Adsorption and ph.to catalysis are th. most popular meth.ds applied for th. reduction of amount of pollutants th.t enter water bodies. Th. main ch.llenge in th. process of adsorption is th. demonstration of th. experimental data obtained from sorption processes. For many decades most of th. research.rs used adsorption and kinetic of adsorption as a repetitive work to describe th. adsorption data by using common models such.as, Langmuir and Freundlich.for adsorption isoth.rms;PFO and PSO models for kinetics. Th.s h.s been done with.ut careful evaluation of th. ch.racteristics of adsorption process. It h.s been well understood th.t adsorption does not degrade th. pollutant to eco-friendly products and ph.to catalysis will not degrade with.ut adsorption of th. pollutant on th. catalyst. Th.refore, understanding th. detailed mech.nism of adsorption, as well as, ph.to catalysis h.s been presented in th.s paper. During ph.to catalysis: modification towards suppression of electron-h.le recombination, improving visible ligh. response, preventing agglomeration, controlling th. sh.pe, size, morph.logy, etc. are th. most important steps. Th.s mini review also widely discusses th. key points beh.nd adsorption and ph.to catalysis.

Evaluating wh.th.r h.brid zones are stable or mobile can provide novelinsigh.s for evolution and conservation biology. Butterflies exh.bit h.gh.sensitivity to envi-ronmental ch.nges and represent an important model system for th. study of h.brid zoneorigins and maintenance. h.re, we review th. literature exploring butterfly h.brid zones,with.a special focus on th.ir spatiotemporal dynamics and th. potential mech.nisms th.tcould lead to th.ir movement or stability. We th.n compare different lines of evidenceused to investigate h.brid zone dynamics and discuss th. strength. and weaknesses ofeach.approach. Our goal with.th.s review is to reveal general conditions associated with.h. stability or mobility of butterfly h.brid zones by synth.sizing evidence obtained us-ing different types of data sampled across multiple regions and spatial scales. Finally, wediscuss spatiotemporal dynamics in th. context of a speciation/divergence continuum, th.relevance of h.brid zones for conservation biology, and recommend key topics for futureinvestigation.

A simple and elegant meth.d to simulate single order reflection profile based on 1-D paracrystalline model h.s been proposed h.re. For variety of polymer films th.s approach.h.s been applied to compute microcrystalline parameters like crystallite size and lattice strain. Oth.r metallic oxide compounds are also analysed using th.s approach. Employing th.s model, X-ray diffraction patterns from various polymer samples h.ve been analysed and corresponding microstructure parameters h.ve been reported in th.s article.

In search.of synth.tic ch.moth.rapeutic substances capable of inh.biting, retarding, or reversing th. process of multi-stage carcinogenesis, we synth.sized a series of novel 5-amino pyrazole derivatives 11(a-h. by a nucleoph.lic substitution reaction and ch.racterized by 1h.nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), liquid ch.omatograph. mass spectrometry (LC/MS), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR), and elemental analysis. Th.se novel compounds were evaluated for th.ir efficacy in inh.biting Eh.lich.ascites tumor [EAT] cells in-vivo. In th. present study we designed, synth.sized, ch.racterized and investigate th. anti-angiogenic effects of th.se compounds, on Eh.lich.ascites tumor [EAT] cells in-vivo. Th. compounds were subsequently tested for th.ir ability to inh.bit neovascularisation in ch.rio allantoin membrane (CAM) model. From th. Structure Activity Relationsh.p (SAR) studies, it reveals th.t, th. substitution at N-terminal in pyrazole ring plays key role in th. antitumor and anti-angiogenic effects.

Renewable resources based polymers provides a sustainable alternative to petroleum derived polymeric *** a part of our series on synth.sis of vanillin based renewable polymers,we report th. synth.sis of poly(h.drovanilloin-furfural)[poly(h.L-Fur)]and poly(h.drovanilloin–5-h.drometh.lfurfural)[poly(h.L-5-h.F)].Vanillin was dimerized to a mixtures of meso/DL-h.drovanilloins with.94%meso product by electroch.mical reductive coupling in aqueous sodium h.droxide using lead electrodes in quantitative *** sodium h.droxide catalyzed condensation of h.drovanilloin with.furfural in water at 80℃for 72 h.was used to synth.size poly(h.L-Fur)with.Mw=8600 g mol^(−1),PDI=1.28 in 78%***,condensation of h.drovanilloin with.5-h.droxymeth.lfurfural at 80℃for 48 h.produced poly(h.L-5-h.F)with.Mw=12,100 g mol−1,PDI=1.27 in 68%***(h.L-Fur)and poly(h.L-5-h.F)sh.wed similar Tg values of 59℃and 60℃,respectively;wh.reas melting beh.viors are dissimilar with.Tm 171℃–173℃and 148℃–182℃,respectively.

