In recent years,countries worldwide have actively advocated electric vehicles for environmental ***-ever,restrictions on the driving range and charging have hampered the promotion of electric *** study proposes a portable,auxiliary photovoltaic power system based on a foldable scissors mechanism for electric *** system includes a photovoltaic power generation module and an electricity transfer *** photovoltaic power generation module built based on a foldable scissors mechanism is five times smaller than in its unfolded state,improving its portability in its folded *** electricity transfer module transfers electricity into the cabin via wireless power transfer units and stores electricity in *** simulation exper-iments were conducted to evaluate the system’s performance:maximum output power of 1.736 W is measured when the load is 5Ω,while maximum wireless power transfer efficiency is up to 57.7% with 10Ω *** elec-tric vehicle in Chengdu city was simulated for a case *** results show that the annual output of a single photovoltaic power system can drive the MINIEV for 423.625 km,indicating that the proposed system would be able to supply power for electric vehicles as an auxiliary power supply system.

The li-Mg-B-H composite(2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2))has a high capacity of 11.4 wt%as a hydrogen storage ***,the slow kinetics and poor cycling stability severely restrict its practical *** this work,a layered Nb_(2)C MXene was first synthesized and then introduced to tailor the kinetics and cycling stability of the li-Mg-B-H *** milled 2liH+MgB_(2)composites were initially hydrogenated to obtain the 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)*** 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5wt%Nb_(2)C can release 9.0 wt%H_(2)in 30 min at 400℃,while it is only 2.7 wt%for the undoped 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2).The dehydrogenation activation energies of MgH_(2)and liBH_(4)are 123 and 154 kJ·mol^(-1)respectively for the 5 wt%Nb_(2)C-doped composite,lower than the undoped composite(164 and 165 kJ·mol^(-1)).The 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5 wt%Nb_(2)C possesses excellent cycling stability,with the reversible capacity only slightly reduced from 9.4 wt%for the 1st cycle to 9.3 wt%for the 20th ***_(2)C keeps stable in the composite and acts as an efficient catalyst for the li-Mg-B-H *** is believed that both the layered structure and the active Nb element contribu te to the enhanced hydrogen storage performances of the li-Mg-B-H *** work confirms that the Nb_(2)C MXene with layered stru cture has a significant enhancing impact on the li-Mg-B-H hydrogen storage materials,which is different from the bulk NbC.

High precision and high throughput detection of heavy metal ions is essential for water quality monitoring and ***,we propose a plasmonic & electrochemical dual-mode fiber sensing probe for label-free and real-time detection of multiple ions(Pb2+and Cu2+as examples).This sensor comprises a multimode fiber-single mode fiber reflection probe,the outer surface of which is coated with a gold nanofilm to excite the surface plasmon resonance(SPR) optically and simultaneously serves as an electrochemical working *** traditional electrochemical detection,the enrichment of ions cannot be detected in ***,by utilizing the plasmonic & electrochemical dual-mode detection method,various kinds of metal ions can be deposited onto the gold nanofilm and selectively oxidized during forward potential scanning,and the entire electrochemical process can be monitored by SPR *** experimentally demonstrate that the sensor can simultaneously detect Pb2+and Cu2+in a mixed solution in real-time,providing a linear response over the ion concentration range from 10-12to 10-7M and offering an excellent detection limit(1.69×10-14–5.49×10-13M).The proposed dual-mode fiber sensor has the benefits of remote sensing,compact footprint,and cost-effectiveness and shows excellent potential for water quality risk management in difficult-to-reach environments.

A spectral programmable, continuous-wave mid-infrared(MIR) optical parametric oscillator(OPO), enabled by a self-developed high-power spectral tailorable fiber laser, was proposed and realized. While operating at a singlewavelength, the maximum idler power reached 5.53 W at 3028 nm, with a corresponding pump-to-idler conversion efficiency of 14.7%. The wavelength number switchable output was available from one to three. The single idler was tunable in a range of 528 nm(2852–3380 nm). In a dual-wavelength operation, the interval between two idlers could be flexibly tuned for 470 nm(53–523 nm), and the intensity of each channel was controllable. Triplewavelength idler emission was realized, meanwhile exhibiting spectral custom-tailored ***, we balanced the parametric gain through the pre-modulating broadband multi-peak pump spectra,enabling a 10 d B bandwidth adjustment of the idler emission from 20 to 125 nm. This versatile mid-infrared laser,simultaneously featuring wide tuning, multi-wavelength operation, and broad bandwidth manipulation, has great application potential in composition detection, terahertz generation, and speckle-free imaging.

