Powders of spinel LiLaxMn2-xO4 were successfully synthesized by the ultrasonic-assisted sol-gel （UASG） method. The structure and properties of LiLaxMn2-xO4 were examined by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, Fourier transform infrared （FT-IR） spectroscopy, scanning electronic microscopy （SEM）, galvanostatic charge-discharge test, and cyclic voltammetry （CV）. XRD results show that the La^3＋ can partially reptace Mn^3＋ in the spinel and the doped materials with La^3＋ have a larger lattice constant compared with pristine LiMn2O4. FT-IR indicates that the absorption peak of Mn^3＋-O and Mn^4＋- O bonds has a red and blue shift with the increase of doping lanthanum in LiLaxMn2-xO4, respectively. The charge-discharge test exhibits that the initial discharge capacity of LiLaxMn2-xO4 drops off, and the capacity retention increases gradually at C/5 discharge rate with the increase of doping lanthanum, and LiLa0.01Mn1.99O4 has a higher discharge capacity and a better cycling performance at 1C discharge rate. CV reveals that the doping La^3＋ is beneficial to the reversible extraction and intercalation of Li^＋ ions.

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects of genistein and equol on 3β-hydroxysteroid de- hydrogenase （3β-HSD） and 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 3 （17β-HSD3） in human and rat testis microsomes. These enzymes （3β-HSD and 17β-HSD3）, along with two others （cytochrome P450 side-chain cleavage enzyme and cytochrome P450 17α-hydroxylase/17-20 lyase）, catalyze the reactions that convert the steroid cholesterol into the sex hormone testosterone. Genistein inhibited 3β-HSD activity （0.2 μmol L^-1 pregnenolone） with half-maximal inhibition or a half-maximal inhibitory concentration （IC50） of 87 ± 15 （human） and 636 ± 155 nmol L^-1 （rat）. Genistein＇s mode of action on 3β-HSD activity was competitive for the substrate pregnenolonrge and noncompetitive for the cofactor NAD＋. There was no difference in genistein＇s potency of 3β-HSD inhibition between intact rat Leydig cells and testis microsomes. In contrast to its potent inhibition of 3β-HSD, genistein had lesser effects on human and rat 17β-HSD3 （0.1 μmol L^-1 androstenedione）, with an IC50 〉 100μmol L^-1. On the other hand, equol only inhibited human 3β-HSD by 42%, and had no effect on 3β-HSD and 17β-HSD3 in rat tissues. These observations imply that the ability of soy isoflavones to regulate androgen biosynthesis in Leydig cells is due in part to action on Leydig cell 3β- HSD activity. Given the increasing intake of soy-based food products and their potential effect on blood androgen levels, these findings are greatly relevant to public health.

The influence of Nb-V microalloying on the hot deformation behavior and microstructures of medium Mn steel(MMS)was investigated by uniaxial hot compression *** establishing the constitutive equations for simulating the measured flow curves,we successfully constructed deformation activation energy(Q)maps and processing maps for identifying the region of flow *** concluded the following consequences of Nb-V alloying for MMS.(i)The critical strain increases and the increment diminishes with the increasing deformation temperature,suggesting that NbC precipitates more efficiently retard dynamic recrystallization(DRX)in MMS compared with solute Nb.(ii)The deformation activation energy of MMS is significantly increased and even higher than that of some reported high Mn steels,suggesting that its ability to retard DRX is greater than that of the high Mn content.(iii)The hot workability of MMS is improved by narrowing the hot processing window for the unstable flow stress,in which fine recrystallized and coarse unrecrystallized grains are present.

The Triple Ionosphere Photo Meter （TRIPM） is a far ultraviolet nadir-view photometer that is onboard the secondgeneration,polar-orbiting Chinese meteorological satellite Feng-Yun 3E （FY-3E）,which was launched on July 5,*** has three channels,and each is used to measure different types of emissions:（1） 135.6 nm airglow produced by the recombination of the O+ions and electrons in the absence of sunlight （nighttime channel）;（2） 135.6 nm airglow from the OI when sunlight is present （daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel）;and （3） Airglow in the N2LBH of the TRIPM （daytime/dusk-dawn N2LBH channel）.FY-3E is a satellite operating in the early morning ***,the data are mostly distributed on the dawndusk side or at times when the solar zenith angle is relatively *** this study,combined with simulation calculations,the data are *** further explore the application value of the data products,a model is used to separate the ionospheric radiative recombination contribution from the thermosphere photoelectron impact excitation contribution in the data from the daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm *** approach not only improves the accuracy of O/N2derived from the 135.6 nm channel and N2LBH channel but also provides the ionospheric 135.6 nm radiance at the same time as the *** results show that the 135.6 nm radiance originating from the combination of O+and electrons extracted from the measurement data exhibits similar equatorial anomaly peak structure characteristics and seasonal variations as the corresponding GPS total electron content （TEC） *** the other hand,the separated 135.6 nm radiance generated from the thermosphere photoelectron collision excitation does not contain radiative recombination contributions;thus,the ionosphere influence is greatly avoided when the O/N2is obtained.

The combination of photodynamic therapy（PDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSH） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCPP） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCPP catalyzed H2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCPP can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSH,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular H2O2to generate ·OH with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCPP under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCPP could give full play to the advantages of PDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCPP mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.

肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis,HF)是肝硬化的早期阶段,是各种慢性肝病的共同病理过程,并最终发展成为肝硬化.随着生活水平的提高、饮食习惯的改变,糖尿病的发病率逐年升高.目前有很多资料证实了糖尿病与HF有关联.本文简要总结了近年来国内外学者在高血糖和波动血糖与HF关系研究中取得的共识与现状,并就其研究进展进行讨论和展望,以其加深人们对血糖和波动血糖与HF的认识并积极开展有关方面的研究.
