Th. Soft X-ray Imager(SXI)is part of th. scientific payload of th. Solar wind magnetosph.re Ionosph.re Link Explorer(SmILE)*** is a joint science mission between th. European Space Agency(ESA)and th. Ch.nese Academy of Sciences(CAS)and is due for launch.in *** is a compact X-ray telescope with.a wide field-of-view(FOV)capable of encompassing large portions of Earth.s magnetosph.re from th. vantage point of th. SmILE *** is sensitive to th. soft X-rays produced by th. Solar Wind Ch.rge eXch.nge(SWCX)process produced wh.n h.avy ions of solar wind origin interact with.neutral particles in Earth.s *** provides a mech.nism for boundary detection with.n th. magnetosph.re,such.as th. position of Earth.s magnetopause,because th. solar wind h.avy ions h.ve a very low density in regions of closed magnetic field *** sensitivity of th. SXI is such.th.t it can potentially track movements of th. magnetopause on timescales of a few minutes and th. orbit of SmILE will enable such.movements to be tracked for segments lasting many *** is led by th. Neutron-rich.P,Cl,and K isotopes,particularly th.se with.neutron numbers of approximately N=28,h.ve attracted extensive experimental and th.oretical *** utilize th. ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group approach.based on ch.ral nucleon-nucleon and th.ee-nucleon forces,to investigate th. exotic properties of th.se *** calculations of th. low-lying spectra are performed.A key finding is th. level inversion between 3/2^(+)_(1)and 1/2^(+)_(1)states in odd-A isotopes,attributed to th. inversion ofπ0xod3/2 andπls1/2 single-particle *** ab initio calculations,wh.ch.incorporate th. th.ee-nucleon forces,correlate closely with.existing experimental *** calculations of effective proton single-particle energies provide deeper insigh.s into th. sh.ll evolution for Z=14 and 16 *** results indicate th.t th. th.ee-body force plays important roles in th. sh.ll evolution for Z=14 and 16 sub-sh.lls with.neutron numbers ranging from 20 to ***,systematic ab initio calculations are conducted for th. low-lying spectra of odd-odd *** results correspond with.experimental data and provide new insigh.s for future research.into th.se isotopes up to and beyond th. drip line.

Th. impact of underwater bubbles on solid surfaces with.a gradient wettability is important for fundamental science and tech.ological applications. despite progress in th. translational motion of underwater bubbles on asymmetric surface, a fundamental dynamic understanding of asymmetrical bounce beh.vior of th. underwater bubble needs to be furth.r ***, we investigate asymmetrical bounce of underwater bubbles after impacting th. wettability gradient copper mesh.*** bounce of th. underwater bubble on th. wettability gradient mesh.WGm) surface is composed by asymmetrical spread in th. spread process and asymmetrical recoil in th. recoil process, wh.ch.induce th. unidirectional movement ***, effective bubble-size manipulation can be easily implemented due to different volumes of bubbles remaining at different locations of WGm surface. We envision th.t th.s work will provide a new understanding of asymmetrical bounce beh.vior of th. underwater bubble on th. wettability gradient surface, and propose a novel and feasible strategy for constructing th. underwater bubble manipulation system.

Constructing ch.rge transfer（CT） state by introducing donor（d） and acceptor（A） is an efficient strategy to regulate th. ph.toph.sical properties of luminescent materials. Traditional CT-type luminoph.res are built on π-conjugated fused-ring structures, wh.ch.always sh.w h.brid CT/locally excited（LE） states and luminescence quench.ng effect in th. aggregate state. In th.s work, eigh. conjugated biph.nyl（BP） and nonconjugated diph.nylmeth.ne（dPm） derivatives with.different donors and acceptors are synth.sized to investigate th. CT properties. Systematic ph.toph.sical ch.racterization and th.oretical calculation demonstrate th.t th. th.ough.space CT（TSCT） in nonconjugated dA-dPm exh.bit superior ph.toph.sical performance th.n th. conjugated dA-BP with.th.ough.bond CT（TBCT）, th. main manifestations are as follows:（1） TSCT luminoph.res produce longer maximum emission wavelength.λem) th.n th. corresponding TBCT ones. For example, th. longest λemof dmA-CN-dPm（dmA, dimeth.lamino） is 621 nm but th. corresponding λemof dmA-CN-BP is only 480 nm.（2） TSCT-based dA-dPm demonstrates more sensitive responsiveness to environmental stimuli such.as temperature and polarity.（3） Complete separation of th. th. h.gh.st occupied molecular orbital（h.mO） and th. lowest unoccupied molecular orbital（LUmO） distribution exists in all kinds of conformation of dA-dPm, wh.ch.was h.rd to realize in conjugated dA-BP.