Lyotropic liquid crystals have lubricating properties due to their ordered assembly and fluidity,whose mesogens are often characterized by amphiphilic *** the attention that graphene oxide(GO)has been studied as a novel amphiphilic lyotropic mesogen this decade,and GO applied as a lubrication additive has been demonstrated in both oil and water-based systems,little research reveals the interfacial lubrication of GO liquid crystals *** work reports that GO aqueous dispersion can form lyotropic liquid crystals above a specific critical concentration of 5.00 mg/mL,providing a form of stable water-based lubricant,which can keep stable for several months and can reduce friction by 37.3%and wear by 25.24%.The liquid crystal phase was verified by polarizing microscope and synchrotron radiation small-angle X-ray scattering,and its rheological properties and viscoelasticity were studied by interfacial *** formation of lyotropic liquid crystals can enhance the stability of GO aqueous dispersions at high density,simultaneously ensuring friction decrease and anti-wear *** is attributed to the stable nematic network by the ordered GO *** ordered assembly structure bears vertical shear force,therefore,reducing the *** is also assumed that the wide lateral size of graphene oxide promotes the nematic phase thus smoothes the graphene oxide film composed spontaneously under the coincidence of lamellar liquid crystal and 2D layered *** this work,the interlayer lubrication of GO was optimized,and the problem of GO dispersion sedimentation was solved by *** range of interfacial lubrication of GO aqueous dispersion has been expanded and the synergistic effect is conducive to the environmentally friendly lubricants.

Defect-induced synthesis of nanoscale hierarchically porous metal-organic frameworks with tunable porosity for enhanced volatile organic compound adsorption

Nanoscale hierarchically porous metal-organic frameworks （NH-MOFs） synergistically combine the advantages of nanoscale MOFs and hierarchically porous MOFs,resulting in remarkable characteristics such as increased specific surface area,greater porosity,and enhanced exposure of active ***,nanoscale hierarchically porous UIO-66 （UIO-66＿X） was synthesized using a defect-induced strategy that employed ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid （EDTA） as a *** introduced EDTA occupies the coordination sites of organic ligands,promoting the formation and growth of UIO-66 crystal nuclei and inducing defects during *** as-synthesized UIO-66＿X crystals exhibit a uniform distribution with an average size of approximately 100 *** addition,the total pore volume attains a remarkable value of 0.95 cm3g-1,with mesopores constituting 36.8%of the ***,the porosities of UIO-66＿X can be easily tuned by controlling the molar ratio of EDTA/Zr4+.In addition,the as-synthesized UIO-66＿X exhibits excellent adsorption capacities for n-hexane (344 mg g-1) and pxylene (218 mg g-1),which are 44.5%and 27.5%higher than those of conventional UIO-66,***,the adsorption behavior of n-hexane and p-xylene molecules in UIO-66＿X was investigated using density functional theory simulations.

Tumor-derived exosomes (TEXs) enriched in immune suppressive molecules predominantly drive T-cell dysfunction and impair antitumor immunity. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has emerged as a promising treatment for refractory and relapsed hematological malignancies, but whether lymphoma TEXs have the same impact on CAR T-cell remains unclear. Here, we demonstrated that B-cell lymphoma-derived exosomes induce the initial activation of CD19-CAR T-cells upon stimulation with exosomal CD19. However, lymphoma TEXs might subsequently induce CAR T-cell apoptosis and impair the tumor cytotoxicity of the cells because of the upregulated expression of the inhibitory receptors PD-1, TIM3, and LAG3 upon prolonged exposure. Similar results were observed in the CAR T-cells exposed to plasma exosomes from patients with lymphoma. More importantly, single-cell RNA sequencing revealed that CAR T-cells typically showed differentiated phenotypes and regulatory T-cell (Treg) phenotype conversion. By blocking transforming growth factor β (TGF-β)-Smad3 signaling with TGF-β inhibitor LY2109761, the negative effects of TEXs on Treg conversion, terminal differentiation, and immune checkpoint expression were rescued. Collectively, although TEXs lead to the initial activation of CAR T-cells, the effect of TEXs suppressed CAR T-cells, which can be rescued by LY2109761. A treatment regimen combining CAR T-cell therapy and TGF-β inhibitors might be a novel therapeutic strategy for refractory and relapsed B-cell lymphoma.
