背景:传统全膝关节置换过程中应用止血带的时机已有明确报道,随着关节相关技术不断精进,导航系统下全膝关节置换应用止血带的时机却鲜有报道。目的:评估采用全程与半程止血带对Brainlab导航系统下行全膝关节置换疗效的影响。方法:回顾性分析2022年1-12月在河北省沧州中西医结合医院行导航系统下全膝关节置换患者的资料,选择符合条件的145例患者进行分析,按松开止血带时机分为全程组(n=71)和半程组(n=74)。收集患者一般资料、围术期情况、术后膝关节周围肿胀情况、下肢深静脉血栓发生情况、目测类比评分、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分和关节遗忘评分,评估膝关节功能并进行比较。结果与结论:①与半程组相比,全程组患者的手术时间更短、下肢深静脉血栓发生率更高、术后膝关节肿胀情况更重(P0.05);④提示采用导航系统行全膝关节置换的患者中,半程使用止血带隐匿性失血量少、术后患肢肿胀程度及下肢深静脉血栓发生率低,膝关节功能恢复更快。

Constructing the Impossible Differential of Type-II GFN with Boolean Function and Its Application to WARP

Type-Ⅱ generalized Feist el network（GFN） has attracted a lot of attention for its simplicity and high *** differential attack is one of the powerful cryptanalytic approaches for word-oriented block ciphers such as Feistel-like *** deduce the impossible differential of Type-Ⅱ GFN by analyzing the Boolean function in the middle *** main idea is to investigate the expression with the variable representing the plaintext（ciphertext） difference words for the internal state *** adopting the miss-in-the-middle approach,we can construct the impossible differential of Type-Ⅱ *** an illustration,we apply this approach to WARP,a lightweight 128-bit block cipher with a 128-bit key which was presented by Banik et *** SAC *** structure of WARP is a 32-branch Type-Ⅱ ***,we find two 21-round truncated impossible differentials and implement a 32-round key recovery attack on *** the 32-round key recovery attack on WARP,some observations are used to mount an effective *** the advantage of the early abort technique,the data,time,and memory complexities are 2125.69chosen plaintexts,2126.6832-round encryptions,and 2100-bit,*** the best of our knowledge,this is the best attack on WARP in the single-key scenario.

Key recovery attack for PRESENT using slender-set linear cryptanalysis

In this paper, we propose a new n-round key recovery attack using modified slender-set linear cryptanalysis on PRESENT-like cipher with public S-boxes. In our attack, an effective method for distinguishing the right key from the wrong ones is presented. We apply our attack to PRESENT-80. The experiments show that we can recover the entire 80 key bits of 12-rounds PRESENT-80 with 2;data complexity, 2;time complexity, and negligible memory complexity. Furthermore, we investigate an（n+1）-round attack by extending the n-round key recovery attack. Our method can be used in most PRESENT-like ciphers where the linear layer is a bit-wise permutation.

Atmospheric and oceanic responses to Super Typhoon Mangkhut in the South China Sea:a coupled CROCO-WRF simulation

The South China Sea(SCS)is the largest marginal sea in the Northwest Pacific Ocean,and it encounters frequent *** atmosphere and ocean will create significant thermal and dynamic responses during the intense disturbance caused by ***,these responses have not been thoroughly investigated owing to the complicated marine *** to the satellite data,the SCS Basin was observed to have a strong sea surface temperature(SST)response to Typhoon Mangkhut,resulting in widespread SST cooling.A coupled model was used to investigate the atmospheric and oceanic responses to Typhoon ***-track data,satellite SST,and ARGO measurements show that the coupled WRF-CROCO simulation displays better track,intensity,SST,temperature,and salinity profiles than those of the WRF-only *** show that the typhoon induced rightward intensifications in wind speed,ocean current,and *** following are some remarkable atmosphere and ocean responses:(1)the SST below the inner-core region is cooled by 1℃,resulting in a 37%-44%decrease in wet enthalpy,and the central pressure is increased by~9 ***,the changes in SST below the innercore region of the SCS Basin have a significant impact on air-sea fluxes under high-wind conditions;(2)the ocean boundary layer analysis shows that near-inertial oscillations on the right side of the typhoon track and a strong inertial current up to~2.28 m/s in the upper ocean were observed,which resonated with the local wind and flow field on the right side and induced strong SST cooling;(3)a decrease in SST decreased the moist static energy of the typhoon boundary layer,thereby weakening the typhoon’s *** difference in equivalent potential temperature and sea surface pressure have a good correlation,indicating that the influence of moist static energy on typhoon intensity cannot be overlooked.

