Inversion method of deflection of the vertical based on SWOT wide-swath altimeter data

The deflection of the vertical(DOV)is the key information in the study of ocean gravity ***,in most areas,the precision of the prime component of DoV is significantly lower than that of the meridian *** obtain higher accuracy and resolution of ocean gravity information,researchers have proposed a novel altimeter called the wide-swath *** altimeter allows for the simultaneous acquisition of high-precision and high-resolution two-dimensional measurements of sea surface height(SSH).In this paper,the Surface Water and Ocean Topography(SWOT)mission with a wide-swath altimeter on board is selected for *** cycle of swoT sea surface height data is simulated to inverse the DOV in the Arabian Sea(45°E—80°E,0°-30°N),and the inversion results are compared with those of conventional altimeter *** results demonstrate that the difference between the meridian and prime components derived from the inversion of swoT wide-swath data is minimal,significantly outperforming the inversion results of conventional nadir altimeter *** advantage of swoT wide-swath altimeter lies in its ability to use the multi-directional geoid slope at any sea surface measurement point to invert the components in the meridian and prime *** investigate the impact of this advantage on inversion precision,this paper employs a method to calculate the gradient of the geoid in multiple directions to invert DoV *** improvement effect of calculating the gradient of the geoid in multiple directions on the precision of DoV component is *** is found that the accuracy of DoV inversion has significantly improved with the increase of geodetic gradient calculation *** addition,the effects of various errors and grid spacing in SwoT wide sea surface height data on the precision of Dov inversion are also analyzed.

Preparation and ferroelectric properties of Bi_(3.4)Ce_(0.6)Ti_3O_(12) thin films grown by sol-gel method

We have investigated the preparation and properties of Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 thin films. The Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 thin films were fabricated on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates using sol-gel method. The structure and morphology of the films were characterized us- ing X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. The thin films showed a perovskite phase and dense microstructure. The dielectric constant and the dissi- pation factor of the Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 thin films were about 172 and 0.031 at 1 kHz, respectively. The 2Pr and 2Ec of the Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 thin films were 67.1 μC/cm2 and 299.7 kV/cm, respectively, under an applied field of 600 kV/cm. The Bi3.4Ce0.6Ti3O12 film did not show fatigue up to 4.46×109 switching cycles at a frequency of 1 MHz, and showed good insulating behavior according to the test of leakage current.

The Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 thin films were fabricated on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates using sol-gel method. The structure and morphology of the films were characterized us-ing X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. The thin films showed a perov- skite phase and dense microstructure. The 2Pr and 2Vc of the Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 thin films annealed at 700℃ were 18.6 μC/cm2 and 4.1 V, respectively, under an applied voltage 10 V. After the switching of 1×1010 cycles, the Pr value decreased to 90% of its pre-fatigue values. The films showed good insulating behavior according to the test of leakage current. The dielectric constant and the dissipation factor of the Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 thin films were about 176 and 0.046 at 1 kHz, respectively.

Impact of atmospheric circulations on droughts and drought propagation over China

The GRACE satellite mission provides a new approach for monitoring,tracking,and assessing drought conditions by detecting changes in Earth's gravitational fields and inversing signals of terrestrial water storage *** studies of terrestrial water storage anomalies related droughts paid rare attention to the behind atmospheric physical mechanisms,nor quantified the risk propagation patterns between terrestrial water storage deficits and hydrological or agricultural *** this study,we first extract terrestrial water storage(TWS) droughts,hydrological droughts,and agricultural droughts by using multiple variables including TWS from the GRACE/GRACE-FO satellites,runoff and soil moisture from the ERA5-Land reanalysis *** then identify key atmospheric and oceanic oscillation indices affecting water deficits by employing machine learning *** characterize the joint distributions between drought duration and severity by using the Copula function and quantify the risk propagation of hydrological and agricultural droughts to TWS *** results show that:(1) From 2002 to 2021,there is a significant decrasing trend of TWS in China;the WPIO group atmospheric circulation indices(sea surface temperature index within the Western Pacific and Indian Ocean) contributes the most to ***,the sea surface temperature anomalies within the NINO 3.4 region as well as the Western Pacific Warm Pool area index show significantly positive correlation relationships with TWS in southern China;(2) The northwestern China,the Yangtze River basin,and the downstream of the Pearl River basin are the hotspots of TWS ***,the hotspots of hydrological droughts locate in northwestern China and the hotspots of agricultural droughts locate in South China and eastern Tibetan Plateau;(3) The elastic coefficients of hydrological droughts propagating to TWS droughts are higher than those of agricultural droughts,indicating that the TWS droughts

Microstructure Characteristics and Elevated Temperature Mechanical Properties of a B Containedβ-solidifiedγ-TiAl Alloy

The improved microstructure and enhanced elevated temperature mechanical properties of Ti-44Al-5Nb-(Mo,V,B)alloys were obtained by vacuum arc re-melting(VAR)and primary annealing heat treatment(HT)of 1260℃/6 h/Furnace cooling(FC).The phase transformation,microstructure evolution and tensile properties for as-cast and HTed alloys were *** indicate that three main phase transformation points are determined,T_(eut)=1164.3℃,T_(γsolv)=1268.3℃and T_(βtrans)=1382.8℃.There are coarse lamellar colonies(300μm in length)and neighbor reticular B2 andγgrain(3-5μm)in as-cast alloy,while lamellar colonies are markedly refined and multi-oriented(20-50μm)as well as the volume fraction and grain sizes of equiaxedγand B2 phases(about 15μm)significantly increase in as-HTed *** transformations involvingα+γ→α+γ+β/B2 and discontinuousγcoarsening contribute to the above ***(1-3μm)act as nucleation sites forβ_(eutectic) and produce massiveβgrains with different orientations,thus effectively refining the lamellar colonies and forming homogeneous multi-phase *** curves show both the alloys exhibit suitable performance at 800℃.As-cast alloy shows a higher ultimate tensile stress of 647 MPa,while a better total elongation of more than 41%is obtained for as-HTed *** mechanical properties improvement is mainly attributed to fine,multi-oriented lamellar colonies,coordinated deformation of homogeneous multi-phase microstructure and borides within lamellar interface preventing crack propagation.

