This paper proposes a measurement method related to the braking deformation of a complex *** the braking process,the deformation of the wheel includes large amounts of movement,vibration,warping,and distortion.A novel subset assignment and correlation method is proposed to measure the complex *** proposed method can greatly improve the accuracy and stability of the calculation of complex deformations by simplifying the complex deformation into translational deformations in logarithmic coordinate *** to the simulation and actual experiments,the proposed method can be utilized to measure the deformations of up to 100%tensile strain under complex *** to the accuracy verification experiment,the error of the proposed method is less than 50 *** results show that the proposed method can effectively carry out structural deformation measurement in the complex motion and deformation *** proposed method has great significance for structural performance analysis and optimization design considering complex motion and deformation.

Environmental photocatalysis is a promising technology for treating antibiotics in *** this study,a supercritical carbonization method was developed to synthesize a single-atom photocatalyst with a high loading of Ni(above 5 wt.%)anchored on a carbonnitrogen-silicate substrate for the efficient photodegradation of a ubiquitous environmental contaminant of tetracycline(TC).The photocatalyst was prepared from an easily obtained metal-biopolymer-inorganic supramolecular hydrogel,followed by supercritical drying and carbonization *** low-temperature(300℃)supercritical ethanol treatment prevents the excessive structural degradation of hydrogel and greatly reduces the metal clustering and aggregation,which contributed to the high Ni *** characterizations confirmed that Ni was present at isolated sites and stabilized by Ni-N and Ni-O bonds in a Ni-(N/O)_(6)-C/SiC configuration.A 5%Ni-C-Si catalyst,which performed the best among the studied catalysts,exhibited a wide visible light response with a narrow bandgap of 1.45 eV that could efficiently and repeatedly catalyze the oxidation of TC with a conversion rate of almost 100% within 40 *** reactive species trapping experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR)tests demonstrated that the h+,and·O_(2)-were mainly responsible for TC *** TC degradation mechanism and possible reaction pathways were provided ***,this study proposed a novel strategy to synthesize a high metal loading singleatom photocatalyst that can efficiently remove TC with high concentrations,and this strategy might be extended for synthesis of other carbon-based single-atom catalysts with valuable properties.

In this paper,we consider the parallel-machine customer order scheduling with delivery time and submodular rejection *** this problem,we are given m dedicated machines in parallel and n customer *** order has a delivery time and consists of m product types and each product type should be manufactured on a dedicated *** order is either rejected,in which case a rejection penalty has to be paid,or accepted and manufactured on the m dedicated *** objective is to find a solution to minimize the sum of the maximum delivery completion time of the accepted orders and the penalty of the rejected orders which is determined by a submodular *** design an LP rounding algorithm with approximation ratio of n+1 for this problem.

This work reports that the flame oscillation induced by acoustic excitation can effectively suppress soot generation in Rijke-type *** the acoustic frequency is close to the natural frequency of the burner system,it can produce resonance resulting in intense oscillation of the *** relationship between the soot suppression efficiency and the acoustic field of standing wave at different flame positions is *** with that under self-excited oscillation,when there is external forced acoustic force introduced to the flame,oscillation combustion occurred in a lager zone in the glass *** fundamental cause of different soot suppression efficiency at different positions is that the standing wave acoustic field causes the particles to move at different speeds in different positions of the glass *** axial particle velocity difference results in the formation of acoustic vortexes and the change of the flame *** high particle velocity causes the air in the glass tube to turn into the turbulent condition and make the flame temperature *** results show that the surface growth rate of soot is reduced,while the oxidation rate of soot is enhanced,which result in the soot suppression under acoustic *** study can provide some reference for the practical application of oscillate combustion in soot suppression.

In order to obtain the sharp cube texture,a new process,the intermediate annealing rolling technique,has been introduced to prepare the Ni7W *** this paper,a cubic texture content up to 98.5%within 10°of the standard cubic orientation is obtained in the final substrate and the influence of this improved rolling technique on the cube texture formation has been *** results show that the increased cube texture in the Ni7W substrate is caused by the optimized deformation texture and the increased nucleated fraction of the cube grains.

