Starling with the L- and D,L-lactide copolymer (L:DL = 9:1) [P(L-DL)LA] of M-W = 32.1 x 10(4), rods were obtained through a two stage process: (1) melt-extrusion at 155 degreesC, and (2) hot-drawing at 90 degreesC to various drawing ratios. The molecular weight of P(L-DL)LA fell to 9.3 x 10(4) as a consequence of the production process. The crystallization and molecular orientation of P(L-DL)LA developed as a result of the hot-drawing. The mechanical strengths of the rods increase with the drawing ratio; The maximum for tensile strength, bending strength, bending modulus, and shear strength are 329 MPa, 237 MPa, 8.8 GPa, and 157 MPa, respectively.

Auxin is a crucial phytohormone,controlling multiple aspects of plant growth and responses to the changing ***,the role of local auxin biosynthesis in specific developmental programs remains unknown in *** study characterized the rice tillering and small grain 1(tsg1)mutant,which has more tillers but a smaller panicle and grain size resulting from a reduction in endogenous ***1 encodes a tryptophan aminotransferase that is allelic to the FISH BONE(FIB)*** tsg1 mutant showed hypersensitivity to indole-3-acetic acid and the competitive inhibitor of aminotransferase,***1 knockout resulted in an increased tiller number but reduction in grain number and size,and decrease in ***,deletion of the TSG1 homologs OsTAR1,Os TARL1,and OsTARL2 caused no obvious changes,although the phenotype of the TSG1/Os TAR1 double mutant was intensified and infertile,suggesting gene redundancy in the rice tryptophan aminotransferase ***,TSG1 and Os TAR1,but not Os TARL1 and OsTARL2,displayed marked aminotransferase ***,subcellular localization was identified as the endoplasmic reticulum,while phylogenetic analysis revealed functional divergence of TSG1 and OsTAR1 from OsTARL1 and *** findings suggest that TSG1 dominates the tryptophan aminotransferase family,playing a prominent role in local auxin biosynthesis in rice.

AIM： To appraise the effect of treatment for diabetic macular edema（DME） in proliferative stage with sufficient panrentinal photocoagulation（PRP） therapy and intravitreal injections（IV） Conbercept and posterior subtenon＇s triamcinolone acetonide（STTA） sequential ***： This prospective clinical randomized controlled trial of cross-over design was conducted in three phases. The participants included cases of DME in proliferative stage. They were divided into two groups and treated with PRP before enrollment. Group A were treated with IVConbercept 0.5 mg for one month in the 1^st phase. Group B were treated with STTA 40 mg（twice per two weeks）. The interventions were exchanged in the second phase（2mo） between the two groups. In the third phase（3-6mo） no other treatment was given. Best corrected visual acuity（BCVA）, central macular thickness（CMT） measured by OCT and complications were ***： After phase I： in Group A, BCVA improved from 0.201±0.17 to 0.37±0.24（F=5.88, P=0.004）. CMT changed from 449±155.10 to 304.1±84.70 μm（F=14.9, P〈0.01）. In Group B, BCVA changed from 0.195±0.19 to 0.26±0.20（F=0.76, P=0.41） while CMT changed from 463.82±152.92 to 366.00±115.40 μm（F=3.70, P〈0.03）. The improvement of BCVA was better in Group A（P〈0.05）. After phase II： in Group A, BCVA raised to 0.47±0.27（F=0.26, P〈0.01）, CMT reduced to 260.67±62.97 μm（F=-188.3, P〈0.01）; in Group B, BCVA raised to 0.51±0.26（F=0.31, P〈0.01）, CMT reduced to 261.93±50.15 μm（F=-201.9, P〈0.01）. But there were no difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. After phase III： in Group A, BCVA maintained 0.42±0.25（F=0.22, P=0.001）, CMT maintained 267.8±58.34 μm,（F=-0.27, P〈0.01）; in Group B, BCVA was 0.47±0.25（F=-0.27, P〈0.01）, CMT was 272.71±49.16 μm（F=-191.1, P〈0.01）. 本研究旨在评估CpG和poly I:C对口蹄疫(FMD)病毒样颗粒(VLPs)疫苗的免疫增强效果。以纯化的O型FMDVLPs抗原为基础,使用VLPs-CpG和VLPs-poly I:C刺激小鼠骨髓源性树突状细胞(BMDC),通过流式细胞术分析CD40和CD86在BMDC中的表达水平。进一步将VLPs、VLPs-CpG和VLPs-poly I:C分别与ISA206乳化制备疫苗,并免疫豚鼠,通过检测特异性抗体、中和抗体、脾淋巴细胞增殖以及攻毒试验评估CpG和poly I:C对VLPs疫苗免疫效果的影响。结果显示,VLPs-CpG组和VLPs-poly I:C组的CD86表达水平高于VLPs组,ISA206佐剂联合poly I:C、CpG均能提高攻毒保护率,而且ISA206联合CpG可以加速特异性抗体及中和抗体反应,提高脾淋巴细胞增殖水平。本研究结果表明,CpG和poly I:C均能增强FMDVLPs疫苗的免疫效果,具有潜在的开发应用价值。

