MET gene alterations in lung cancer patients mainly include exon 14 skipping and gene amplification,which are the key therapeutic targets and drive resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKls).1 However,the structural variants of MET,such as MET fusions,are much rarer(0.26%),as reported in a Chinese non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)cohort.2 Several recurrent MET fusions,such as KIF5B-MET and HLADRB1-MET,were reported as oncogenic drivers and showed favorable responses to crizotinib.

In this study,a class of rare earth composite sandwich phthalocyanines(MPcs,M=La,Y,Yb,Sc) were prepared and compounded with graphene and carbon nanotubes to obtain MPc/Gr and MPc/CNTs *** electrocatalytic behaviors of MPc/Gr and MPc/CNTs electrodes were further *** results show that the central rare earth metal has a large influence on the electrocatalytic *** the MPcs/Gr samples,ScPc with the smallest ionic radius and molecular size can be more uniformly dispersed in graphene,and the hydrogen precipitation overpotential of ScPc/Gr electrode is514 mV,corresponding to a Tafel slope of 148 mV/dec,with better electrocatalytic performance than other rare earth metal *** for the MPc/CNTs composites,LaPc,which has the largest ionic radius and molecular size,is more uniformly dispersed on the surface of CNTs,so that the LaPc/CNT electrode exhibits the best LSV performance with the smallest corresponding Tafel slope(176 mV/dec).The main reason is the different binding modes of MPcs molecules in Gr and *** rare earth phthalocyanine is combined with layered graphene,the smallest size of rare earth phthalocyanine(ScPc)is more easily embedded in the graphene layer,resulting in better homogeneity of the composite,larger effective contact area and better electrocatalytic *** contrast,when rare earth phthalocyanine is bound to carbon nanotubes in a tubular structure,it is mainly bound by attaching to the surface or being entangled by the carbon *** this case,the rare-earth phthalocyanine molecules(LaPc)with larger layer spacing can provide more contact area with CNTs,forming a more uniform and effective composite,which eventually provides more active sites and better electrocatalytic performance.

Importance:Pediatric medication is a challenging issue *** trials of medications for children and implementing measures to encourage innovation for addressing unmet medical and health needs are ***:To explore the recent landscape of pediatric clinical trials of new investigational drugs conducted by pharmaceutical enterprises in China from 2013 to 2022 to provide insight into pediatric drug development in the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory policy ***:We performed a cross-sectional observational investigation of pediatric clinical trials registered from January 1,2013,to December 31,2022,on the Registration and Information Disclosure Platform for Drug Clinical Trials,the official registration platform established in 2013 for trials of new investigational drugs initiated by biopharmaceutical *** that included pediatric participants(under 18 years old)were retrieved,and their relevant characteristics were extracted and ***:In total,895 pediatric clinical trials were collected,accounting for 5.1%of the total registered clinical trials initiated prior to January 1,*** overall average annual growth rate for the number of pediatric clinical trials was 12%(Pounted for the highest proportion(49.1%,439).Of the 895 trials included,736(82.2%)were domestic trials,and 159(17.8%)were international multicenter *** terms of tested drugs,investigations of biological products accounted for the largest proportion of trials(67.4%,603).Among pediatric clinical trials,studies of vaccines accounted for the largest proportion of trials(41.0%,367),followed by trials for rare diseases(17.2%,154).Furthermore,geographical distribution analysis revealed that the largest and smallest numbers of trials were conducted in North China(35.7%,320)and Northeast China(0.8%,7),***:The growth trends for industry-sponsored clinical trials involving children illust

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)with advantages of abundant resource and low cost have emerged as promising candidates for the next-generation energy storage ***,safety issues existing in electrolytes,anodes,and cathodes bring about frequent accidents regarding battery fires and explosions and impede the development of high-performance ***,safety analysis and high-safety battery design have become prerequisites for the development of advanced energy storage *** reported reviews that only focus on a specific issue are difficult to provide overall guidance for building high-safety *** overcome the limitation,this review summarizes the recent research progress from the perspective of key components of SIBs for the first time and evaluates the characteristics of various improvement *** orderly analyzing the root causes of safety problems associated with different components in SIBs(including electrolytes,anodes,and cathodes),corresponding improvement strategies for each component were discussed *** addition,some noteworthy points and perspectives including the chain reaction between security issues and the selection of improvement strategies tailored to different needs have also been *** brief,this review is designed to deepen our understanding of the SIBs safety issues and provide guidance and assistance for designing high-safety SIBs.

N-doping has significant influence in manipulating the properties of TiO_(2),and this has stimulated the development of N-donor-functionalized titanium-oxo clusters(TOCs)as molecular models to study the structure-property ***,the structural type and photoresponsive application are still limited for such TOCs,especially regarding the high-nuclearity TOCs that contain structure unit of TiO_(2)for ***,we showed the synthesis of a series of high-nuclearity TOCs 1-3 compounds usingπ-conjugated 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)as chromophore and N-donor functional *** 1 features cocrystal structure composed of one[Ti_(26)]~(2+)and half[Ti_(22)]~(2+),which renders it as the first cocrystallized TOC containing two positively charged species and phen-functionalized TOC showing the highest nuclearity up to 37 Ti *** adjusting the synthetic conditions,the individual{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)}clusters can also be isolated as Compounds 2 and 3,*** core structure of{Ti_(22)}is mainly constructed from four lacunary{Ti_(4)}derived from pentagonal{Ti(Ti)_5}unit,while{Ti_(26)}is built from four complete{Ti(Ti)_5}***,a{Ti_8O_(14)}structure unit of anatase TiO_(2)can be identified in{Ti_(26)}.Based on the unique structural features and proper photophysical and photochemical properties of Compounds 1-3,they are applied for photocatalytic *** to the presence of anatase structure unit in{Ti_(26)}and the synergistic effect from{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)},the catalytic performance presents in the order of Compound 1>Compound 3>Compound *** work provides excellent models to understand the structureproperty relationship from the perspective of cocrystallization and Ti-O binding model and will further promote the application of TOCs as functional catalysts for organic transformation.

Organic conjugated polymers have received extensive attention due to their unique electronic ***,there have been relatively few reports on the dark photocatalytic reactions utilizing organic conjugated ***,we report the successful synthesis of an organic conjugated polymer based on poly(heptazine imide)nanocrystals(CNNCs)for H_(2)O_(2)evolution and biomedical applications using a simple salt molten method and sonication-centrifugation *** results show that these colloid CNNCs have the characteristics of photogenerated electrons accumulation and realize dark photocatalysis with high reducibility under visible light ***,these accumulating photogenerated electrons can reduce O_(2)in darkness to produce H_(2)O_(2).In addition,cytotoxicity tests were conducted and it was found that H_(2)O_(2)produced under dark conditions could oxidize L-arginine(L-Arg)to NO,which effectively killed tumors in the *** work provides an important strategy to construct organic conjugated semiconductor nanocrystals and applying them to future energy and biomedical fields.