The Orthopoxvirus genus,especially variola virus(VARV),monkeypox virus(MPXV),remains a significant public health threat *** development of therapeutic antibodies against orthopoxviruses is largely hampered by the high cost of antibody engineering and manufacturing ***-encoded antibodies have emerged as a powerful and universal platform for rapid antibody ***,by using the established lipid nanoparticle(LNP)-encapsulated mRNA platform,we constructed four mRNA combinations that encode monoclonal antibodies with broad neutralization activities against *** vivo characterization demonstrated that a single intravenous injection of each LNP-encapsulated mRNA antibody in mice resulted in the rapid production of neutralizing *** importantly,mRNA antibody treatments showed significant protection from weight loss and mortality in the vaccinia virus(VACV)lethal challenge mouse model,and a unique mRNA antibody cocktail,Mix2a,exhibited superior in vivo protection by targeting both intracellular mature virus(IMV)-form and extracellular enveloped virus(EEV)-form *** summary,our results demonstrate the proof-of-concept production of orthopoxvirus antibodies via the LNP-mRNA platform,highlighting the great potential of tailored mRNA antibody combinations as a universal strategy to combat orthopoxvirus as well as otheremerging viruses.

It has been a common method to improve the mechanical properties of metals by manipulating their microstructures via static recrystallization,i.e.,through heat ***,the knowledge of recrystallization and grain growth is critical to the success of the *** the present work,by using in-situ high temperature EBSD,the mechanisms that control recrystallization and grain growth of an extruded pure Mg were *** experimental results revealed that the grains of priority for dynamic recrystallization exhibit fading competitiveness under static *** is also found that grain boundary movement or grain growth is likely to show an inverse energy gradient effect,i.e.,low energy grains tend to swallow or grow into high energy grains,and grain boundaries of close to 30°exhibit superior growth advantage to *** finding is that{10-12}tensile twin boundaries are sites of hardly observed for recrystallization,and are finally swallowed by adjacent recrystallized *** above findings may give comprehensive insights of static recrystallization and grain growth of Mg,and may guide the design of advanced materials processing in microstructural engineering.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common primary liver cancer and poses a major challenge to global health due to its high morbidity and *** chemotherapy is usually targeted to patients with intermediate to advanced stages,but it is often ineffective and suffers from problems such as multidrug resistance,rapid drug clearance,nonspecific targeting,high side effects,and low drug accumulation in tumor *** response to these limitations,recent advances in nanoparticle-mediated targeted drug delivery technologies have emerged as breakthrough approaches for the treatment of *** review focuses on recent advances in nanoparticle-based targeted drug delivery systems,with special attention to various receptors overexpressed on HCC *** receptors are key to enhancing the specificity and efficacy of nanoparticle delivery and represent a new paradigm for actively targeting and combating *** comprehensively summarize the current understanding of these receptors,their role in nanoparticle targeting,and the impact of such targeted therapies on *** gaining a deeper understanding of the receptor-mediated mechanisms of these innovative therapies,more effective and precise treatment of HCC can be achieved.

As a serious cardiovascular disease,atherosclerosis(AS)causes chronic inflammation and oxidative stress in the body and poses a threat to human ***-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)is a member of the phospholipase A2(PLA2)family,and its elevated levels have been shown to contribute to ***-PLA2 is closely related to a variety of lipoproteins,and its role in promoting inflammatory responses and oxidative stress in AS is mainly achieved by hydrolyzing oxidized phosphatidylcholine(ox PC)to produce lysophosphatidylcholine(lyso PC).Moreover,macrophage apoptosis within plaque is promoted by localized Lp-PLA2 which also promotes plaque *** paper reviews those researches of Chinese medicine in treating AS via reducing Lp-PLA2 levels to guide future experimental studies and clinical applications related to AS.

This paper is concerned with the scaled formation control problem for multi-agent systems(MASs)over fixed and switching ***,a modified resilient dynamic event-triggered(DET)mechanism involving an auxiliary dynamic variable(ADV)based on sampled data is *** the proposed DET mechanism,a random variable obeying the Bernoulli distribution is introduced to express the idle and busy situations of communication ***,the operation of absolute value is introduced into the triggering condition to effectively reduce the formation ***,a scaled formation control protocol with the proposed resilient DET mechanism is designed over fixed and switching *** scaled formation error system is modeled as a time-varying delay ***,several sufficient stability criteria are derived by constructing appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals(LKFs).A co-design algorithm based on the sparrow search algorithm(SSA)is presented to design the control gains and triggering parameters ***,numerical simulations of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are presented to validate the designed control method.