Rectangle Attack Against Type-I Generalized Feistel Structures

Type-I generalized Feistel networks(GFN) are widely used frameworks in symmetric-key primitive designs such as CAST-256 and Lesamnta. Different from the extensive studies focusing on specific block cipher instances, the analysis against Type-I GFN structures gives generic security evaluation of the basic frameworks and concentrates more on the effect of linear transformation. Currently, works in this field mainly evaluate the security against impossible differential attack,zero-correlation linear attack, meet-in-the-middle attack and yoyo game attack, while its security evaluation against rectangle attack is still missing. In this paper, we filled this gap and gave the first structural analytical results of Type-I GFN against rectangle attack. By exploiting its structural properties, we proved there exists a boomerang switch for Type-I GFN for the first time,which is independent of the round functions. Then we turned the boomerang switch into chosen plaintext setting and proposed a new rectangle attack model. By appending 1 more round in the beginning of the boomerang switch, we constructed a rectangle distinguisher and a key recovery attack could be performed.

Dynamic behavior of coalbed methane (CBM) flow will provide the theoretical basis to optimize production performance for a given well.A mathematical model is developed to simulate flowing pressures and pressure drops of CBM column from well head to bottom *** measured parameters and independent variables of flow rates,flowing pressures and temperatures are involved in CBM producing process along the *** developed relationships are validated against full-scale measured data in single-phase CBM *** proposed methodology can analyze the dynamic behavior in CBM reservoir and process of CBM flow with an overall accuracy of 2%.The calculating process of flowing pressures involves friction factor with variable Reynolds number and CBM temperature and compressibility factor with gravitational *** results showed that the effect of flowing pressure on CBM column was more obvious than that on CBM and water column accompanied by an increase of dynamic water *** ratios of flowing pressure on increment of CBM column to the whole column increased with the declined flow rates of water ***-hole pressure declined with the decreased flowing pressure of CBM column along the *** will lead to the results of the increased pressure drop of CBM column and CBM flow rate in single-phase CBM wellbores.

Cryptanalysis of Full-Round Magpie Block Cipher

Magpie is a lightweight block cipher proposed by Li et al. in Acta Electronica Sinica volumn 45,issue 10. It adopts an substitution-permutation network(SPN) structure with a block size of 64 bits and the key size of 96 bits, respectively. To achieve the consistency of the encryption and decryption, which is both hardware and software friendly, 16 bits of the key are used as control signals to select S-boxes and another 16 bits of the key are used to determine the order of the operations. As the designers claimed, the security might be improved as different keys generate different ciphers. This paper analyzes the security of Magpie, studies the difference propagation of Magpie, and finally finds that the cipher has a set of 280weak keys which makes the full-round encryption weak, and corrects the lower bound of the number of active S-boxes to 10 instead of 25 proposed by the designers. In the weak key model, the security of the cipher is reduced by the claimed 280to only 4×216.

Achieving near-infrared-light-mediated switchable friction regulation on MXene-based double network hydrogels

MXene possesses great potential in enriching the functionalities of hydrogels due to its unique metallic conductivity,high aspect ratio,near-infrared light(NIR light)responsiveness,and wide tunability,however,the poor compatibility of MXene with hydrogels limits further *** this work,we report a uniformly dispersed MXene-functionalized poly-N-isopropylacrylamide(PNIPAM)/poly-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid(PAMPS)double network hydrogel(M–DN hydrogel)that can achieve switchable friction regulation by using the NIR *** dispersity of MXene in hydrogels was significantly improved by incorporating the chitosan(CS)*** M–DN hydrogel showed much low coefficient of friction(COF)at 25℃ due to the presence of hydration layer on hydrogel *** illuminating with the NIR light,M–DN hydrogel with good photothermal effect rapidly raised the temperature to above the lower critical solution temperature(LCST),which led to an obvious increase of surface COF owing to the destruction of the hydration *** addition,M–DN friction control hydrogel showed good recyclability and controllability by tuning“on-off”of the NIR *** work highlights the construction of functional MXene hydrogels for intelligent lubrication,which provides insight for interface sensing,controlled transmission,and flexible robotic arms.