In recent decades,fog computing h.s played a vital role in executing parallel computational tasks,specifically,scientific workflow *** cloud data centers,fog computing takes more time to run workflow ***,it is essential to develop effective models for Virtual Mach.ne(VM)allocation and task sch.duling in fog computing *** task sch.duling,VM migration,and allocation,altogeth.r optimize th. use of computational resources across different fog *** process ensures th.t th. tasks are executed with.minimal energy consumption,wh.ch.reduces th. ch.nces of resource *** th.s manuscript,th. proposed framework comprises two ph.ses:(i)effective task sch.duling using a fractional selectivity approach.and(ii)VM allocation by proposing an algorith. by th. name of Fitness Sh.ring Ch.otic Particle Swarm Optimization(FSCPSO).Th. proposed FSCPSO algorith. integrates th. concepts of ch.os th.ory and fitness sh.ring th.t effectively balance both.global exploration and local *** balance enables th. use of a wide range of solutions th.t leads to minimal total cost and makespan,in comparison to oth.r traditional optimization *** FSCPSO algorith.’s performance is analyzed using six evaluation measures namely,Load Balancing Level(LBL),Average Resource Utilization(ARU),total cost,makespan,energy consumption,and response *** relation to th. conventional optimization algorith.s,th. FSCPSO algorith. ach.eves a h.gh.r LBL of 39.12%,ARU of 58.15%,a minimal total cost of 1175,and a makespan of 85.87 ms,particularly wh.n evaluated for 50 tasks.

Th. black inch.worm, h.posidra talaca （Walker）（Geometridae： Lepidoptera） h.s earned considerable importance as a defoliator during last decade in north.east India. Ch.racteristic features of h. talaca, Such.as switch.ng from wild plants to Camellia sinensis, and completion of 6-8 generations in a year with.ut winter diapause appear to be th. major reasons for persistence of th. defoliator on C. sinensis. Th.re are reports on th. aggressive infestation of th. pest on C. sinensis th.n on alternate h.st plants and development of h.gh.tolerance^resistance to certain insecticides. Till date, more th.n one h.ndred alternate h.st plants h.ve been recorded for h. talaca, but with.very few natural enemies. To manage th.s pest ch.mically, synth.tic pesticides are widely used. Integrated management is recently being encouraged wh.rein cultural, mech.nical, ph.sical, biological and ch.mical meth.ds h.ve been contemplated. Th.s review collates th. work and literature on th. ecology of h. talaca and offers an analysis of th. problems encountered in managing th. defoliator in tea plantations. Furth.r, future directions for better management of h. talaca are suggested.

Objective:To study evolutionary relationsh.p of th. 5'untranslated regions(5'UTRs) in low passage dengue3 viruses(DEN3) isolated from h.spitalized ch.ldren with.different clinical manifestations in Bangkok during 24 year-evolution(1977-2000) comparing to th. DEN3prototype(h.7).Meth.ds:Th. 5'UTRs of th.se Th.i DEN3 and th. h.7 prototype were amplified by RT-PCR and *** multiple sequence alignments were done by Codon Code Aligner v 4.0.4 software and th.ir RNA secondary structures were predicted by MFOLD *** of five Th.i DEN3 candidates comparing to th. 1187 prototype were done in h.man(h.pG2) and th. mosquito(C6/36) cell ***:Among th.se Th.i DEN3,th. completely identical sequences of th.ir first 89 nucleotides,th.ir h.gh.order secondary structure of 5'UTRs and th.ee SNPs including th. predominant C90 T,and two minor SNPs including A109 G and A112 G were *** C90 T of Th.i *** isolates was sh.wn predominantly before *** Th.i DEN3 candidates with.th. predominant C90 T were sh.wn to replicate in h.man(h.pG2) and th. mosquito(C6/36) cell lines better th.n th. h.7 ***,th.ir h.gh.y conserved sequences as well as SNPs of th. 5'UTR did not appear to correlate with.th.ir disease severity in ***:Our findings h.gh.igh.ed evolutionary relationsh.p of th. completely identical 89 nucleotide sequence,th. h.gh.order secondary structure and th. predominant C90 T of th. 5'UTR of th.se Th.i DEN3 during 24 year-evolution furth.r suggesting to be th.ir genetic markers and magic targets for future research.on antiviral th.rapy as well as vaccine approach.s of Th.i DEN3.

Th. Sch.ff base form of th. 4-acylpyrazolone ligand was immobilized on th. silica surface by reaction of 3-aminopropyl silica with.4-acetyl-5-meth.l-2-ph.nyl-2,4-dih.dro-pyrazol-3-one in 97% yield, producing grafted silica with.0.77 mmol/g ligand loading. Th.s surface modified silica was sh.wn to be selective in th. adsorption of Yb3+ ions from dilute aqueous solutions, for wh.ch.98% adsorption was observed from a 1.0×10-5 mol/L aq. solution at ph.6.7, after 24 h.at room temperature. Six oth.r lanth.nides studied Eu3+, Gd3+, Nd3+, Tb3+, Sm3+ and La3+ sh.wed moderate to weaker adsorptions of 39%, 28%, 16%, 12%, 11% and 5% respectively under similar conditions.
