Deep eutectic solvents for separation and purification applications in critical metal metallurgy:Recent advances and perspectives

Solvent extraction,a separation and purification technology,is crucial in critical metal *** solvents commonly used in solvent extraction exhibit disadvantages,such as high volatility,high toxicity,and flammability,causing a spectrum of hazards to human health and environmental *** solvents have been recognized as potential alternatives to these harmful organic *** the past two decades,several neoteric solvents have been proposed,including ionic liquids(ILs)and deep eutectic solvents(DESs).DESs have gradually become the focus of green solvents owing to several advantages,namely,low toxicity,degradability,and low *** this critical review,their classification,formation mechanisms,preparation methods,characterization technologies,and special physicochemical properties based on the most recent advancements in research have been systematically ***,the major separation and purification applications of DESs in critical metal metallurgy were comprehensively ***,future opportunities and challenges of DESs were explored in the current research *** conclusion,this review provides valuable insights for improving our overall understanding of DESs,and it holds important potential for expanding separation and purification applications in critical metal metallurgy.

We briefly introduce a new high-pressure transport measurement system integrated with low temperature and magnetic field that is being established as one of the user experimental stations of the Synergetic Extreme Condition User Facilities in the Huairou District of Beijing, China. To demonstrate the capabilities of the system for condensed matter research, the emergence of some pressure-induced phenomena and physics related to superconductivity found previously is also introduced, and then a perspective for such an advanced high-pressure system is presented.

目的:了解早期新生儿维生素K缺乏的状况及防治对策。方法:对住院的早期新生儿(日龄≤5天),用酶联免疫法检测血浆PIVKA-Ⅱ含量,PIVKA-Ⅱ阳性提示维生素K缺乏。对存在维生素K缺乏及合并出血的患儿给予不同剂量的维生素K_1,并监测给药后血浆PIVKA-Ⅱ水平的变化。结果:在214例住院早期新生儿中,PIVKA-Ⅱ阳性患儿共96例,占44.86％。PIVKA-Ⅱ阳性组新生儿出血症发生率高于阴性组,两组差异有显著性。对阳性组新生儿给予两种剂量维生素K_1并于给药后60～84小时复查血浆PIVKA-Ⅱ水平,其有效率分别为70.0％和80.0％,两组比较无显著性差异。结论:新生儿血浆PIVKA-Ⅱ的检测可反应维生素K缺乏状况,给予维生素K_1可有效地预防新生儿出血症,推荐剂量为1 mg。

p-TsOH catalyzed Diels-Alder reaction of 3-(indol-3-yl)maleimides with 3-phenacylideneoxindoles in toluene at 80℃for two hours afforded cis/trans isomers of 3 a’,4’,6’,10 c’-tetrahydrospiro[indoline-3,5’-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazoles]in nearly comparable yields,which could be easily converted to the corresponding 4’,6’-dihydrospiro[indoline-3,5’-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazole]in high yields and with high diastereoselectivity by further DDQ ***,the similar reaction of 3-(indol-3-yl)maleimides with 2-arylidene-1,3-indanediones in toluene 80℃and sequential DDQ oxidation afforded functionalized dihydrospiro[indene-2,5’-pyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazoles]as major products.

Methyl formate is one of the most important intermediates in C1 chemistry, which has been employed in a wide range of industrial applications. Current synthesis methods for methyl formate mainly include esterification of methanol and formic acid, liquid-phase methanol carbonylation, oxidative dehydrogenation of methanol, one-step syngas synthesis, and carbon dioxide hydrogenation and condensation with methanol, Liquid-phase methanol carbonylation is currently a main commercially viable process devel- oped by BASF Corp, for the industrial production of methyl formate. Recently, Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences has developed a new synthesis method to con- vert coal to methyl formate （denoted as CTMF）, Different from the liquid-phase methanol carbonylation using homogeneous catalysts, CTMF method features with vapor-phase methanol carbonylation using het- erogeneous nanocatalysts, which can effectively utilize the coal-based syngas and produce value-added fine chemicals （i.e., methyl formate）. The newly developed method not only provides a new methyl for- mate synthesis technology but also contributes to the development of strategies for synthesizing valuable chemicals from coal. In this review, we firstly provide introduction on the development of existing methyl formate synthesis methods and then highlight the research progress of CTMF method. Finally, a perspec- tive on the future of CTMF is given,

面对能源和环境的巨大压力,混合动力汽车(hybrid electric vehicle,HEV)已成为汽车工业发展的重要方向。混合动力电动汽车与传统汽车有很大不同,具有独特而又复杂的能量及驱动系统,故对控制系统的要求更高和依赖性更强。该系统可以归结为一类具有高度不确定性和强非线性的混杂切换动态系统,其优化控制策略的优劣直接影响车辆的经济性、可靠性、安全性和舒适性。然而混合动力电动汽车能量及驱动系统的控制器设计却面临众多挑战,现代控制理论和技术则是解决这一技术瓶颈的关键手段。本文从系统与控制科学的角度,深刻全面地综述了HEV能量及驱动系统的能量管理策略、车载动力电池状态估计、驱动系统及其优化控制等关键科学与技术问题及其研究进展,最后指出了HEV能量及驱动系统优化控制技术和理论面临的挑战和发展趋势。

The development of alkaline fuel cells is moving forward at an accelerated pace,and the application of ether-free bonded polymers to anion exchange membranes （AEMs） has been widely ***,the question of the“trade-off”between AEM ionic conductivity and dimensional stability remains *** strategy of inducing microphase separation to improve the performance of AEM has attracted much attention recently,but the design of optimal molecular structures is still being ***,this work introduced different ratios of 3-bromo-1,1,1-trifluoroacetone （x=40,50,and 60） into the main chain of poly（p-terphenylene isatin）.Because fluorinated groups have excellent hydrophobicity,hydrophilic hydroxyl-containing side chains are introduced to jointly adjust the formation of phase separation *** results show that PTI-PTF50-NOH AEM with the appropriate fluorinated group ratio has the best ionic conductivity and alkali stability under the combined effect of *** has an ionic conductivity of 133.83 mS cm-1at 80°*** addition,the OH-conductivity remains at 89%of the initial value at 80°C and 3 M KOH for 1056 h of *** cell polarization curve based on PTI-PTF50-NOH shows a power density of 734.76 mW cm-2at a current density of 1807.7 mA cm-2.