The rockburst dynamic disasters in the process of deep coal mining become more and more *** the rockburst occurred in the 23130 working face of Yuejin Coal Mine as the engineering background,we study the characteristics of mining stress feld around roadway,the plastic failure morphological characteristics of surrounding rock and the accumulation/release law of elastic energy before and after *** analysis model quantitatively describing the physical process of rockburst in the mining roadway is established,and the calculation method of dynamic release of elastic energy in the physical process of rockburst is *** mechanism of rockburst in mining roadway is *** results show that an“L-shaped”stress concentration zone is formed within 100 m of the 23130 working face,and the principal stress ratio of the surrounding rock of the transportation roadway is 2.59–*** change of the direction of the maximum principal stress has a signifcant efect on the burst appearance *** failure strength of diferent sections of the mining roadway is characterized by the elastic energy release *** the increase of the working face distance,the elastic energy released by burst failure and the expansion variation of failure boundary radius show a nonlinear variation law that tends to decrease steadily after sharp *** closer to the working face,the higher the burst *** a distance of 10 m from the working surface,the maximum principal stress reaches its maximum *** butterfy-shaped failure system generated by the surrounding rock of the roadway has energy self-sustainability,and the elastic energy released by the sudden expansion of the butterfy leaf is enough to cause a burst damage of 1.9 *** work could provide theoretical support for the prediction and prevention of rockburst.

Learning disentangled representation of data is a key problem in deep ***,disentangling 2D facial landmarks into different factors(e.g.,identity and expression)is widely used in the applications of face reconstruction,face reenactment and talking head et al..However,due to the sparsity of landmarks and the lack of accurate labels for the factors,it is hard to learn the disentangled representation of *** address these problem,we propose a simple and effective model named FLD-VAE to disentangle arbitrary facial landmarks into identity and expression latent representations,which is based on a Variational Autoencoder ***,we propose three invariant loss functions in both latent and data levels to constrain the invariance of representations during training ***,we implement an identity preservation loss to further enhance the representation ability of identity *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first work to end-to-end disentangle identity and expression factors simultaneously from one single facial landmark.

Fungal secreted proteins that contain the Common in Fungal Extracellular Membrane(CFEM)domain are important for *** hemibiotrophic fungus Colletotrichum graminicola causes the serious anthracnose disease of *** this study,we identified 24 CgCFEM proteins in the genome of *** analysis revealed that these 24 proteins(CgCFEM1–24)can be divided into 2 clades based on the presence of the trans-membrane *** alignment analysis indicated that the amino acids of the CFEM domain are highly conserved and contain 8 spaced cysteines,with the exception that CgCFEM1 and CgCFEM24 lack 1 and 2 cysteines,*** CgCFEM proteins with a signal peptide and without the trans-membrane domain were considered as candidate effectors and,thus were selected for structural prediction and functional *** CFEM domain in the candidate effectors can form a helical-basket structure homologous to the Csa2 protein in Candida albicans,which is responsible for haem acquisition and *** localization analysis revealed that these effectors accumulate in the cell membrane,nucleus,and cytosolic ***,5 effectors,CgCFEM6,7,8,9 and 15,can suppress the BAX-induced programmed cell death in Nicotiana benthamiana with or without the signal *** results demonstrate that these 10 CgCFEM candidate effectors with different structures and subcellular localizations in host cells may play important roles during the pathogenic processes on maize plants.