Th. infinite-layer cuprate ACu O_(2)(A=Ca,Sr,Ba)possesses th. simplest crystal structure among numerous cuprate superconductors and can serve as a prototypical system to explore th. unconventional *** on th. first-principles electronic structure calculations,we h.ve studied th. electronic and magnetic properties of th. infinite-layer cuprate SrCuO_(2)from a ph.non *** find th.t interesting fluctuations of ch.rges,electrical dipoles,and local magnetic moments can be induced by th. atomic displacements of ph.non modes in SrCuO_(2)upon th. h.le *** all optical ph.non modes of SrCuO_(2)in th. antiferromagnetic Néel state,only th. A_(1g)mode th.t involves th. full-breath.ng O vibrations along th. Cu-O bonds can cause significant fluctuations of local magnetic moments on O atoms and dramatic ch.rge redistributions between Cu and O ***,due to th. atomic displacements of th. A_(1g)mode,both.th. ch.rge fluctuations on Cu and th. electrical dipoles on O sh.w a dome-like evolution with.increasing h.le doping,quite similar to th. experimentally observed beh.vior of th. superconducting T_(c);in comparison,th. fluctuations of local magnetic moments on O display a monotonic enh.ncement along with.th. h.le *** analyses indicate th.t around th. optimal doping,th.re exists a large softening in th. frequency of th. A_(1g)ph.non mode and a van h.ve singularity in th. electronic structure close to th. Fermi level,suggesting potential electron-ph.non *** work reveals th. important role of th. full-breath.ng O ph.non mode playing in th. infinite-layer SrCuO_(2),wh.ch.may provide new insigh.s in understanding th. cuprate superconductivity.

Th.swork investigates an oblique stagnation point flowof h.brid nanofluid over a rigid surface with.power lawfluidas lubricated layers. Copper (Cu) and Silver (Ag) solid particles are used as h.brid particles acting in water h.O asa base fluid. Th. math.matical formulation of flow configuration is presented in terms of differential systemth.t isnonlinear in nature. Th. th.rmal aspects of th. flow field are also investigated by assuming th. surface is a h.atedsurface with.a constant temperature T. Numerical solutions to th. governing math.matical model are calculatedby th. RK45 algorith.. Th. results based on th. numerical solution against various flow and th.rmal controllingparameters are presented in terms of line graph.. Th. specific results depict th.t th. h.at flux increases over th.lubricated-indexed parameter.

Th. complete and incomplete fusion cross sections for ^(6)Li+^(209)Bi were measured using th. in-beamγ-ray meth.d around th. Coulomb *** cross sections of(deuteron captured)incomplete fusion(ICF)products were re-quantified experimentally for th.s reaction *** results reveal th.t th. ICF cross section is equivalent to th.t of complete fusion(CF)above th. Coulomb barrier and dominant near or below th. Coulomb barrier.A th.oretical calculation based on th. continuum discretized coupled ch.nnel(CdCC)meth.d was performed for th. aforementioned CF and ICF cross sections;th. result is consistent with.th. *** universal fusion function(UFF)was also compared with.th. measured CF cross section for different barrier parameters,demonstrating th.t th. CF suppression factor is significantly influenced by th. ch.ice of potential,wh.ch.can reflect both.dynamic and static effects of breakup on th. fusion process.
