阴道微生态在女性的生殖健康中发挥着重要的作用，其失调或变化会导致各种妇科疾病的发生。当阴道菌群中乳杆菌含量减少、加德纳菌含量增加时，会导致细菌性阴道病的发生。宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）的持续感染是诱发宫颈病变，尤其是宫颈癌的重要因素，已有研究证实阴道微生态的变化和细菌性阴道病与HPV的获得和持久感染相关。因此，明确HPV感染和阴道微生态的关系可为预防与HPV感染相关的疾病提供新的理念。目前，以“益生菌和益生菌相关制剂调节阴道微生物”的理念为恢复正常阴道微生态提供了新的研究理念。本文以阴道微生态为出发点，论证了阴道菌群的改变与细菌性阴道病的因果关联，围绕阴道菌群、解剖结构、内分泌变化和局部免疫4个方面与HPV感染之间的相关性做一综述，意在为防治与HPV感染相关的疾病提供新的理念。

Low-expansion superalloys are susceptible to weld solidification cracks and heat,affected zone （HAZ）microflssures. To predict solidification cracking, QBasic procedures were developed and solidification reaction sequence, type, and amount of eutectic product were caiculated As manifested, primary solidification is followed by L→（Y＋ NbC） and L → （Y＋ Laves） eutectic reaction sequentially for G H903 and GH907; hence, the terminal eutectic constitue Y/Laves, While for GH909, intsare made up of Y/NbC and Y/only reaction L → （Y ＋ Laves） occurs and more Y/Laves eutectic forms. Therefore, GH909is more sensitive to solidification cracking. To predict HAZ liquation, cracking Visual FORTRAN procedures were developed, and constitutional liquation of NbC was simulated. As shown, solid dissolution of NbC prior to liquation decreases, and initial liquid film increases with the rate of thermal cycle. Higher rate of thermal cycle promotes the melting of the matrix adjacent to the liquid film and postpones the solidification of the at the eutectic n size and peak rifled indirectly by hot ductility tests.

为了评价苍朴乌梅散的安全性,分别进行了苍朴乌梅散的急性毒性试验以及亚慢性毒性试验。在急性毒性试验中,各组SD大鼠在经口灌胃给药后,连续7 d观察大鼠的采食和精神状态。在亚慢性毒性试验中,80只SD大鼠(雌雄各半)被随机分为空白对照组以及苍朴乌梅散低、中、高剂量组,连续给药30 d后,检测各组大鼠的血常规、血液生化指标,并对脏器进行组织病理学分析。结果显示,在急性毒性试验中均无大鼠死亡;在亚慢性毒性试验中,中、高剂量组在体重增长率、血液学和生化检测中有个别指标与空白对照组有显著差异(P0.05)。研究表明,苍朴乌梅散对大鼠的LD_(50)>5 000 mg/kg,以10 g/kg(临床推荐剂量的25倍)连续给药SD大鼠30 d安全性好。

Multiple-bit upsets(MBUs)have become a threat to modern advanced field-programmable gate arrays(FPGAs)applications in radiation ***,many investigations have been conducted using mediumenergy heavy ions to study the effects of MBU ***,high-energy heavy ions(HEHIs)greatly affect the size and percentage of MBUs because their ionizationtrack structures differ from those of medium-energy heavy *** this study,the different impacts of high-energy and medium-energy heavy ions on MBUs in 28 nm FPGAs as well as their mechanisms are thoroughly *** the Geant4 calculation,more serious energy effects of HEHIs on MBU scales were successfully *** addition,we identified worse MBU responses resulting from lowered *** MBU orientation effect was observed in the radiation of different *** broadened ionization tracks for tilted tests in different dimensions could result in different MBU *** results also revealed that the ionization tracks of tilted HEHIs have more severe impacts on the MBU scales than mediumenergy heavy ions with much higher linear energy ***,comprehensive radiation with HEHIs is indispensable for effective hardened designs to apply highdensity 28 nm FPGAs in deep space exploration.

Solar vapor generation is a promising sustainable technology that uses solar distillation to produce fresh water from seawater and wastewater,helping relieve global water resource ***,inspired by naturally grown integrally molded mulberry leaves with a Janus hydrophilic and hydrophobic structure,a novel,simple,and efficient integrated molding method is proposed to break through the limitations of the traditional split manufacturing strategy and realizes the integrated formation of Janus *** on the spontaneous sedimentation characteristics of MXene in silk fibroin solution and its regulation of mesoscopic structure and hydrophilicity of silk fibroin,layered structures with different compositions and hydrophilicities were obtained in one ***,ethanol and glutaraldehyde were added to construct a physical crystallization-chemical crosslinking dual stabilization structure in silk *** evaporator has the evaporation rate of 3.07 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) and the efficiency of 86.8%under 1 sun and maintains high evaporation performance under various extreme test conditions including vigorous washing,repeated compression,and high-intensity ultraviolet(UV)***,the evaporator performs well in practical application scenarios,its evaporation rate in the simulated Dead Sea seawater exceeds 2.13 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),and more than 99.9%of the salt,heavy metal ions,oil pollution,and dyes are purified.

The effect of test methods and stress paths on the experimental value of the coefficient of earth pressure at rest, K0, was investigated under high pressures. The results indicate that the rigid pressure chamber and flexible lateral confining pressure medium method gives a stress ratio at the initial stage that is not the real K0. Moreover, K0 increases during the loading process becoming greater at high pressures. In the unloading process, however, K0 increases only at the initial stage but decreases thereafter. In addition, the incremental magnitude definition, K0=dσ3/dσ1, gives higher values than the total magnitude definition, K0=σ3/σ1, under loading. This is also true during initial stages of unloading. The experiment results also indicate that earth pressure at rest in deep and thick soils can be estimated by a power function of axial and confining pressures. It is necessary to choose the appropriate Kn to avoid some accidents.

For modern scaling devices,multiple cell upsets(MCUs)have become a major threat to high-reliability field-programmable gate array(FPGA)-based ***,both performing the worst-case irradiation tests to provide the actual MCU response of devices and proposing an effective MCU distinction method are urgently *** this study,high-and medium-energy heavy-ion irradiations for the configuration random-access memory of 28 nm FPGAs are *** MCU extraction method supported by theoretical predictions is proposed to study the MCU sizes,shapes,and frequencies in *** on the extraction method,the different percentages,and orientations of the large MCUs in both the azimuth and zenith directions determine the worse irradiation response of the *** extracted largest 9-bit MCUs indicate that high-energy heavy ions can induce more severe failures than medium-energy *** results show that both the use of high-energy heavy ions during MCU evaluations and effective protection for the application of high-density 28 nm FPGAs in space are extremely necessary.