Phototheranostics is an emerging field in synergistic antitumor therapy in which irradiation and sensitizers are combined to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS),bio-images,and high *** of these are arrived from the energy of sensitizers,which located in excited single state(S_(1)).Undeniably,the decentralization of the S_(1)population indirectly decreases the effect of each individual *** this study,a strategy was proposed for enhancing the S_(1)population,and a sensitizer with mitochondrial targeting property,1,4-indolyl iodinated pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyrrole derivative(2I-TPIS),was assembled into adenosine triphosphate(ATP)-responsive nanoparticles(DPA-2I NPs)to achieve dual responses to irradiation and ultrasonication(US)for application to photo-sonodynamic therapy(PSDT).Compared with monotherapies,2I-TPIS generated more ROS in PSDT,inducing mitochondrial autophagy and apoptosis,which in turn triggered immunogenic cell death(ICD).Subsequently,DPA-2I NPs were constructed and self-assembled with the chemotherapeutic agents DPA-Cd and 2I-TPIS to achieve a triple synergistic strategy involving chemotherapy(CT)and ***-2I NPs exhibited absolute sensitization,intra-tumoral overexpression of ATP,and ***,the biosafety and potent antitumor efficiency of the DPA-2I NP-based“PSDT+CT”therapy were revealed using a 4T1 tumor *** study results provide insights into the design of sensitizers possessing a sufficient S_(1)population and a highly efficient tumor ablation capacity derived from molecular structural modulation,further enabling triple synergistic antitumor therapies,and expanding the clinical application of sensitizers.

Grain number,one of the major determinants of yield in Triticeae crops,is largely determined by spikelet number and spike rachis node number(SRN).Here,we identified three quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for SRN using 145 recombinant inbred lines derived from a barley R90/1815D ***1,the major-effect QTL,was mapped to chromosome 2H and explained up to 38.77%of SRN ***-based cloning revealed that qSRN1 encodes the RAWUL domain-containing protein *** analysis revealed that two key SNPs in the HvSRN1 promoter region(-2 kb upstream of the transcription start site)affect the transcript level of HvSRN1 and contribute to variation in *** to its orthologous proteins OsLAX2 and ZmBA2,HvSRN1 showed protein–protein interactions with HvLAX1,suggesting that the LAX2–LAX1 model for spike morphology regulation may be conserved in Poaceae ***-Cas9-induced HvSRN1 mutants showed reduced SRN but increased grain size and weight,demonstrating a trade-off *** results shed light on the role of HvSRN1 variation in regulating the balance between grain number and weight in barley.

Lassa virus(LASV)is an enveloped,negative-sense RNA virus that causes Lassa hemorrhagic *** entry of LASV requires the viral glycoprotein 1(GP1)to undergo a receptor switch from its primary receptor alpha-dystroglycan(α-DG)to its endosomal receptor lysosome-associated membrane protein 1(LAMP1).A conserved histidine triad in LASV GP1 has been reported to be responsible for receptor *** test the hypothesis that other non-conserved residues also contribute to receptor switch,we constructed a series of mutant LASV GP1 proteins and tested them for binding to *** residues,L84,K88,L107,and H170,were identified as critical for receptor *** any of the four residues with the corresponding lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus(LCMV)residue(L84 N,K88E,L10F,and H170S)reduced the binding affinity of LASV GP1 for ***,all mutations caused decreases in glycoprotein precursor(GPC)-mediated membrane fusion at both pH 4.5 and *** infectivity of pseudotyped viruses bearing either GPCL84N or GPCK88E decreased sharply in multiple cell types,while L107F and H170S had only mild effects on *** biolayer light interferometry assay,we found that all four mutants had decreased binding affinity to LAMP1,in the order of binding affinity being L84 N>L107F>K88E>*** four amino acid loci identified for the first time in this study have important reference significance for the in-depth investigation of the mechanism of receptor switching and immune escape of LASV occurrence and the development of reserve anti-LASV infection drugs.

Productivity Prediction Model of Perforated Horizontal Well Based on Permeability Calculation in Near-Well High Permeability Reservoir Area

To improve the productivity of oil wells,perforation technology is usually used to improve the productivity of horizontal wells in oilfield *** the perforation operation,the perforation channel around the wellbore will form a near-well high-permeability reservoir area with the penetration depth as the radius,that is,the formation has different permeability characteristics with the perforation depth as the dividing ***,the permeability is measured by the permeability tester,but this approach has a high workload and limited *** this paper,according to the reservoir characteristics of perforated horizontal wells,the reservoir is divided into two areas:the original reservoir area and the near-well high permeability reservoir *** on the theory of seepage mechanics and the formula of open hole productivity,the permeability calculation formula of near-well high permeability reservoir area with perforation parameters is *** to the principle of seepage continuity,the seepage is regarded as the synthesis of two directions:the horizontal plane elliptic seepage field and the vertical plane radial seepage field,and the oil well productivity prediction model of the perforated horizontal well is established by *** model comparison demonstrates that the model is reasonable and *** calculate and analyze the effect of oil well production and the law of influencing factors,actual production data of the oilfield are substituted into the oil well productivity *** can effectively guide the technical process design and effect prediction of perforated horizontal wells.
