Study on the mechanism of SND in the treatment of anxiety disorders based on network pharmacology, molecular docking and experiment validation

研究大孔树脂对山药皮多酚的纯化工艺,并评价纯化后的多酚对DPPH·、ABTS^(+)·、·O^(-)_2、·OH的清除能力。结果表明:X-5为纯化山药皮多酚的最佳树脂;最佳的纯化工艺流程为上样液pH 6.0、上样液质量浓度0.6 mg/mL、乙醇(洗脱液)体积分数80%、上样流速2 mL/min、洗脱流速2 mL/min;其吸附等温线符合Langmuir单分子层吸附;经此条件纯化后,其多酚纯度从34.09%提高到80.22%。抗氧化活性试验表明,山药皮多酚纯化物对DPPH·、ABTS^(+)·、·OH和·O^(-)_2清除能力均明显高于粗提物,具有较强的抗氧化活性,是具有开发潜力的天然抗氧化剂。

本文通过分析40位汉语母语者对25种句式结构中焦点的识别情况发现,汉语焦点分布与句法结构存在规律性对应关系,结构性焦点通常为无辅助成分句的句尾成分、有辅助成分句的辅助成分、分裂句“是”后成分、数量结构修饰成分。多重语言因素共同影响结构性焦点分布,作用于同一成分时会增加其突显性;作用于不同成分时,各结构性焦点标记手段依作用从强到弱呈现序列性:分裂句或数量结构(明显形式标记)>句中辅助成分位置(语义附加性)>句尾位置(信息流方向),作用更强的手段在竞争中获胜,最终确定焦点位置。语义功能上,结构性焦点的分布体现了句子高低层次语义之间中层次的信息结构义。中层次语义的提出从理论上完善了汉语语义语法体系。

苍术是菊科苍术属多年生草本植物,是被大众熟知的中药之一。许多研究表明,倍半萜类和多烯炔类化合物是苍术的主要活性物质,尤其是根茎中的苍术素、苍术酮、β-桉叶醇和茅术醇,具有抗病毒、抗炎、降血糖、抗缺氧、保肝和利尿等药理活性。随着近年来生物技术的进步,在生物学特性和繁殖培育技术方面的研究取得了较大进展。因此,该文从生物学特性的角度,对苍术形态学特性、细胞遗传学、生态种植、有效成分及组织培养技术方面的研究进行了综述,以期为充分合理地开发苍术资源提供理论依据。

自动紧聚焦光束可以大幅度增强焦场的纵向分量,具有“8字”型偏振投影的混合矢量光场则会有效地消除纵向场。二者结合能否达到中和的效果值得研究。本文研究了具有这种“8字”型偏振结构的自动紧聚焦光束的聚焦特性,分析了“8字”型偏振结构中偏振阶数、基矢以及交叉点偏振态等参量对焦场的影响。结果表明,焦场中心区域的横向偏振态与交叉点一致,由此可以控制焦场的横向偏振态;通过增加阶数可以削弱焦平面中的纵向场;“8字”型偏振结构可以使焦场中心处的纵向分量为零,离轴区域的纵向场则大幅减弱,其占比和峰值强度可由偏振阶数和交叉点控制。相关结果有望在光学成像、光操控、光学加工等领域得到应用。
