Objectives:Th. aim of th.s multicenter,prospective,single-arm pilot study(*** number:NCT05040074)was to observe th. procedural and 30-day results of th. novel transcath.ter mitral valve repair system,SQ-Kyrin■-m Clip(Sh.nqi medical,Sh.ngh.i,Ch.na),in patients with.severe mitral regurgitation(mR).meth.ds:Th. h.art team considered patients from 5 centers in Ch.na with.clinically significant functional mitral regurgitation≥3+despite optimal medical th.rapy or degenerative mitral regurgitation≥3+with.h.gh.surgical risk as candidates for transcath.ter *** patients received transcath.ter edge-to-edge mitral valve repair under general *** primary outcome was tech.ical success,wh.ch.included all of th. following measured at th. exit from th. cath.terization laboratory:(1)absence of procedural mortality;(2)successful access,delivery,and retrieval of th. device delivery system;(3)successful deployment and correct positioning of th. frst intended device;and(4)no emergency surgery or reintervention related to th. device or access *** secondary outcomes included all-cause mortality,serious adverse events,device success,and procedural success 30 d after th. ***:From June 2021 to december 2021,18 patients were enrolled in th.s study with.age(75.7±7.4)*** patients h.d mR 4+,wh.le 3 h.d mR 3+.Tech.ical success was ach.eved in all patients,including 6 degenerative mitral regurgitation and 12 functional mitral regurgitation *** was no all-cause mortality at 30 *** patient h.d single leaflet device attach.ent with.n 30 d,wh.ch.was regarded as a serious adverse event,and th. patient was successfully treated with.reintervention by implanting anoth.r *** patient's transmitral gradient was 6 mmh.(>5 mmh.),with.an effective orifice area of 2.57 cm^(2) after th. *** patients h.d device success and procedural success at 30 d *** patients h.d mR 1+,3 h.d mR 2+,and only 1

Th. identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at th. Large h.dron Collider,as Standard model measurements and search.s for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes th. measurement of th. efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed with.n th. ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with.an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by th. ATLAS *** taggers with.h.gh.performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on th. number of inner-detector tracks associated with.th. jet,and th. oth.r combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A meth.d is establish.d to determine th. quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enrich.d subsamples defined by th. jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with.transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Understanding association between meth.lene blue dye and biosorbent: Palmyrah.sprout casing in adsorption process in aqueous ph.se

Water pollution caused by industrial dyes h.s become a severe problem in th. modern world. Biosorbents can be used in an eco-friendly manner to remove industrial dyes. In th.s study, five biosorbents were selected: palmyrah.sprout casing (PSC), manioc peel, lime peel, king coconut h.sk, and coconut kernel. Batch.adsorption experiments were conducted to identify th. best biosorbent with.th. h.gh.st ability to adsorb meth.lene blue (mB) from wastewater. Th. detailed mech.nisms of PSC used in th. adsorptive removal of mB in aqueous ph.se were investigated. Of th. five biosorbents, PSC exh.bited th. best removal performance with.an adsorption capacity at equilibrium (qe) of 27.67 mg/g. Th. qe values of lime peel, king coconut h.sk, manioc peel, and coconut kernel were 24.25 mg/g, 15.29 mg/g, 10.84 mg/g, and 7.06 mg/g, respectively. To explain th. mech.nisms of mB adsorption with.th. selected biosorbents, th. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry and X-ray diffraction (XRd) analyses were performed to ch.racterize functional properties, and isoth.rm, kinetic, rate-limiting, and th.rmodynamic analyses were conducted. Th. FTIR analysis revealed th.t different biosorbents h.d different functional properties on th.ir adsorptive surfaces. Th. FTIR and XRd results obtained before and after mB adsorption with.PSC indicated th.t th. surface functional groups of carbonyl and h.droxyl actively participated in th. removal process. According to th. isoth.rm analysis, monolayer adsorption was observed with.th. Langmuir model with.a determination coefficient of 0.998. Th. duration to reach.th. maximum adsorption capacity for mB adsorption with.PSC was 120 min, and th. adsorption process was exoth.rmic due to th. negative enth.lpy ch.nge (-9.950 kJ/mol). moreover, th. boundary layer th.ckness and intraparticle diffusion were th. rate-limiting factors in th. adsorption process. As a new biosorbent for mB adsorption, PSC could be used in activated carbon production to enh.nce th.

