Nano-trace element additives, with a particle size of 1-100 nm, are absorbed directly by osmosis in animals without ion exchange. When added to the feed, they can not only promote the growth by own nutrition at the conventional size, but also greatly improve the utilization and ab-sorption rate of additives by animals. In this paper, the researches on micro-element feed additives such as nano-selenium, nano-copper, nano-zinc and nano-chromium were reviewed, which will provide basis for breeding production.

环境土壤中组成复杂，为了能够同时检测土壤中主次组分，建立了熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定环境土壤中主次组分的方法。为了防止腐蚀铂-金坩埚，实验先对环境土壤样品进行预氧化，即在800℃马弗炉灼烧2 h;再以四硼酸锂-偏硼酸锂混合熔剂(m(Li2B4O7)∶m(LiBO2)=67∶33)作为熔剂，确定稀释比为10∶1,以溴化锂为脱模剂，在1 050℃熔融10 min,制得玻璃熔片。选择土壤系列套标绘制校准曲线，并采用经典系数法对校准曲线进行校正，建立环境土壤中SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、Mn3O4、MgO、CaO、Na2O、K2O、P2O5、SO3、V2O5、Cr2O3、SrO、ZrO2、BaO、NiO、CuO、ZnO、PbO、HfO2等21种组分的校准曲线，各组分校准曲线的线性相关系数为0.998 95～1.000 00,各组分检出限为0.007%～0.023%。按照实验方法测定环境土壤样品中21种主次组分，结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.055%～7.3%。按照实验方法测定3个环境土壤标准物质，各组分的测定值与认定值相吻合。

基坑开挖与承压水突涌对桩基承载力影响分析

为研究基坑开挖与承压水突涌对桩基承载力的影响,选取典型工程案例,通过现场水位观测调查含水层分布情况及水位埋深,进行了坑底抗突涌验算,结合现场突涌发生过程,分析了突涌发生的原因。通过原位静力触探试验结果的对比,分析了坑底各土层扰动度以及扰动度随深度的变化规律,并提出了扰动度与桩基设计参数的关系。结果发现:承压水击穿管桩土塞是引起突涌的主要原因;基坑开挖对坑底以下土体的影响深度约6.5 m~9 m,扰动度随深度线性递减;突涌对桩端以上约2 m范围土体强度影响最大,最大扰动度达到0.91,对桩端以下2 m~4 m深度范围土体影响线性递减;承压水突涌对桩基承载力影响远大于基坑开挖对桩基承载力的影响,突涌点位置桩基承载力受到的影响最大,距离突涌点越远影响越小。

Determination of Doxycycline in Doxycycline Hydrochloride Soluble Powder under Different Chromatographic Conditions

[Objectives]This study was conducted to compare the accuracy and detection speed of high performance liquid chromatography for determining the content of doxycycline hydrochloride in doxycycline hydrochloride soluble powder under different chromatographic conditions, in order to improve the level of laboratory testing. [Methods] Four sets of experiments were designed through a cross-test method. The contents of doxycycline hydrochloride in the raw materials of doxycycline hydrochloride and doxycycline hydrochloride soluble powder were determined by changing the chromatographic column and mobile phase conditions, and the feasibility and practicability of the four methods were judged by comparing the detection results through data and chromatographic signal processing. [Results] The content of doxycycline hydrochloride in finished doxycycline hydrochloride soluble powder and the raw materials of doxycycline hydrochloride could be accurately determined under the four chromatographic conditions, of which the experimental group using Agilent C18 column and the mobile chromatography conditions of finished doxycycline hydrochloride soluble powder had the shortest retention time. [Conclusions] The high performance liquid chromatography method using Agilent C18 chromatographic column and mobile phase chromatographic conditions of finished doxycycline hydrochloride soluble powder products can quickly and accurately determine the content of doxycycline hydrochloride in doxycycline hydrochloride soluble powder.

[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the formulation stability of 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder and its killing effect on common pathogenic bacteria in the animal breeding environment and to provide a scientific basis for veterinary clinical application. [Methods] The stability of 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder was tested through an accelerated test and a long-term test. In the accelerated test, 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder and sodium hypochlorite were stored in 37 ℃ constant temperature incubators for 90 d, and the available chlorine contents were compared. In the long-term test, 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder was sealed and stored at room temperature, and its effective chlorine content and pH were measured regularly. In order to test its bactericidal effect in clinical use, 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder, lime milk and 5% dilute glutaraldehyde solution were sprayed in groups to disinfect empty sheds in a pig farm, and the total colony count, Escherichia coli colony count, Staphylococcus aureus colony count and fungal colony count were used as testing indexes to comprehensively evaluate the disinfection effects on microorganisms in the air of the empty sheds and the surface of objects inside the sheds after disinfection. [Results] The 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder had an available chlorine loss rate of 7.92% in the accelerated test, and the loss rates of available chlorine content and pH of 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder in the long-term test(240 d) were 1.52% and 1.87% at room temperature, respectively. In the test to detect the sterilization effects on the pig farm, the total colony count, E. coli colony count, S. aureus colony count and fungal colony count of samples treated with 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder were lower than those of other two groups(P<0.05), and the total colony count of samples disinfected with 20% sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder after cleaning the dirt was

[Objective] The paper aimed to provide a basis for quality control of compound sulfamonomethoxine sodium propolis solution. [Method] High per- formance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method was used to determine the contents of sulfamonomethoxine sodium and trimethoprim simultaneously in compound sulfamonomethoxine sodium propolis solution. [Result] Sulfamonomethoxine sodium and trimethoprim showed a linear relationship within the concentration of 10 - 500 μg/mL under the following chromatographic conditions： Kromasil C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase 0.02 mol/L phosphoric acid solution- methanol（80：20, V/V）, detection wavelength 270 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, and column temperature 30℃. The average recoveries were 99.3% and 99.4%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The method is accurate and feasible, and can determine sulfamonomethoxine sodium and trimethoprim simultaneously in compound sul- famonomethoxine sodium propolis solution.

Preparation and Quality Evaluation of Toltrazuril Nanoemulsion

To determine the prescription and preparation method of toltrazuril nanoemulsion, we selected liquid paraffin, ethyl acetate, soybean oil, IPM and oleic acid as the oil phases, while RH-40, EL-40, OP-10, Tween-80 and Span-80 were the surfactants, and alcohol, 1,2-ropanediol, ispropanl, glycerol and PEG-400 were the co-surfactants. The best prescription was acquired through pseudo-ternary phase diagrams. The result showed that ethyl acetate, Tween-80 and 1,2-propanediol could facilitate the formation of nanoemulsion. The optimum prescription was surfactant：co-surfactant：oil phase：water phase =2：1：2：5, with the solubilizer of 10%. This prescription can prepare stable toltrazuril nanoemulsion.
