The activity model of CaO-FeO-SiO2-WO3 quarternary system is built according to the coexistence theory of slag structure and the reduction thermodynamics of scheelite is discussed by using this model. The activities of SiO2 and WO3 decrease, while the activity of CaO increases with increasing the basicity of slag. Among SiC, carbon and silicon reactants, the reducing capability of SiC is the strongest, while that of carbon is the poorest at high temperature （about 1 873 K）. Increasing the content of silicon or carbon is beneficial for increasing the yield of tungsten. Oxidizability of slag has a significant effect on the yield of tungsten. Controlling basicity and oxidizability of slag can decrease the oxidation loss of tungsten.

The reduction-degree of the sample increases and the utilization ratio of gas decreases when the reaction lasts longer time,which indicates that the reaction is faster at the beginning of reduction,while it becomes slower in subsequent *** higher the reaction temperature,the higher the utilization ratio of gas and the reduction-degree are,but the difference of utilization ratio among the different temperatures becomes smaller with *** utilization ratio of gas can reach about 8% and the reduction-degree is 80% for 20 min reduction at 850 ℃,indicating that the reduction reaction by CO is very fast at high *** higher the reaction temperature,the higher the apparent reaction rate constant is,but the difference of apparent reaction rate constant among the different temperatures becomes *** apparent activation energy is about 59.11 kJ/mol in the fluidized bed *** increase of reduction-degree with gas velocity shows quite good linearity,indicating that at high temperature even higher velocity of reducing gas can be used to improve the productivity of reactor when CO is used as reducing *** the increase of charge height,the metallization ratio and the reduction-degree decrease,but the utilization ratio of gas increases.

The reduction kinetics and mechanisms of hematite ore with various particle sizes with hydrogen at low temperature were studied using the thermogravimetric analysis. At the same temperature, after the particle size of powder decreases from 107. 5μm to 2. 0 μm, the surface area of the powder and the contact area between the powder and gas increase, which makes the reduction process of hematite accelerate by about 8 times, and the apparent activation energy of the reduction reaction drops to 36.9 kJ/mol from 78. 3 kJ/mol because the activity of ore powder is improved by refining gradually. With the same reaction rate, the reaction temperature of 6.5 μm powder decreases by about 80 ℃ compared with that of 107. 5 μm powder. Thinner diffusion layer can also accelerate the reaction owing to powder refining. The higher the temperature, the greater is the peak of the reduction rate; at the same temperature, the greater the particle size, the smaller is the peak value of the reduction rate; both inner diffusion and interface chemical reaction play an important role in the whole reaction process.

The dynamic process of purifying emulsion using electromagnetic technique has been analyzed and studied by dynamics principle. Based on the results, the purification equipment has been developed and installed in a cold rolling mill. The basic structure characteristics of the purification equipment were described in detail. Emulsion purified by this way can be recycled and used again with cost reduction.

The existence of electro-capillary oscillation in alternate current eletroslag remelting was proved by theoretic analysis, dynamic simulation experiment and ESR experiment. The higher the frequency of alternate current, the higher oscillation frequency of interface between slag pool and metal pool is, and the less amplitude is. Electro-capillary oscillation at the interface between slag pool and metal pool does not exist with direct current eletroslag remelting. The behaviors of desulphurizing, deoxidizing and removing inclusion were analyzed. The desulphurizing and the removing inclusion of steel in alternate current electroslag furnace are better than that in direct current electroslag furnace.

The off situ accurate reconstruction of the core neutron field is an important step in realizing real-time reactor *** existing off situ reconstruction method of the neutron field is only applicable to cases wherein a single region changes at a specified location of the ***,when the neutron field changes are complex,the accurate identification of the individual changed regions becomes challenging,which seriously affects the accuracy and stability of the neutron field ***,this study proposed a dual-task hybrid network architecture(DTHNet)for off situ reconstruction of the core neutron field,which trained the outermost assembly reconstruction task and the core reconstruction task jointly such that the former could assist the latter in the reconstruction of the core neutron field under core complex ***,to exploit the characteristics of the ex-core detection signals,this study designed a global-local feature upsampling module that efficiently distributed the ex-core detection signals to each reconstruction unit to improve the accuracy and stability of *** experiments were performed on the simulation datasets of the CLEAR-I reactor to verify the accuracy and stability of the proposed *** results showed that when the location uncertainty of a single region did not exceed nine and the number of multiple changed regions did not exceed ***,the reconstructed ARD was within 2%,RD_(max)was maintained within 17.5%,and the number of RD≥10%was maintained within ***,when the noise interference of the ex-core detection signals was within±2%,although the average number of RD≥10%increased to 16,the average ARD was still within in 2%,and the average RD_(max)was within 22%.Collectively,these results show that,theoretically,the DTHNet can accurately and stably reconstruct most of the neutron field under certain complex core changes.

在分析已有的热力学数据基础上,建立估算二元金属间化合物标准生成焓的双参数模型,通过模型求解,得到34种金属的双参数模型的参数值。用此模型可估算由简单金属形成的二元金属间化合物的标准生成焓,包括Fe,Si,Nb,Ti,Cu,Co和Mg等多个体系,估算109个已知金属间化合物AlCa,AlCo,CrNi,FeTi,FeSi,FeNb和MoSi等的标准生成焓。研究结果表明:双参数模型计算的平均误差为12.47 kJ/mol,标准差为17.40 kJ/mol;用双参数模型估算金属间化合物的标准生成焓精度高,其估算结果的正态分布比较集中,并且误差小于离子束缚模型和米德玛模型的误差。

研究了机械力作用下的铁矿粉粉体形貌的变化规律以及低温快速反应的机理。铁矿粉在磨细过程中,颗粒和晶粒都在逐步变细,当粉体的粒度小于20μm时,会出现少量的纳米晶粒;而当颗粒度小于1μm时,粉体的晶粒大部分为纳米晶粒。在细化过程中,晶粒发生畸变和位错,当部分晶粒的粒度小于100nm后,会产生大量位错,从而形成了许多活化中心,显著降低了反应的活化能。纳米晶赤铁矿粉的还原温度与传统微米晶粉体相比,反应温度可降低到800℃左右。反应温度的降低从热力学角度是因为反应物晶格畸变能和表面能的增加,从动力学角度则是因为反应活化能的降低和比表面积的增加。提出了纳米催化冶金原理,即在铁矿粉部分纳米晶化的同时,通化纳米催化剂的作用,纳米晶赤铁矿的还原温度可降低到600℃以下,比不加纳米催化剂的反应温度降低200℃左右。