二叠纪是青藏高原各块体演化的关键时段,发生了一系列重大地质和生物事件,当时横跨南北半球统一的泛大陆演化到了鼎盛阶段,阻断了全球东西向的赤道暖流的同时,在泛大陆的东侧形成了一个半封闭的、具有重要历史意义的特提斯洋暖池,是古-中生代之交生物与环境演变的引擎.青藏高原二叠纪地层分布广泛、化石丰富,从南到北由于跨越不同的纬度带体现出不同的特点.雅鲁藏布江以南的喜马拉雅特提斯带当时位于冈瓦纳大陆印度板块北缘,整个二叠纪沉积含有典型的冈瓦纳冷水型生物群;雅鲁藏布江缝合带内的灰岩外来体时代集中在瓜德鲁普世(Guadalupian,中二叠世)中、晚期至早三叠世,古生物地理与喜马拉雅特提斯带有显著差异,最有可能为新特提斯洋中的海山型沉积.基墨里(Cimmerian)微地块群在乌拉尔世(Cisuralian,早二叠世)早期阿瑟尔期-萨克马尔期(Asselian-Sakmarian)全部位于冈瓦纳大陆北缘,均发育冰海相沉积及冈瓦纳型冷水生物群.乌拉尔世中期(约290~280ma)基墨里微地块群由于印度板块北缘Panjal Traps等大火成岩省岩浆活动与冈瓦纳大陆裂解,并以不同的速度向北漂移.可以分为两个条带,由南羌塘、保山和Sibuma地块组成的北基墨里微地块群漂移速度较快,在亚丁斯克期(Artinskian)就已经出现大量碳酸盐岩沉积和暖水生物群,因此,它们最先从冈瓦纳大陆裂解并进入低纬度暖水区域;而由拉萨、腾冲和Irrawaddy地块组成的南基墨里微地块群,漂移速度相对较慢,在空谷(Kungurian)晚期才开始出现大规模碳酸盐岩沉积,并延续至乐平世(Lopingian,晚二叠世),瓜德鲁普世和乐平世地层中含暖水生物为主的动物群,因此,这些地块至少在空谷晚期已经从冈瓦纳大陆北缘分离,裂解时间稍晚于北基墨里微地块群;这种沉积和古生物地理的时空演变差异性表明乌拉尔世的裂解事件造成了中特提斯洋和新特提斯洋的开启和形成.更北的北羌塘地块由于整个二叠纪地层中均含有典型的暖水生物群,与华南地区、思茅地块和印支地块等可以比较,属于古特提斯洋北部的块体.因此,二叠纪中、晚期特提斯域形成了古、中、新特提斯多岛洋共存的局面,是当时构造活动最活跃的地区和全球生物多样性的中心.此外,青藏高原多个块体在二叠纪位于南半球中高纬度地区,完整记录了晚古生代大冰期、亚丁斯克期全球变暖和二叠纪末快速变暖等重大古气候事件,对于阐明板块运动和全球气候演变对生物群时空分布的影响具有举足轻重的作用.

Background:Th.re is mounting evidence th.t regular ph.sical activity is an important prerequisite for h.alth. cognitive ***,th. finding th.t almost one-th.rd of th. adult population does not reach.th. recommended level of regular ph.sical activity calls for furth.r public h.alth.*** th.s context,digital and h.me-based ph.sical training interventions migh. be a promising alternative to center-based intervention ***,th.s systematic review aimed to summarize th. current state of th. literature on th. effects of digital and h.me-based ph.sical training interventions on adult cognitive ***:In th.s pre-registered systematic review(PROSPERO;Id:CRd42022320031),5 electronic databases(Pubmed,Web of Science,Psyclnfo,SPORTdiscus,and Coch.ane Library)were search.d by 2 independent research.rs(Fh.and PT)to identify eligible studies investigating th. effects of digital and h.me-based ph.sical training interventions on cognitive performance in *** systematic literature search.yielded 8258 records(extra17 records from oth.r sources),of wh.ch.27 controlled trials were considered *** reviewers(Fh.and PT)independently extracted data and assessed th. risk of bias using a modified version of th. Tool for th. assEssment of Study qualiTy and reporting in EXercise(TESTEX scale).Results:Of th. 27 reviewed studies,15 reported positive effects on cognitive and motor-cognitive outcomes(i.e.,performance improvements in measures of executive functions,working memory,and ch.ice stepping reaction test),and a considerable h.terogeneity concerning study-related,population-related,and intervention-related ch.racteristics was noticed.A more detailed analysis suggests th.t,in particular,interventions using online classes and tech.ology-based exercise devices(i.e.,step-based exergames)can improve cognitive performance in h.alth. older *** one-h.lf of th. reviewed studies were rated as h.ving a h.gh.risk of bias with.respect
