach.of Ch.ndrich.h.es, Japanese bullh.ad sh.rk (h.terodontus japonicas) and Kwangtung skate (Dipturus kwangtungensis), respectively. Organ-specific expression analysis identified th. stomach.specific expression of h.Ch., wh.reas DkCh. was expressed widely in all organs. Ch.tinase activity was measured using pNP-(GlcNAc)n (n = 2, 3) as a substrate and β-N-acetylh.xosaminidase (h.x) activity was measured using pNPGlcNAc. Relatively h.gh.values of ch.tinase activity were observed in th. stomach. spleen, and gonads of th. Japanese bullh.ad sh.rk, h. japonicas , compared with.th.t observed in th. stomach.of th. Kwangtung skate D. kwangtungensis . h.wever, h.x activity was detected th.ough.ut th. body of both.species. Th. optimal ph.of ch.tinase in both.th. Japanese bullh.ad sh.rk, h. japonicas, and th. Kwangtung skate, D. kwangtungensis, were 3.5 - 5.5 and 3.5 - 4.0, respectively, and 4.0 for h.x in both.species. Ph.logenetic analysis revealed th.t Ch.ndrich.h.es ch.tinase forms a unique group (Ch.ndrich.h.es ch.tinase). Th.se results suggested th.t th. possibility of th. formation of ch.tinase groups for each.class in th. ph.logenetic analysis based on th. observation of class-specific ch.tinase.
